My girlfriend and I visited on Good Friday. Very nice service that helps and gives tips. The tip was actually very tasty. In general, the food is very tasty and the portion sizes are very good. The waiter's dessert tip (chocolate cake), his favorite dessert, really suited my taste. :-) Great Lockal, which is highly recommended. We will be back.

I went to dinner here with colleagues while visiting Zurich for work. The sushi was OK, but the ambiance and drinks were great!

I only ordered takeaway, so I can't say much about the ambience in the restaurant. But the entrance area was designed cool. The sushi was mediocre compared to other sushi restaurants and also above average in price. At that price I would have expected better sushi, the nori was a bit "cheezy". However, the staff was very friendly and the food was ready on time.

Fresh dishes, great flavor combinations & very nice ambience. The staff is very friendly & competent, maybe a little too quick to take the order at first. Modern reservation or ordering system & totally cashless, which I think is good.

The food is amazing, for the price point this is by far the best sushi in the city. The selection is big & creative. The only negative about this place is its absolutely distasteful interior design. I personally don't get off on eating in a place that's modeled to look like a brothel with murals of bloody geishas and BDSM corners and I don't think such casual misogyny is appropriate as "decor".

Yesterday we had dinner in a group of 6 in the evening. The food was great, the ambience was great, but the service couldn't speak proper German and brought more and more wrong drinks and the payment system didn't work properly. So we had to wait 60 minutes until the last person at our table paid could. As “compensation” there was a 20 CHF voucher for the birthday child in our group. I found it weak, unfortunately

nice atmosphere, good food, service was routinely friendly, ... drink order came (somewhat long wait) almost at the same time as the meal (short wait)... Restaurant is "cashless" and you can easily pay your bill using your smartphone & just get up and go...

I went to dinner with my wife and children. Food, drinks and ambience were great. Since we were short on time, we pre-ordered the food and paid for it in advance. But it took another 25 minutes after arrival until everything was on the table. Unfortunately there wasn't enough left for dessert. But we'd be happy to come back another time when we have more time.

Yesterday we had sushi on Pilatusstrasse (all you can eat). That was our first time since the prices were increased to 58 per person. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the offer as half of the rolls are now vegan. But the food was good, apart from the first two rounds. Then you noticed that the fried rolls had been in the fridge for a long time. The crispy rolls were anything but crispy and the rice was also very, very cold. From the 3rd round onwards they were supper crunchy. The service (a young lady with long braids 😊) was very attentive and friendly.

We went to the restaurant first thing at 12pm but had to wait a long time for service. The waitress was unfriendly. But luckily we enjoyed the food 🍣🥢.

I went to Negishi Restaurant with my date on an all you can eat Monday. The sushi was A1, freshly prepared and exceeded my expectations in every way. Actually 5 stars the following would not have happened: 1 star minus: The woman who served us was very pretty. My date didn't think it was that cool and unfortunately he didn't go back to my house 1 star minus: I ate my fill, was very hot, but unfortunately burped rice all night. Maybe it was better that we didn't go home together.

We were on the 2nd floor and the ambience was very great, beautiful decoration, great furniture, the service met our every need without being intrusive. The food was great anyway! The price was okay too, great experience. When I went to the toilet, I had the impression that it was a bit cold on the first floor (we were there in winter).

Just visited this place and what a disappointment! Firstly, before we had a chance to start looking at the menu, the waitress asked about the drinks and we ordered a bottle of sparkling water to start with. She brought us a jug of carbonated tap water and to our astonishment that cost us 11 franks! What a rip-off! I understand I am in Switzerland, but have lived here for around 5 years and visited quite a few fancy or posh restaurants. It has never been a case of being charged 11 franks for a jug of tap water. I could even justify a branded glass bottle or likewise, but not tap water, excuse me! With regard to the food, very average quality. In salmon rolls I could hardly find salmon at all. The soup lacked flavour. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I just had to share our unfortunate experience with others.

We ordered, after an hour delay and asking where our order was, it arrived. Unfortunately everything was very messy and no longer worked well. It's a shame, the driver apologized and said it was his fault. But for the price you should also get good quality!

The sushi is always great, as is the ambience 😉 Only the service has deteriorated extremely, there are no more real menu cards and you can no longer pay in cash when picking up, which is a very bad development.

This place is really nice and cozy but the sushi is just eh.. nothing special to be honest. Too much rice and almost no fish. The salmon in maki is almost invisible. Udon with minced meat was ok but the big chunks of ginger made it hard to eat. I really liked the iced tea though. I was here 2 times. The first time we were served by Ha and she was super sweet and friendly. The second time there was a blond girl Laura but she seemed a bit arrogant and not motivated. Overall i would say its a nice place for a drink but if you are someone who knows what sushi really is then there are better places in Luzern.

Something different, the food was very good! Unfortunately, the seating in the restaurant is very long and the tables are close together. So there is no comfort. Ordering via cell phone is not well received by everyone.

My boyfriend and I go to this restaurant very often for several reasons. First of all, the incredible service provided by Naomi and Štěpán. Second, environments that are just not visible. And I have never eaten such good sushi anywhere. I can only recommend.

Very nice ambient! Negishi never disappoints. Every restaurakt has its own art style. Ha served us. Very kind, competent. Not pushy and just right! Not just the sushi is amazing, also the soups. This month The „Nippon Bridge“. A charity dish and a flavour bomb! As always a pleasure.

I love the vibe here. They have a little bit of that baddie vibe but also very warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, especially the Nigiri. They serve my favorite Thai bier as well; Singha. This is a great spot to bring a date, or just a stop for some really great sushi.
