Very good restaurant in 2023 closed Saturday lunchtime, Sunday and Monday..very nice terrace with grilled meat outside and friendly staff. The food is good although the starter was really small...desserts good After another evening in 2024, we found the dishes delicious but the hostess not up to the level... no flexibility in the menu at 100fr for the obligatory dessert and a little skimpy on the cheese! We need more flexibility, kindness and generosity! On the other hand, the sommelier gave us very good advice and was generous…

I arrived at 8:50 p.m. to see if I could eat. I was told with a relatively haughty air that the kitchen was closed. At 8:50 p.m.... even though the restaurant says it's open until 1 a.m.... too bad.

Comfortable and very well decorated restaurant! Impeccable and pleasant service. Being vegetarian, the chef made a mushroom risotto which was not on the menu especially for us. I recommend 100% (Thank you Pascaline for the discovery)

Booked this place for our civil wedding and it was amazing! They had a delicious 2 choices menu that our guests chose. Service was great! Definitely will go back.

Classy restaurant. the staff very friendly, professional and good advice. Very well presented and delicious gourmet cuisine. To choose from the 2 menus presented or a few dishes proposed by the server. Free parking (area with disc) around the restaurant. The entrance to the establishment is located on the road side. Price-quality expensive but great.

We were there as a business and were given a very friendly welcome. We were very well accompanied and the menu was very well described and explained to us. The service at the table was very great. I can highly recommend this for further business lunches.

Excellent! One of the best places in Lausanne (even if it shouldn't be repeated to avoid more customers). A downside: the fact that there is no slate to follow the entire menu even if it changes often (but that just requires you to listen). Nice wine list.

The savory dishes were 4.5 stars to me, especially the appetizers “ceviche” and “egg & champignons”. It was a dream for mushroom lovers. Friendly staff members & good service. However, no print-out menu. Menu explained verbally in French only. Dessert options were not very interesting. Lemon tart was just ok. Location was difficult to reach except via driving. (From train station to walk up here alongside cars wouldn’t be pleasant.) On the pricier side.

Very disappointed We came a month and a half ago at noon in passing. Good welcome and good meal. We came back one afternoon. There was no one there and tables were not set. But from now on, you are not accepted if you have not reserved. Really not very commercial. We will never come back even though we pass by it every day.

Green and relaxed terrace. Indoor restaurant like at home in case of bad weather. Exceptionally friendly, energizing and particularly warm welcome. Men's team, each more charming than the other. Beautiful to look at while listening to them explain the food menu, daily suggestions and current specialties. We happily drink the nectars offered and recommended by the passionate and exciting sommelier. The concept is surprising and pleasant: the mobile and human menu takes us on a journey into the poetry of the menu and the ideas of the chef and his brigade. Once installed, you no longer want to leave. If the evening is cool, the blankets distributed will make you want to stay all night. Absolutely worth discovering and doing again 🍀

Beautiful place but unfortunately disappointed with the experience. No menus available on paper nor digital form, the waiter explains you the dishes and prices. Found a mosquito in my salad and a hair in my friend’s dish. Even though we warned the waiter, he did not even apologize or changed it! He just said he wasn’t responsible & that he would tell the chef. Still we got no apologies not even any discounts for this mess! We asked for bread the waiter arrogantly said he just had two hands!! At a fine dining restaurant the cleanliness and sanitation is the least you can expect. It was a real shame..

The cuisine is refined, the assortments of flavors tasty, highlighted by a subtle decoration. THANKS. BUT.... Deplorable service, it ruined this moment with friends. - The proposed table was poorly placed even though an uncleared table was just available with a view of the vineyards. Ours was untrained, without cushion and wobbly. We had to ask twice for it to be fixed. - There is no paper or digital menu, nor even a slate. We must concentrate on the explanations of the waiters who talk to you at full speed about all the dishes and drinks. If you want to know the prices, you have to take a tour again. Relaxation guaranteed. - the main waiter speaks to you with arrogance and tells you that you have reason to take the fish as it should help your memory. To be followed by a lack of delicacy and courtesy for the rest of the service. The service received is an insult to the cuisine served. A real waste.

A nice concept for perfect cooking. The langoustine was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible and so was the beef. The wine offered perfectly suited my tastes. We had an excellent evening.

We had planned to eat on the terrace but the weather decided otherwise. Too bad, the place is perfect in summer. It’s a restaurant without a menu and without a slate! The dishes are listed, you will have to remember them and for me it already takes away the pleasure of reading the map, comparing and also to hesitate a little… The prices are not recited, they… The food is good, rather expensive and without surprise. The wine list honors the local winegrowers who have done a good job but, as is often the case, it is obviously the bistro that gains the most. As you can see, I'm not thrilled with this address and also not with the service which, for my taste, is a little too much. This is the opinion of a table of four guests a little disappointed but fortunately not all the customers seem really enchanted by Ô Lavaux!

A good "star" restaurant. Unfortunately, German is hardly spoken.

NEVER AGAIN ! We ordered hunting which came in 2 services. We waited 30 minutes between the two, without anyone telling us to wait. We asked for the boss (who serves in the room) and she was very unpleasant! very bossy, as well as the waitress and wine manager below the level of politeness. She didn't even offer us coffees for the inconvenience and gave us the coats without saying goodbye. And more expensive for the quality!

We didn't know each other at all and very close friends invited us there. The welcome, the service and the cuisine are absolutely impeccable. We ate extremely well, the plates were magnificent and all in a superb setting ❤️ I highly recommend this rare gem.

Excellent address: very good dishes, well presented, made with seasonal products. A little thing to know for non-smokers, the restaurant offers a wide choice of cigars that you can smoke on their terrace. This can quickly ruin a meal if you only like the smell moderately!

Very good restaurant (2 steps from my house). Two atmospheres but a brasserie vs seasonal restaurant menu which is a real treat. Immerse yourself in the wine list, bible version, to choose your tasting... the waiters will be able to advise you wonderfully!

Simple and pleasant welcome, good quality table. Welcoming terrace, I had a good time there with my family. Starter/main course/dessert/1 bottle of wine, 600Chf for 4.

The place is just gorgeous. The terrace is wonderful to dine in when the weather is good. We were there for lunch after a business meeting. The food is Michelin standard. If you find the food is too extensive for lunch, they provide a cafe menu also. It’s a wonderful treat after work!

Without a doubt in the top 5 of the best restaurants in Lausanne and even in Switzerland. Fine, measured food... fireworks of flavor. Summer... it's a paradise.
