Exceptional ochazuke (salmon rice with green tea) which mixes deliciousness and “home comfort food” very well. Pairs well with the cozy atmosphere.

Delicious ramen shop in a quiet alley. The quaint patio and cobblestone views out front make it the perfect fall/winter spot, but food is good year round.

If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine and find yourself in Geneva, this place is worth the visit! This cozy eatery, located close to the rue du Rhône , serves up some seriously tasty Japanese food + the waiter was very friendly and always happy to offer recommendations . Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I enjoyed eating at the restaurant, but it definitely was not what I was expecting. The ramen had a very flavorful broth that I enjoyed, but it didn’t remind me of what I think is traditional ramen. I think that if you are expecting something more traditional, you might be disappointed. However, if you keep an open mind, I think the flavors are very good. Let’s be clear, I am not Japanese, so maybe what I think is traditional is not correct. Also, I had the chicken karaage, which wasn’t what I was expecting, but also not bad. The batter of the fried chicken didn’t have the consistency I was expecting. All in all, it was a good meal. The staff were very friendly, the food tasted good. I would go back again.

I think it's better for Japanese people not to go. I think it's probably a shock. In my personal opinion, it was unusual in Geneve, where delicious Japanese food is increasing. Still, the locals said it was Japanese food and enjoyed it.

Really cute and quaint Japanese cafe/restaurant. We came Christmas Eve (Dec. 24, 2022), and met the Japanese female owner/manager. She was really cool as I got to speak a little Japanese and French with her. Turns out she had her honeymoon in Key West, FL, and my wife and I are from Florida, and we had our honeymoon in Switzerland (and Spain). She told us to check out Mont Blanc mountain, but we didn't go because it would be too far. Recommend the food - was good, and there is a bathroom to be used in the back.

Wanted to get something quick after a long week of skiing and chose this restaurant a block away from the hotel on a fairly busy Saturday night. The cafe is fairly small and cozy with an outdoor area, but I was able to get seated right away. The owners are Japanese and I was able to exercise my limited vocabulary although French and English would have been fine. They have a small menu and I settled on a Chicken Ramen and some chicken yakitori (skewers) appetizers. I probably should have got something lighter as I wasn't feeling great but defaulted to familiar dishes. The yakitori were huge and came with a very, very nice teriyaki sauce. They also provided a sprinkle of mild red chili powder on the side which was excellent on top of the chicken. The ramen had a rich chicken broth, plenty of toppings, and delicious noodles. The vegetable toppings included lotus root with some ginger - which was very different but all good. Overall the service was very friendly and I highly recommend stopping by for some authentic Japanese cooking.

Tried to eat here. Was so excited to eat here. Knew it was a Friday night so showed up when both the website and google said they would open at 5:30 Pm (17:30). Lights were off and it was clearly not open. Front door locked. Called the number for the restaurant, was informed they opened at 6pm. Made a reservation. Came back at 6pm (18:00) with no new signs of being open. Waited around until 6:20 and called it. Ate at a great little pizza place instead.

I went in because it had a Japanese name and was serving Kirin Beer. Both the ramen and salmon bowl were so bad that I couldn't eat them. The salmon bowl had something like a sweet sesame dressing drenched in the vinegared rice, making it impossible to eat the rice on its own. There was a mango on top. You can't eat ramen noodles or soup... I have eaten Japanese food many times overseas, but it was never the best. The price will be reasonable. It's an indescribable feeling to pay 20,000 yen for a dish that I don't remember even tasting delicious.

the salmon and the tuna is so fresh. it was cooked by a japanese lady and the taste was so authenthic. definitely worth a try!

Yesterday I ate at the Italian Cittadella and today at the Japanese the waiter Vincenzo was very professional, my children wanted pasta and he allowed me to eat Japanese (I got some really good copper) and my children had an excellent homemade tagliatelle with an Italian touch. Excellent I will definitely be back. A mix of cuisine and professionalism that is difficult to find

I went in because the café looked cute and I was craving Japanese food (o^^o) Ordered onigiri as a light snack but the ramen my mum ordered was so good (that I ended up finishing it)!! Had a lovely conversation with the friendly waiter and a customer. An unexpectedly perfect way to end our visit to Switzerland!

Tasty hot ramen with miso and sesame broth. Tasty cold ramen with crispy pickled ginger, sweet mushroom, pickled plum, etc. a good mix of sweet and sour, of crisp and soft. Friendly waiter. pleasant terrace. Just missing cold soba in the menu.

Nice little Japanese place for a bite. The staff was really welcoming and the food, mainly the Raman is pretty decent. Not a big fan of the edamame since it is slightly undercooked. Also a bit over priced but understandable since it’s in the touristy area.

Is great to see almost all the restaurant full after COVID-19. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had a great Japanese Gin-Tonic and the Gyozas tasted amazing.

Our family went to this restaurant twice during our stay in Geneva and it was a great pleasure each time! An explosion of flavors! In short, a real gastronomic experience! Very charming atmosphere in this hidden restaurant. Good welcome, easy to read menu, the food and presentation are very good, perhaps the wait is a little long especially with the good smells which give us an appetite :)
