Napulé in Zürich

The taste was indescribably good, I ordered Pizza Salsiccia e Friarielli it was a 10 out of 10.

I'm a student and paid 13fr instead of 10fr. The pizza is very good.

One of the best pizzas I've eaten in Zurich. Very authentic taste 🇮🇹! The pizzas are offered take-away and served in a specially insulated pizza box, so that the pizza stays warm longer when you are looking for a place to enjoy it. The lady who took our order was very friendly. The price may be high, but the taste and quality make it worth every cent. We will definitely come back to enjoy the next pizza at the lake.

We came here as a group and ordered five Pizzas and they we're really watery and in result of that unenjoyable. As you can see on the picture also the bread got so soggy. It looked really delicious and our friends recommended it for us. Sadly our expectations weren’t satisfied. However, for this price it‘s not worth to get the pizza from Napolé. I wouldn‘t recommend it!

I regret to say that my visit to this pizzeria left much to be desired. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the overall experience was subpar. The small space and steep prices were off-putting, but the real disappointment came with the food itself. The pizza was disappointingly watery, resulting in a soggy, chewy texture. Additionally, the tomato sauce had an unpleasant sourness to it. Sadly, I cannot recommend this establishment and won't be returning anytime soon.

If you want a bad pizza then you've come to the right place at Napule Stadelhofen. Disaster pizza was runny and soggy just disgusting. For such a price. The best thing is that the pizzaiolo simply takes the toppings and eats. I advise you: stay away!

Unmotivated and boring, very friendly cashier. Pizza is still good

Ordered margarita pizza. The crust was thin and crispy. The topping was good. Took a slice and folded up and ate it. I would come back and order another pizza from this place. It took just a few minutes for them to make the pizza and I ate the pizza right away, this might be the reason why I thought it was delicious. The service is not so friendly. It might be because of maybe a barrier language.

The folded pizza is simply delicious. You just have to be careful when eating so that you don't get your clothes dirty. :)

Authentic flavors, in the middle of Zurich. Located perfectly close to the lake, so you can easily take away your pizza and enjoy sitting at Bellevue, stadelhofen gardens, walking around, wherever you want! Really recommend it!

I tasted pizza margarita at their food truck at Bellevueplatz and immediately ordered the second one. The crust was perfect, chewy. I look forward to visit them at stadelhofen. The pizza flour they sell in the shop is a treasure!

I have never eaten such bad pizza as in this shop: the Margherita pizza alone is incredibly expensive and tastes very bitter because it was burnt. Basically all I could taste was the burnt, not the pizza itself. So for this extremely high price, long waiting time, unprofessional staff and bad taste, this store is a disgrace!

The pizza prosciutto e funghi and the quattro staggione was perfect, tasty and fluffy dough, great tomato sauce, excellent cheeses. The prices, keeping in mind it is take away, are high.

Very good Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately, there is no seating in the premises, so only takeaway is possible. Pizza can be ordered traditionally in a box or folded into four pieces in paper, to be eaten on the go.

Pizza soggy and takes way too long

Pizza was completely burnt. Almost hazardous waste. There was also a waiting time of over 1 hour until the courier delivered the pizza. The pizza was also very cold and not edible. What was delivered to me was an absolute disgrace. I could have thrown the 30 francs straight into the toilet!

Unfortunately, the pizza that was delivered was very soggy and very wet. The toppings and dough seemed overly moist. It's a shame that the quality wasn't convincing.

Very, very tasty pizza in the Neapolitan style that differs from the 0815 pizzas. Baked nice and hot and crispy and the topping on top is still nice and juicy. A pleasure! For me, a pizza has to be a little charred on the bottom. Yes, you need patience, you have to be flexible and find somewhere in the city to eat.

On November 23, 2023, at 9 pm, I had a disappointing experience at the Napule.An employee was extremely rude. The issue escalated when my colleague presented his electronic student card, despite being active in the system, and it was not accepted; they insisted on a physical card. Furthermore, our attempts to negotiate a discount due to the inconvenience proved unsuccessful. In addition, we have made purchases from there three times in the past without encountering any problems. The problem was this specific female employee.

I'm only sorry about the name of the Napulé pizzeria but it has nothing of Naples I've been to eat but it was the only time in my life if I come to eat I don't tell a customer a maximum of 1 hour and then the place must be free very arrogant the waitress 😞

I really like these pizzas but they are really overpriced and today I got even more disappointed because my pizza was ridiculously small . I hope this can be improved .

Today we ordered a prosciutto pizza. The pizza was burnt, too much tomato sauce and very watery! We're not coming here anymore!

I really wanted a pizza and wanted to try out the little Napulé take-away today. When I came in I was greeted hesitantly and then the waitress turned around for the first time and ignored me. Afterwards I wanted to ask because I was unclear about the menu (I've never ordered anything here before), but was annoyed and pointed to the menu without giving me an answer. The only thing she said: "Yes, better read before you order!"

The mozzarella was spread aallll over the pizza (yes there can be too much) and not properly melted so it was quite chewy. Dough was nice in the beginning but became really chewy after a while. Additionally, the prosciutto looked like, as if someone just was in a rush and threw it in the middle.. sorry but not coming again.

