The waitress NORA is exceptional, great establishment.

Establishment where you can smoke excellent shisha. Good music, nice cocktails. I recommend it if you are passing through Geneva.

Great place to drink a cocktail accompanied by a shisha on comfortable armchairs and benches unlike the surroundings very good value for money 45CHF a virgin cocktail and a mint shisha.🤙

Extremely good shisha, perfect welcome, nothing to say, the staff is very friendly, nothing to say, best shisha in Geneva. But on the other hand, the barmaid with long black hair and glasses is very unpleasant, impolite, haughty and rude to customers. Too bad, it spoils the idyllic setting of the Emirates hookah.

The hookahs are extremely good, but unfortunately the staff who work there are extremely rude. They deserve to run away without paying.

Superb welcome, pleasant waitress, nice setting, I would return without any worries.

Frankly it's to be avoided, bad hookah, 0 service, and for everyone it's really too expensive for mediocre quality!

The customer service is good but the hookahs don't smoke so it's a shame for a hookah bar.

A more than perfect evening...better than we expected...from the staff to the atmosphere to the music and cheerfulness...it was great!!! Hurry up next evening

Atypical shisha, and with a surprisingly decent shisha quality, including very decent tobaccos. With better consumption, and a more present service, it would be a deserved 5 star. Top in Geneva thank you.

A hookah without much interest and the prices are quite high 35 euros per hookah and 10 balls per teapot ×-×

Horrible shisha, avoid at all costs. I make shisha at home better than the dross they serve here and to think it costs 35 CHF - very laughable. Worst shisha I have ever had and when pointed out to the waitress her response was 'probably not used to shisha'; sure not used to smoking bad quality shisha that is weak in flavour and burns within 5 mins. Owner does not bother to show his face, clearly too busy and didn't even try to offer a new shisha head or fresh shisha - but ofcourse customer care is low on his list of priorities. I mean why would you care when you are ripping people off for substandard shisha.

Very good personal hookah at the top

The decor was recently redone, the staff is attentive and super friendly! Remember to book on the weekend because there will be quite a wait. The prices are correct for Geneva!

I knew the Emirates before the new manager bought it there were a lot of people we couldn't talk because the music was too loud, but now I really like it we are able to communicate better the establishment has been renovated

A very small sandwich for the price!

Ideal establishment for 18-25 year olds, service at the top of efficiency. The decoration has recently been redone and the sound system improved. There is still a little progress to be made in terms of hookahs (water level and tobacco dosage). I deplore the absence of hot drinks and smoothies in the evening. Good DJ playing current songs and superb general atmosphere.

Since the work the place has become prettier but the Shisha lacks flavor... I don't feel like I make them any worse at home. It's not bad but it's not good enough for us to say wow I'm going back for a Shisha... a little disappointed overall with the Shishas

I like going there with friends during the day which is calmer than in the evening, several choices in varied hookah taste however I find the service still long the last time I went there I waited 20 min to be served while few customers and several servers.

For a small glass of coke (also in a can and hot) served with a straw aside, the wait was much too long and there was only us in the Bar (on a Sunday) for 4 or 5 servers. When we ask for glasses it's not possible, nor that there are ice cubes... how do they make the cocktails in this case? A little disappointed despite what I had heard from the reception...

A bit young clientele but very professional and helpful staff and waiter! We are considered customers and not the opposite like some unfortunate places such as the rooftop in Geneva
