Very, very unfriendly, wasn't even greeted and just looked at stupidly and had to go straight out NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Very friendly and competent team. Sensational advice. Liz, Eric and the entire team know how to make someone happy. Liz responds to your personal needs and knows what suits you perfectly. Before you decide on certain types of coffee, she will be happy to prepare cups for you and will be happy to inform you about the origin and composition of each type of coffee. You are not only in good hands with her when it comes to types of coffee, but also when it comes to coffee machines. Definitely worth a visit ☕.

We acquired the Barista machine from her and she gave us a whole demonstration with all the different variations. Thank you for a great opportunity to take part in a Home Compostible Collection studio. I would recommend it to everyone - it really is an experience! Coffee Expert Liz does it with great dedication and very professionally. And she is a very nice person too. You can compost the capsules with high-quality coffee at home, which I personally think is great. And the coffee tastes good ;)

We are so happy with our experience at this shop. We came in to look at different coffee machines with NO intention of buying from Nespresso directly as we saw better deals and in other electronic shops, however Adriano Cavallaro explained us all the benefits of buying directly from Nespresso and was very kind to go through all differences between machines and our options. We left the shop with Nespresso subscription membership and a new coffee machine, which we could not be happier about. Adriano made our day! The best costumer service, personal approach and great selling skills as we would only now purchase from this shop in the future! Thank you so much for the experience! 10/10

I just wanted to leave a review after having a great shopping experience due to Liz (I hope I wrote her name right), a lady from your salesteam. It was my first time buying at Nespresso and she was the sweetest and most attentive person ever. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and customed the order in perfect accordance to my needs. I will for sure come back given the great customer services provided by her!

These 5 stars are deserved for the always friendly and attentive service, not just in one day but over several visits. I have been enjoying Nespresso coffee for around 25 years and am very satisfied. I also think the renovation was very successful, it looks brighter and more inviting.

Better to buy the capsels in the shop. They always have some good offers and they are extremely nice and helpful.

What a cow of a woman. That is working in this location. The shop is packed and I get told off for picking up my capsules. Bad service. What an embarrassing experience fire the entire office. Learn to greet customers and explain beforehand . Never been so embarrassed in my life. Loser of a woman in this store.

A "no" should be a "no", right? If I say twice to your employee that I don't want to give my surname I should not be asked for it for the third time or being asked "why not?".

Every time it progresses endlessly slowly, the service is not prompt at all.

When the repaired Gran Maestria Titan was returned after 2.5 weeks, it came back with the same defect (as I had sent it in). The subsequent support call was anything but what you are used to from a professional center. After announcing my name, rep. number and customer number, they wanted the following information: sn and the color. After I said that you should now actually know this since you had the machine for almost 3 weeks... I was told that this is a standard procedure... Ok, let's continue with the good questions in the text: "When was the last time I descaled this?" Please? The machine is being repaired by you precisely because water no longer comes out?!? Last but not least, the crowning glory: The first order had already been booked for CHF 107.50, but the lady still thought it made sense to give me another invoice amount! My objection was that you couldn't charge for a repair - she casually said that was the standard procedure... I'm now looking forward to a reaction (hopefully not standard) and please urgently ask that the check question sheet catalog be improved.

For me, this is the most important Nespresso boutique in the entire city of Zurich and the Zurich metropolitan area. Because in this Nespresso boutique, I got to know and appreciate Nespresso. Thanks to the very competent advice from the employees, I always learned and got to know a few new details. I also completed my Nespresso membership in this store 10 years ago and I am also very grateful for this membership card, because the orders you place are recorded electronically and that is of course a very big difference between these 3 coffee statuses , because as an expert you already receive complimentary goodies and sometimes even percentages on coffee machines or coffee pastries. After that you have already reached the highest status = Ambassador. You can get this from 150 sticks of Nespresso coffee or 1500 coffee capsules per year: It is also a very nice privilege to be the first to receive the latest emails from Nespresso. And they usually contain exclusive variations of the most expensive and best coffees from all over the world. As an Ambassador member you also have access to a wide variety of coffee tastings and a 20% discount on coffee machines and coffee pastries.

Large and beautiful Nespresso boutique, I find the customer guidance a bit confusing, there are different areas and after entering we couldn't find our way straight away. After a few minutes we got to the right place ourselves.