!!LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!! I got myself and my coworker 2 pizzas. The waiting time isn’t long BUT they burned both of the pizzas and my coworker got the wrong one, not the one which she ordered?! Even after I told the waiter TWICE and she CONFIRMED the order, she still got the wrong pizza. The girl at the front taking your order is unfriendly and you can see it on her face she doesn’t likes her job. Honestly not worth it AT ALL.

For me the best pizza in Zurich! the missing star is just because it takes on average 30 mins to be served, which is a bit to much for a take away only place. I would suggest to take less online orders from UberEats or Deliveroo...

Terrible just terrible Pizza Mortadella Pistacchio for 34 Fr. with a ridiculous mini ball of mozzarella. Burnt pizza. Way too expensive. Cheap ingredients instead of quality. I can't recommend it.

I ordered two pizzas via Uber eats. One Margerita one ham cheese. What I got looked like two calzones with raw dough and ham inside and a pizza topping. It used fo be such a good place 😟

Not bad, but not really good either. Considering that the restaurant boasts of being the “Best Pizza in Switzerland”, it is rather disappointing. I would rather call it a “monument to mediocrity”. The service was friendly, since I was there between lunch and dinner there was almost no wait and the pizza was quick and freshly prepared. I would have given a lower rating if I had waited a long time. The price is acceptable, but nowhere near comparable to a real pizza from Naples for €3.

Pizza is fine. But not the best in town. Pizzaiolo is very rude and extremely slow. When I ordered my pizza I was the only customer but I still had to wait 20 minutes for a pizza. My pizza was burnt and wanted a new pizza. Pizzaiolo told me that he didn't have time for children and that I should go out just because I didn't want the burnt pizza. That's so outrageous. Is not recommended.

Pizza is quite good, there is also a student discount. Service not super friendly. Unfortunately you are not allowed to use the toilet, even if you have ordered something.

Very unproductive service and unfriendly treatment of guests

Have had good pizzas there. Today the pizza was soggy, smelled like cardboard and was burnt. The service was miserable. The cashier was there while we were ordering. Facetimed and made it clear to us that we were not wanted. We were then told it would take 20 minutes for our order to be ready. So we did a lap and were back there 20 minutes later. The cashier registered us upon return and did nothing of the same, so we waited. Countless Uber orders were then delivered until at some point we asked for our order. Turns out our pizzas had been ready for 15 minutes, but the cashier didn't feel the need to deliver them to us, let alone apologize for the misunderstanding.

Awesome pizza..! If you want something a bit off the beaten track, this is the way to go

The pizza here was ok. The dough was nice but the toppings weren't all that tasty. There was also a long wait for the pizza as well here, so I would advise anyone to get there early to put an order in. We just grabbed a pizza from here and took it down to the lakeside as there is no seating available here. Quite expensive for a pizza also but they do offer a smaller pizza which is cheaper and probably good for 1 person.

The service was very unfriendly, the food is overpriced for what it is 50 fr. I think it's overpriced for two pizzas. It's a shame I won't go back there.

I love Pizza Napoli and the good reviews made me visit this place. The pizza itself was really okay. What was shocking to me was the unfriendliness of the service. The young lady was very cold and seemed very arrogant. Answered questions in a rather annoyed manner and didn't really listen when ordering. Music was also very loud, so you had to speak very loudly when ordering. When I ordered, I said right up front that we would like two different pizzas. One tuna and for the second pizza half tuna and half Napoli at the end 20 minutes of waiting and only got a pizza with half tuna and half Napoli. You didn't want to ask again because you didn't feel welcome and unfortunately the atmosphere and the service weren't right.

Quite disappointed with the experience. - The staff was unprofessional, rude and unkind. She made us feel like we were bothering her. - The truffle pizza that they had outside was not included in the menu. - The dough was not fully cooked and the ingredients were too wet and would fall from the pizza slide. - The water system they have outside became overwhelmingly annoying. - The coffee was very average. - The tiramisu was good!! - Great location, near the lake and in the city center.

Took 3 tries to get the pizza I ordered. The staff were unapologetic and thought it was rather funny. In the end we got a perversion of pizza, cheese was unmelted and the crust was limp and sloppy but the taste was good, sadly the taste the staff left in my mouth was very bitter.

Fantastic pizza. There's little to say. Both the dough, the baking and the ingredients are the best you can find in Zurich and its surroundings.

Portofoglio for 14.- ?? The taste is 0815 hot and unwieldy to hold. In the folded position it becomes soggy and downright inedible. So careless, the main thing is sales.

Excellent in everything!! Very good pizza, very good service, they are good and fast. The girl who helped us spoke German, English, Italian and Spanish perfectly. The pizzas are to take away, the establishment does not have tables or chairs. Medium pizza price for two approx. €22, small pizza price for one approx. €14.

Delicious and convenient for takeout.

Went in person to order a pizza (no tables, only to-go option available) and we were told the wait time was ~30min (since there were already quite a few people waiting for their orders). The pizzas were ok, but nothing more than that (the crust was burnt). The mortadella one had too little pistachio paste(almost couldn’t taste it), which was disappointing. The vegetariana one was more rich in flavour.

Most likely one of the best pizza in switzerland. It is very close to the one that you can find in Naples. I order and after 30 min was ready (it is only take away). I took my pizza and ate it next to the lake.Beautiful experience
