Pleasant service, however registering a machine is an obstacle course. Invalid serial number, serial number too short, cannot register by telephone. Registering to receive the gift capsules is a horror...Nestlé Vevey is not theirs, the authorized reseller does not do it. You must register and receive a customer code then request registration by email

I participated in a one-hour workshop about recipe creation (coffee-based cocktails) with Patrick, a true coffee enthusiast! I even got to mix my own cocktail. The recipes were so great that I recreated one of the recipes at home the next day and took it on my paddleboard for a ride on the lake. I highly recommend the Nespresso workshops to deepen your knowledge of the world of coffee. Thanks again to Patrick for this wonderful workshop!

👍 A friend recommended a gathering here and we ordered new products. The first white snowflake was too sweet for me, but I personally liked the second dark brown one! (Forgive me for not knowing much about coffee, I can’t even remember its name...) After tasting the coffee here, I felt that all I drank before was loneliness. The only drawback is that Union Pay cannot be used here🥲 Another note: The environment here is beautiful and we can bask in the sun outdoors, so we don’t feel very cold. The male clerk in charge of our table was also very nice and very friendly towards children!

We went to taste the new coffees the first one we wanted to taste the saleswoman told us that it was new and expensive so we couldn't taste it immediately after she left to do something else and we didn't see it again. We left without tasting or buying anything. Well done nespresso

The welcome and service are always very friendly, even when arriving just before closing and in work overalls.

Very clean, tidy, everything... Maybe too much. But it’s better to have too much than too little, right? The staff listens and works hard to satisfy customers. Compared to the Lausanne store in Saint-François, the Lutry employees do not think they are the CEO of Nespresso... A downside for the parking spaces reserved for customers...Are they really occupied by customers? I doubt...

A frankly rubbish concept. When we arrive we are attacked by the saleswomen who appear perfectly arrogant and haughty. No freedom of choice other than putting up with the saleswoman. No no no no. Absolutely not recommended.

The staff has a serious attitude problem. Avoid.

The saleswoman doesn't give us time to choose. She constantly offers other coffees without giving us time to respond so that in the end we don't even know what we ordered. For a first visit I am disappointed. I usually go to buy my coffee in Orbe at the Nestlé store where I can take my time choosing.

Brand new shop. You ll find all Nespresso products including Nespresso machines. Attention is perfect and very attractive and sympathetic. We found all we were looking for

Pleasant, airy place (which is rare these days). Attentive staff, pleasantly smiling; giving advice, but without forcing your hand. In short: you will understand, we really appreciated it.

There are now many companies selling capsules but not one of them can match Nespresso. Coming to this particular boutique, I have been there twice and have come away delighted by the awesome customer service and amazing staff.
