Ordered sushi again for a long time. The delivery was on time. However, the delivery person first drove to the wrong address. The food was okay, but I remembered it much better. It definitely wasn't bad, fresh but not really very good. The quality and taste seem to have decreased. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right for me

Mega fine Asian food. Very large vegetarian selection and selection of drinks to match the restaurant. We tried the Inding, so we chose the food in advance and paid in advance. We then went to the cinema and didn't want to wait long. We were glad we did it, it became very crowded and loud within 30 minutes. The service from reception to farewell was very good. Next time we'll take more time to enjoy it.

Interesting restaurant concept.

Today I had dinner at Nooch and indulged myself. It was a wonderful evening with tasty food and drinks as well as dessert. Since the menu is so diverse and large, it is difficult to decide. I was also pleasantly surprised by the change from meat dishes to meatless happiness (vegan) on the menu. Our meal was a wonderful 12/10. Not too much but not too little seasoned either, to be precise it was perfect. The portion size was perfect, almost too much. The prices are more than fair for the size! The service team was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel stressed or rushed at all as you gave us enough time to place the order. The food came at the right time and was very nicely prepared. I come to eat often and can only recommend it☺️

Today we were at Nooch in Ebikon. The service is disastrous. Despite asking several times, we were not served. So we were never able to order anything. After a long wait we left again. You feel very unwanted and therefore uncomfortable. It was definitely the last time.

The food was good. The service was a bit slack. A bit annoying that you can only pay with a credit card.

Nice restaurant. Unfortunately not suitable for a quick lunch. It took a long time to order. Until the food came, too. Great app it has for the menu. The invoice is also immediately visible. But you can't place orders in the app. That's a shame and impractical

All-u-can-eat was great, as always! (I can't understand how another review gave all-u-can-eat a bad rating. Here in the mall (it's different in Kriens) the first plate comes right after the starter, without having to tick off the list. The next plates always arrive promptly (of course depending on how many customers are in the restaurant). We were there longer than the allotted time and no one said anything. And the list has 5 rows to fill out, but you are asked if you need a 2nd list. We always leave here completely full.) We are all vegans and we have the best sushi here. The service was very nice and attentive. We had a lovely evening with you at the Mall of Switzerland, thank you!

I would “theoretically” give this restaurant 5 stars. However, there is a rather cheeky rip-off scam hidden behind it. There are actually 5 rounds that are included in the all you can eat package. However, the breaks between the individual rounds are deliberately lengthened. So it is not possible to enjoy all rounds within the reserved and recommended time. A group of 8 people were absolutely disappointed! I clearly recommend NOT going there. Even from a purely objective point of view, an absolute disgrace!

Very fine food, nice ambience and good service. The only (big) drawback - you were cold! It was really cold and the problem is probably also known.

The food was very tasty, unfortunately we were all cold and therefore the stay was unpleasant. The air was cold and our feet were freezing.

The restaurant offers an attractive menu with fresh and tasty dishes. Although I'm not a big fan of going cashless, I accept it. However, I don't understand why only Coca Cola Zero is offered. I personally find that patronizing, so just stop drinking Coke altogether. Therefore I give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars.

Very nice place with nice staff, good food and a relaxed atmosphere. The price range is very upscale. (40chf per person). You can order via website and via staff.

I went to Nooch for lunch today and ordered Menu 2: Lunch at Zoo. 1 hour later I already had stomach cramps and felt sick and nauseous!

Friendly and flexible service (I came with more guests than reserved!). Fast service, very good food and all satisfied guests. I like the concept with the watch list and payment via app. I'll be back!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious, the menu divers and the service very friendly.

