I'm a regular at this coffee shop. ☕️ Nice service and nice ambience, centrally located in the old town.

We had breakfast here. The brioche and croissants were fresh and delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice is also very refreshing. I ordered the lactose-free cappuccino and was amazed at the milk surcharge of 1.20 francs. I have never experienced this in a coffee shop where the hot drink prices are in the upper segment. We sat outside on Saturday when the weather was nice. Service was very unfriendly, stressed and did not respond to customer requests. Inside the store exactly the same thing, a saleswoman also unfriendly and uninterested. It's a shame we're disappointed

The food is great, the service is always very slow and leisurely. If you are stressed or just have a short break, I do not recommend consuming in the restaurant.

So bad, it's a real shame, you order something and you get something else first and then you forget about it.. price performance just not worth it my bad..;)

The Beck of my childhood even though I no longer live in SH. The Müllerbeck is a must every time you visit ;) I especially love the salted rolls and the student sandwiches.

The sweet peaks have recently been glazed with a sticky stuff that is much too sweet - no longer fine...

Our cappuccino and our two sandwiches (summit/salmon and schlumbi filled) were expensive, but good. We enjoyed the Saturday hustle and bustle outdoors and the Schaffhausen ambience. The service staff was friendly.

We stopped here with our 14-person racing bike group, everyone was satisfied, although not everyone got what they wanted, to the inn's apology, the relatively large group, small town with still good opening times on Saturday, is exceptional. Very quiet location in a great landscape.

A cozy little place to enjoy pasta, salad, and dessert. You can choose your salad combination and it is charged according to its weight. The strawberry cake that we ordered was very very good.

You don't have to have any special abilities to take a closer look. All the cakes looked 2-3 days old! I thought it probably wouldn't be that bad and picked one that looked the best. When I got to the last bite, I actually saw something between the cake base and the curd that is created if you don't maintain the cold chain or are old enough to throw it in the bin! Well then, enjoy your meal! At least I got an apology and my money back! Addition: Well then, I'll fill it all in for you. I also work with food, and it doesn't happen in just a few hours! I don't know what's good about it?! I'm not at all surprised by your reaction! Don't worry, I was there last time!

Excellent atmosphere to spend time drinking a good quality coffee or a nice dessert always fresh. Quick service by friendly staff. Clean and bright space. The store is ideally located on the main pedestrian street of Schaffhausen and within walking distance of the Train Station.

We were really looking forward to the cakes, which were also quite expensive. Unfortunately we were all very disappointed. Black Forest cake and carrot cake with no taste, just not tasty. There are better cakes at the Migros next door! Very unfortunate

I love the carrot cake at this place, the tuna canapé is the best! Having a cappuccino in the afternoon is always a good option.

Mostly very unfriendly staff, except Mr. Blaser. In the future it would be nice if you didn't have to wait 10 minutes for service while there were 5 security people inside. Only have a half hour break. Thanks

Unfortunately, the quality of certain bread rolls is not always the same. Sometimes not well baked. Not all saleswomen are friendly.

My favorite Schaffhausen stop a Cafe creme and cake/tart whilst catching up on some work mails. Wifi also is great.

Everything was very tasty, unfortunately I got the nut croissant and the pretzel croissant in two separate bags without asking. This is simply not justifiable from an ecological point of view, hence only 4 stars.

Wonderful cafe/bakery with all kinds of delicious products in a sensationally beautiful location in Schaffhausen. The quality is excellent, the staff is efficient and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this location without reservation and hereby give it 5 stars.

Was there three times today: the first, only and last time. The staff is incredibly stiff and never smiles. I don't know if they're afraid of paying entertainment tax if they smile. Every sergeant in the army seems like a charm in comparison. Cold, stiff and not very cordial. In the old Heidi film adaptation there is Miss Rottenmeier. This figure came to mind again in this café...

Very nice and attentive service. Breakfast is always very good and the lunch menus are also very tasty. Prices are top. Nice little terrace. I'm always happy to come by.

The carrot cake was not fresh. One or more like 2 days old. This does not meet customer expectations at a unit price of over 5 francs. A pity! We won't be coming back any time soon.

To be honest, the coffee isn't very good and neither are the pastries (matter of taste?). It has a large selection but it is expensive. The staff is not always friendly and smiling. I don't always feel welcome. The place is nice and with lots of tables and has a small terrace.

The breakfast was good, although not what I actually ordered. However, there was no Covid certificate check, not even for other guests. This is an absolute killer criterion for me at the moment!

A mix of savoury and sweet goodies, all fresh and amazing bread and good coffee to go. For us ex pats here's an important piece of information..they have sausage rolls! Its a typical Swiss bakery which has so much choice, good service and a high standard. Love it.

The customer service here was unacceptable. The woman wearing a white blouse (who I think was the manager) was so rude to us and her staff in front of other customers! (thought I didn’t understand German) will never patronize this cafe hereafter. She is an absolute disgrace to the brand itself.

Also small menus such as vegetarian spaetzli, normal lasagne with a little minced meat in it, alpine macaroni, mixed salad to put together freely, alternating with tuna, chicken, sometimes Greek salad with feta cheese, sausage and cheese salad, etc. Salad price according to weight. Otherwise lots of sweets and ice cream as well as sandwiches and sandwiches.

Ooo yeah.. Some people said that Café Müller Beck was a bit more expensive than a comparable one. If you try something similar from others and then go to Café Beck, if you are a real gourmet, you would immediately notice the different facts and therefore the perfect taste. For example, there are fresh, deliciously fragrant breads every day and delicious sweets, fresh salads and salad dressing every day, and a home-made selection of food and drinks prepared with the highest quality ingredients and properly prepared in the store. And in terms of hygiene, Café Müller Beck's is an enormous difference compared to the comparable experiences I have. Now regarding personnel: For apprentices or experienced people, what can be learned at Café Müller Becks is that Ms. Müller and the boss also have a trademark, which is why everything runs perfectly. With my smaller budget I have one concept: qualities have their prices. So with that said, even if I have to go to a cheap cafe several times a month, I don't choose a cheaper place, I only chose Café Müller Becks for one time. Then also with that taste experience for me, next time you go to a Café Müller Becks is a huge longing, definitely for other experienced gourmets.
