I ordered a birthday cake and unfortunately it didn't look like what I wanted. What didn't stop me from having it but what pushed me to write this comment was that when we tasted the cake it didn't have the raspberry flavor that I expressly requested. I find this a shame, it is constructive criticism and which deserves to be taken seriously and not taken badly. I think that customers prefer that you say we are not capable of making this kind of cake than making one that does not please the customer!

I ordered a birthday cake from them. I had a model that I wanted (photo on the right). Unfortunately the cake didn't look the same, neither the color nor the crown. Furthermore, after tasting the cake, the raspberry flavor that I had also requested was missing, so for all these reasons I am making this comment to warn that if you have a specific cake to order, be careful. I don't criticize for pleasure but for improvement.

Monthey Very disapointed!!! Ordered a cake for my birthday, unfortunately due to a lack of professionalism not only was the cake received not the cake ordered (flowers and fresh fruit) but the service leaves much to be desired. They needed a lot of time to find the cake and ultimately no transport box for the cake... I strongly advise against it.
