I think it's absolutely uncool that the men are all standing around in suits, it seems so sterile and you don't feel like you're at home. As an idea: a cozy lounge would enhance the whole thing and if the staff would dress smartly (casual). So everything is completely exaggerated. Nice bright rooms.