Normally I never write reviews, but my experience in mid-November literally compelled me to. I'm generally a big fan of the restaurants and offerings from Wiesner Gastronomie AG, but the quality has declined significantly and the prices are now simply exaggerated and outrageous. For the third time in a row, I've noticed that they don't put in as much effort as they used to, and the price just isn't justified anymore. I ordered the Beef & Ginger Wok at Nooch in the mall and for 30 CHF the taste was more than disappointing. I didn't eat it all and take it home. My husband didn't want to finish it either and also said it wasn't tasty at all (that's saying something!). I ordered a few sushis as a starter, which were quite okay. You can now get fantastic Asian food for a lot cheaper in many other places. In addition to the bad food, I also had the misfortune of encountering a rather unfriendly employee. She didn't feel like working and customer friendliness wasn't something she was born with. I almost never experience something like that - I made it clear to her that her behavior was quite inappropriate. She at least tried to save the situation afterwards (she was overly friendly), but unfortunately the train had already left for me. I still had to deal with the manager and she was super nice, helpful and friendly. Therefore another star. But the nooch will definitely be a thing of the past for me. I'm really sorry to have to give this review because I used to enjoy going to the Wiesner Restis. But the decreased quality and inflated prices have forced me to reconsider my opinion (especially in the Nooch restis). Maybe Negishi in Zug again, but as I said, the competition never sleeps and there are now many fantastic Asian restis in all sorts of places for more reasonable prices, inflation or not. I will definitely try other restaurants in the future that offer better quality and value for money.

The sushi itself is of great quality as always, but I got 4 pieces of sushi less than I ordered, I ordered 2x 8 pieces of Rainbow Salmon Rolls and I ordered 2x 6 pieces...not nice, and on top of that I didn't have any chopsticks or wasabi I didn't get any soy sauce either 😒 for this price it should be better!

We waited for an hour and were repeatedly told off that they didn't have enough cooks and that it would take longer. After everyone around us got their food, even though they came to the restaurant after us, they said, sorry, your food was forgotten. So disappointing. I have known the restaurant for a long time from Zurich, but how it is run in Ebikon; a disaster. Yes, we are aware of staff shortages. Then say at the beginning that there will be longer waiting times! And simply forgetting to order is pretty bad service and certainly doesn't justify the horrendous prices. We left the restaurant hungry and frustrated…

As always, the food was an absolute dream! The momos leave you in your mouth. Ash the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Gladly again

Ordering and paying via the app is a great idea, it would be ideal if you could even order food via the web app. Unfortunately, we waited quite a long time for our food.

I ate alone for 60 francs, enjoyed an Aperol/ginger drink for 15 francs and also ordered a glass of Hahnenburger. I was then charged Fr 5.40, so the price per liter was over 20 francs! Complaining to this staff, who use the same name as every guest anyway, didn't help. A pity! For me that was it at Nootch, especially since you would get free water at the tap next to the checkout. What I also didn't know: Drink prices have to be declared on the menu, so you can't charge fantasy prices. Maybe it will benefit someone.

The day after eating I vomited 3 times and my husband has diarrhea. Most likely it was the salmon tartare.

Up until now I always enjoyed eating out at nooch. But unfortunately from December 1st. Payment is only possible cashless. I don't want to support that...so unfortunately I won't be eating there again in the future.

It's a shame you can't give zero stars! After ordering drinks at the table outside, we wanted to move to a table inside because it was getting cold outside. We were not allowed to do this, it would be too complicated and every table would already be reserved (completely empty interior). The waitress Sophie was extremely unfriendly. We didn't order any more food and went to another restaurant. Service nil

Theoni served my girlfriend and I with great kindness and enthusiasm. Since we wanted to eat something after 2 p.m., there was no sushi because the sushi chef was on break. But Theoni tried very hard to organize delicious food for us. Her infectious smile and professionalism made our late lunch a culinary experience. The dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious.

It is always a pleasure to eat here. The food is tasty, the service is great. Very child friendly. In this particular case, Theoni was our waitress. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

We were at Nooch on Saturday evening on September 16th, 2023. We noticed the negative treatment of the waiters early on. A woman of Asian origin (I think her name was Patricia), probably the boss, treated certain employees very disrespectfully. When we confronted her, she simply said that she already knew how to deal with the various employees and that they were used to it and didn't hold it against her. However, according to the waitress who served us all evening, this was not the case. Such behavior should not be tolerated. I hope the boss is taken to task by the responsible internal body!
