Nespresso in Lausanne

I've been there several times but I really realize the facts. The service sucks. I enter the shop, there is only one other customer at the counter and 2 employees. I head towards the machine models because that is the purpose of my visit. The gentleman busy with the customer greets me. I walk around the island where there are the machines, look at the shelf, touch it, no one says anything to me. I head towards the door...still nothing. I leave the store in total indifference. The atmosphere on the main bridge was much nicer. But just because there are now coffee machines doesn't mean we should forget about us... the customers. One more reason to order online. Afterwards, if you lose your job, you shouldn't complain. Really disappointed.

An extraordinary team! I was extremely well received. They bent over backwards to find me a machine that they no longer had in stock but for which I fell in love. I had the chance to taste coffee and learn how to make a crème brûlée-style latte macchiato. A treat in every way!

As much as their coffees are extraordinary and of exceptional quality, that’s why I am a member. But wait 10-12 minutes in the “Nespresso” store while the hostesses look at you out of the corner of their eyes every time she passes before asking “finally?” " What can I do for you? While the store was almost empty. Deplorable customer service I will never set foot there again I prefer to order online.

My old machine which no longer worked because I maintained it poorly 😅 was repaired within an hour for free 😀

This is the nicest Nespresso I have ever visited. The atmosphere is clean and attractive. The service is impeccable. My server Ruben was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. He easily spoke to me in French, English (my native language), German, and Italian. Merci, Grazie, Danke, Thank you!

Good morning, I would like to express my gratitude to Filipa for her exceptional performance at the store during the creation workshop. In addition to explaining the origin and quality of the coffee selected by Nespresso, she also introduced us to new ways of preparing coffee using the Barista frother to create creamy foam blends. Using different ingredients such as wine, non-alcoholic spirits, chocolate, jam, peanut butter, we were able to explore unique combinations to create personalized and surprising drinks. Thanks to his help, we gave free rein to our creativity by concocting our own creations, and even personalizing our cups with a photo and an engraving. Terrible service. Waited for 25 minutes in line to be told that they don’t look at machines on a Saturday, only sell capsules. We were told to leave the shop with no interest, help or advice about our broken nespresso machine.

Obviously, Nespresso is a victim of its success. The staff is completely overwhelmed when the crowd is average and I was not served despite waiting 10 minutes. I finally bought compatible capsules at the Migros next door.

We had the opportunity to take part in a coffee discovery course, it was a great experience with the unique Raphael who not only welcomed us very warmly but also passed on his love for coffee and know-how. An experience that I highly recommend to everyone!

This is the last time I visit this store. Even the kiosks are bigger. The organization is deplorable, the service has deteriorated. It’s as unpleasant as a station hall during rush hour. The Saint-Francois store was much nicer. In short, catastrophic customer experience.

Website not working. App in South Africa not up to standard, unable to connect to Barista as the app HAS NO MACHINE ICON!!! Seriously, how can this be allowed for such an expensive renowned brand??? No way to contact head office as everything directs back to SA.

We have had our Nespresso coffee machines and capsules for x years now. Unfortunately, the quality of the machines leaves a lot to be desired. Regardless of whether it's the original capsule machine or Vertuo, not a month goes by and either the water runs out, the coffee doesn't come out in the right amount that you programmed in, etc. In the meantime, I no longer know how much coffee machines and money we have already spent. We will now use up our capsules and switch back to a fully automatic coffee machine.

Very nice little cocktail class with Raphaël! We learn to rediscover coffee in other forms that we already know and we bring out our buried creativity! 1 hour is a bit of a stretch, 2 hours wouldn't be bad to give us more of a chance to make THE cocktail of the year!

I miss the St François store, it was much classier. In addition, I came across a saleswoman who doesn't know the products. Damage. It's easier to order online and the telephone advisors are much more competent.
