We were here today with 9 people and the food is really excellent and the Cordonbleus are freshly prepared - what you can taste!!! Simply delicious and the selection is huge!! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating!! I have rarely experienced anything like this!! Simply recommended all around!!! Thank you very much and see you soon....

The food is extremely good. The portions are very large. The staff is very accommodating. The restaurant is very child-friendly, there is a play area on the lower floor. They offer different payment options. The entrance consists of a staircase, not suitable for wheelchair users. And there are animals around the restaurant.

I'm disappointed. The restaurant presents itself as child-friendly, but the playground/play tower has a lot of protruding rusty nails and loose boards! I find the waiting times to be long (45 minutes for a starter) and TOO long for those with small children. There were various misunderstandings with the orders. Maybe because of the miserable acoustics? The noise level is very high even though only half of the tables were occupied. The food was lukewarm and the spaetzli wasn't even warm at all. For me the price-performance ratio is not right.

We ate 3 different autumn dishes today and they were all very good. The portions were very generous. We liked it on the terrace. We waited quite a long time for the food, but it was worth it.

It's a shame location and children's playground would be great. But probably won't eat there anymore. Maybe some ice cream, ideally. Eating is more of a hit and miss (salmon small and dried out with some dry rice for almost 40.-) The rest was ok but also insufficient for the price asked. And as has often been mentioned here, the service is subpar. You forgive the learners for the long waiting time, the uncertainty and carelessness... but when the "trained" staff add unfriendliness and arrogance to it, it completely wipes you out. When we arrived at around 12:00 it was still half empty, a little later it was ok but, considering the number of guests, there was more than enough staff. The kitchen doesn't seem to be keeping up either (perhaps not frying the fish for an hour would help) but then you just have to prepare for a lunch with nice weather. Long waiting times, order receipt and delivery sometimes seem to be a bit mixed up. A guest next to us (an older woman) waited 20 minutes or more until the first service. And if you ask after 40 minutes whether the main course is coming soon, you get the answer: we already had the salad?! (Mind you, not everyone had this as a starter). We then took dessert outside. But unfortunately the service wasn't any better. An ice cream from the two little ones was initially forgotten. When we drew attention to it and it wasn't delivered immediately (it was just a child's bucket), we went to get it or went to draw our attention again. At the beginning we had to get the ice cream menu ourselves because no one came. Really a shame for such a nice restaurant. But you really can't recommend this price-performance ratio. I remember he used to be different. But that was 20 years ago. You can only hope that you can get it under control soon if you want to. Maybe the turnover is enough... new people keep coming.

A place with many memories for me over almost 3 decades. Anyone who can afford the Swiss prices will find good quality in a place where you can not only breathe a sigh of relief because of what feels like much fresher air but also feel elevated in this well-equipped location with a beautiful view. During my last visit, I was positively impressed by the modern devices with real-time networking of the service and kitchen. This means that the staff can not only submit the orders more quickly, but also have more time to take care of other things and were not as stressed as in locations without such a system. In general, a location with all the amenities of the modern world and a family charm. A place that you would want as a Swiss citizen. By the way, animal-friendly dogs are also welcome, although last time I was there the horse station that my mother raved about was unfortunately not there. I will gladly come again :)

Very nice restaurant, good location, Hirschpfeffer is great, except for the red cabbage, which I thought was a bit strangely seasoned. I didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 10 minutes or a quarter of an hour, there is plenty of parking space and something for the children to play with. You can eat inside as well as outside.

Unfortunately very disappointing dinner at Stählibuck. First of all we waited a long time for the food, the neighbors had already eaten even though they arrived after us (you could ignore that). The Caesar salad was covered in lice. whole iceberg nodules with live lice. Unfortunately the chicken was cut with the fibers and therefore dry. Service apologized several times and the salad was taken off the bill, but otherwise no “compensation” was offered, such as a coffee or the fries we ordered. very disappointing!!
