Unfriendly service, you don't put in what you want, you talk badly to the employees, you don't get any soy sauce even if you pay 200 chf. Paid, that's strange

Sunday evening! And the employee was extremely motivated. When I asked if I could have the sushi without a bag, I was immediately offered to tape the boxes shut for safe transport! How attentive!! The employee was also very friendly and well-positioned! Thank you for that!! The food was great as always!

At this seecret place there is the kind of suhi that is addictive and makes you want more even after you are hungry. They are quite expensive

It is a small business located under the metro station. There are 3 chairs to sit on, other than that, the tastes are absolutely delicious.

You can NOT pay with cash anymore. I had this experience a few weeks ago when I wanted to pay with cash. I haven't seen any indication and I think it's outrageous to force customers to pay by card.

I sometimes buy sushi here. And I have no complaints 👍 It’s especially convenient to order in advance via the website. The ordering & payment system in the shop itself is also great! They also have free tap water available for filling up one’s own bottle in the shop.

The location is very convenient if you want to quickly grab sushi to go. The sushi is left in the fridge though but still tastes quite good and fresh. If you want fresh sushi then you can order it from the screen. The staff were very kind and it's a cute small store.

We order from Negishi in Oerlikon again and again and are very satisfied every time. The food is very tasty and the quality is consistently high. The food is always ready to be picked up on time. Hot food is kept warm so that it is still warm at home. The service is good and prompt, as you would expect. Keep it up, Negishi team!

Was about 1 week ago. there and wanted to eat sushi with my 2 boys. I'm not really into sushi but my boys convinced me. No more sushi, what's that??? It was a disappointment and I think it was my last time there...

First visit for me in negishi oerlikon. The Asian woman in the kitchen was so helpful and kind. She came out of the kitchen and show me how to use the self scanning machine to order sushi, explaining and answered all my questions. My new fav. Sushi for take out

Second time Negishi this week - fantastically good as always!

I wanted to buy a larger quantity and had a voucher code. The friendly employee couldn't enter it into the system and had to get the boss. I waited and this wasn't a problem either. The boss was very rude and tried to tell me in a way that it wasn't possible and that I had to order everything online individually in order to be able to use the code. Since my husband was waiting with a child, I asked if she would make an exception and if I could take everything with me immediately because it was available in the refrigerated section. She said no and wished me a nice day. In plain English, thrown out of the store. Never again Negishi!

They have a large choice of original vegetarian sushi.

We spontaneously decided to have another sushi evening and ordered a platter for two people from Negishi to pick up. Ordering online is easy and intuitive and our questions about allergens didn't even arise (consistent declaration). When I picked it up at the store, I was greeted very friendly and served despite it being busy. The sushi platter was definitely worth the money! A variety of different ingredients, colors and flavors convinced us again and again!

They used to be really good. ...but let's not dwell on the past. What we took home today for Fr. 51 was not even worth half that and was probably at best the quality of pre-produced sushi from the refrigerated section at the nearest supermarket or discount store. In this price category I expect enjoyment, not just food intake. I'll try it again in six months or at one of your restaurants a la carte.

Great little cute shop. You can take ready-made sushi with you straight away or order fresh digitally to eat it there. Everything was very clean and optimally furnished for the size. Super friendly staff and very tasty sushi Top...great for lunch.

Yummy food but at this location takeaway is your best bet. It seats about 5 people, if you're flying solo you can watch the hustle of the subterranean Oerlikon Station shops. We take away and eat at the MFO.

Great Sushi Take-Away with always positive staff vibes. Personally, i like it more than the alternatives in Oerlikon (Kai, Datto, Sushi Zürich). Vegetarian options are amazing and delicios compositions too!

Dear Negishi team Today I would like to share my positive experience at the Sushi Restaurant Negishi, which is operated by FWG Gastronomy. The restaurant and the entire company are highly recommended throughout Switzerland. We have never had a bad experience! I was amazed by the freshness of the sushi I was able to enjoy there. You can just tell that only the best ingredients are used here. But not only was the food excellent, but also the staff. The boss and her employees were a very friendly team and made our visit a completely successful experience. I can therefore fully recommend the Sushi Restaurant Negishi and will definitely come back. I've ordered from Negishi in Oerlikon many times and from toogoodtogo even more often :-) Everyone in the store was always super friendly. They put extra ginger in when I said I really liked it and even got an extra large portion at tgtg because there was a lot left. Really very customer friendly and I always enjoyed the sushi.

Usually when I got sushi at Lunch time it comes fresh and well done, but today we decided to get it at night and every roll was falling apart, everything were prepared very bad, the one that was supposed to be crispy was just old rice and the taste was awful. So sad experience ... 😵‍💫 I don't recommend the take way in Oerlikon.

True, not fresh and the food tastes completely different than in Wallisellen...the delivery person was very friendly, but unfortunately the sushi was warm, mushy and from last night..it's a shame for the 140.-

The quality of the sushi here is very mixed and often the sushi is unbeatable. The rice is often cold (has been in the fridge for a while) and tasteless. The crunchy rolls are soaked for a while in sauce and not crunchy anymore. Like left overs from the fridge.

Ordered worth 30 CHF from too Good to Go but then only received 1 box of sushi 🍣 which isn't worth nearly 30 CHF. Apparently they weren't wearing donor pants today. For the price I got 5 boxes at Yooji's Sushi Restaurant.

This is the place I go to when Tiny Fish runs out of stock. Unless that’s their strategy maybe something for them to assess? Not to mention to I-know-it-all attitude of the waitress that could do better if she would actually listened..

The food was not fresh and had bones. In addition to the poor quality, this is also a safety risk and therefore only 1 star. If you swallow it, it can lead to major health problems. This shouldn't happen, especially not with a meal of this type and price range!

Every time I drive past a different Negishi location to go to Oerlikon. The staff are always very friendly, accommodating and the sushi is extremely tasty! Simply great!

Great take-away, great staff but the fact that I can no longer pay with cash violates my rights. Art2 WZG/ Art3 WZG! So you have lost me as a regular customer. This has nothing to do with innovation, it is simply ill-considered and short-sighted. It's a real shame, the food was always great.
