The Oase restaurant is located on the 3rd floor at Zurich HB. I think of it more as a canteen than a restaurant. The prices are low for a dish. The food is 90% ok. When it comes to certain dishes that are served with a sauce, I have often noticed that way too much oil is used and the menu is literally swimming in oil. I also realize that you can't ask for a great menu for CHF 10, especially not with this kind of mass production, but I could imagine that you would somehow communicate this to the chef. The staff is mostly friendly, I would particularly like to highlight Valpona. She is the good soul of the oasis and is always extremely friendly and courteous and also works efficiently.
