I think it's good that you have the opportunity to eat here after you leave. However, I was surprised that I didn't receive any dressing for my kebab salad and no sauce for the kebab meat. Seriously had to ask for sauce. It's not normal that in a restaurant you are served a salad without salad dressing and in a kebab shop the meat is served without sauce. After I got this the food was somewhat ok but this incompetence was immediately noticeable.

Owner seems to be drunk because he asked me like 5 times what we want. i took 1h until i got my food. 5 people in front of me!!! food is good but not worth it to go! save you time and money for mc donals! trust me, that place is worse than the service in the prison.

Staff can't speak German. Also comes across as very rude. My wife specifically asked for a small kebab box. She said: “Yes, I can do it”. There were four of us in total. Everyone a kebab and the small kebab box. The taste was poor to mediocre. In the end she charged us the full price for the small box. When I complained, she just laughed cynically. Was there with colleagues before this incident. I order without onion and cocktail/yogurt sauce and he delivers with a lot of onion and just cocktail. When he paid, he no longer knew who had already paid for what. For 20 minutes he talked to me about not paying for the kebab, even though I did so when I ordered it. Never again New Point. The shed is a complete disaster.

Normal Kebab joint, open 24/7 Taste is less than average, even late at night after a few drinks. We ordered one Item, they seemed to forget it. After reminding them 2 times they finally got to make it, 20 minutes later!

For small orders, very good. As soon as there are a few more people here, it's a huge mess. Nobody knows who paid, nobody knows who ordered what, PURE chaos!! Very unfortunate. Ingredients are simply put into the dish too much rather than too little...

Very friendly and polite staff. The food is halal.... The kofta teller was amazing and perfectly cooked ..Kids enjoyed their donar teller and chicken pizza .. The ambiance was good and the service was quick. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit it again when we are in Lucerne.

I had a hard time adjusting to the time difference, so I woke up early in the morning and it was the only place open, but the food was delicious and the prices were good for Switzerland! I definitely want to stop by again next time.

Gastro is tough business and I wonder how our morale would be if We‘d run 12+ hours shifts 7/7 every week like the lady and the cook do here… comments apart, I eat here every now and then, saved my day when it happened to be very late after work, grategulf for that, quality has always met the average, sometimes exceeded it, hope you‘ll enjoy it at least to keep them alive as I am trying to do

The staff or the woman at the checkout (the chef was very friendly) was very disrespectful. You come to the restaurant (around 12:00 a.m.) and just want to order something to eat in peace. I asked if card payment (contactless) was possible and the woman asked me if the card was stolen?! Incredible. Afterwards we wanted to sit outside and a short time later we were asked to leave the place within 5 minutes because it was no longer allowed to eat outside at 00:30. It was completely OK for us, but I find the fact that other guests were still allowed to sit and eat there until 00:40+ and even the woman herself sat outside with the guests to be absolutely unprofessional. The food was ok.

Ordered kebab in pocket bread. A disaster in terms of taste. Bread was dry and broken on one side so that some sauce leaked out. Only meat on top with nothing, very dry and seemed to me to be very poor quality or poorly prepared. Two bites down, the meat was swimming in sauce and the salad was only available in homeopathic doses. After the fourth bite I threw the thing away. Abdominal pain still followed. 2 stars because the minimum service was provided. Never again, rather hungry through the night. It's a shame, it really shouldn't be that hard.

Newpoint is my absolute favorite among the kebab shops. So far, whether it's pizza or kebab, I've always had a great meal. The service was always very personable, friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend stopping by, I'll always be happy to come back!

Yesterday I was back at New Point for a long time and, like every time, everything was great! Mega friendly staff. I would especially like to mention Mrs. Scheidegger, she took time for her guests and was extremely sweet with my little daughter. The food was, as usual, very good. No long waiting times. I will come back as a guest at any time. Because at New Point I felt not just a customer but a valued guest.

Got charged CHF 440 for 3 kebabs, they said they charged me by mistake and will refund me the rest on 2-3 days! Took them 9 days with many follow ups. If you pay by card, make sure you check the price!

I just read that you offer free food for people who can't afford food. This definitely deserves 5 stars. Simply commendable.

Had a long white hair in my chicken box! Appetite and hunger were gone immediately!!! For a restaurant that is open for so long and serves several hundred people every day, I think it's a no go! It's nice and warm and comfortable. The kebab arrived to us nice and warm and I didn't puke afterwards, which I find very positive. Using the toilet was OK, a urinal was in use and the water bucket for flushing was filled next to it. They said goodbye to me and I left the store. Conclusion: I recommend the place! *Mr. Gonza returns to Mars Swissschh
