The meat was among the best I have ever eaten (it cuts like butter!) and generously served with vegetables, French fries and especially this time I had a morel sauce, excellent! I chose a homemade rabbit terrine as a starter, delicious and beautifully presented. We come here in autumn for hunting but all year round the Swiss meat is of very high quality, tender and tasty. Perfectly cooked vegetables, and choice of several sauces. The pretty terrace is above the river and beautiful! It’s worth the detour, I went from Geneva on purpose! The hosts are very welcoming and kind, restaurant only open Friday and Saturday evenings.
