Excellent service and yummy chai macchiato and salami picante.

Unfriendly to family with small child because the little one wanted a tablespoon of milk in an espresso cup. (We ordered and paid for coffee).

Cafe located on the ground floor of the Lucerne train station. Excellent treatment from the waitress, she attended to us in Spanish, she was very friendly and helpful. We ordered coffee with milk and croissant, all very good.

I love getting my coffee from you! Every MA is super friendly, always laughing. If you have to wait for a short time you will be informed. In my opinion, the coffee has a good price-performance ratio and gives you the caffeine kick you need! So to speak “spetracollar” 🥰

Sunday morning. Rainy day. Happy to spend a nice moment in the cafe. Spettacolo could employ one more person and increase the Italianita touted here. Doughy croissants, tea in bucket-sized cups and the not-so-friendly request to get one of the uncleared tables ready. I bring my dirty dishes back, no response here either.

The barista, the only young man, has always been friendly, not like the boss who sits in front of the customers in the restaurant and insults the employees for no reason. some women are nice too. But, I almost fell out of my chair last time when she said to one of the baristas that she was too stupid to let out coffee and that's why she had to do the night shift too. I've noticed the internal chicane many times. I often like to go and have a coffee before I start work. As long as the employees stay as they are, I'm happy to come too. but this boss definitely needs to be replaced..

We were simply ignored by the waitress. We wanted to get something to drink and the lady just left us standing and served other guests who came after us. Didn't think it was nice! We had to wait a long time because the service was very slow in preparing coffee for the guests in front of us and after that it wasn't even our turn next! Impudence!

Great boss, Schala...Katrin...only puts employees under stress, keep it up...just go on vacation all the time, no idea about gastronomy🤔finally you're off

The young lady who took my order was unfriendly and when giving me my coffee did not look at me or say a word. Close to being rude and unhospitable.

A place for a quick coffee before taking the train. 2 vegan croissants are available (Multicereal and Abricot Jam), the Abricot one is very delicious but a bit dry because there's not much jam in it. They have soy milk for the coffees as well. I ordered a Latte machiato but found it a bit too bitter even with two sugars.

Very fine café and friendly and prompt service. It's just a shame that it always smells so strange in the back of the restaurant. Actually, the smell of coffee should caress your nose. Unfortunately it's a bit uncomfortable.

Caffé is situated lower ground floor at the main Lucern Railway station. During my visit an orchestra and singers wonderful day free.

Coffee was OK but the service was terrible, we sat down with food from a neighboring place and was immediately met by this rude young lady who tells us "this is not our picnic area and that we need to move" I explained that we were ordering coffee from Spettacolo and she just walked away. Welcome to Luzern and Spettacolo I guess. I wouldn't recommend just based on the service staff.

This morning I finally bought a café and something sweet here. And I was pleasantly surprised. The cold brew café was so delicious. And the pastries with ricotta and oranges are a dream. I'll be back.

Ovomaltine warm instead of hot. Already mixed, Instead of the brand sachet. I doubt it was Ovomaltine. No taste, just dirty milk. Not the typical taste of real Ovomaltine. Very disappointed. We will choose another place next time!

Unfortunately, completely annoyed staff. At 9.35 p.m. there is still raspberry Linzer cake in the display case, but you can no longer have it because there are no more cakes at that time! The reasoning according to the staff is that they now have to package and label them.....better to sell them, then the work will be saved. Unbelievable but reality, instead of selling it fresh, it's better to package it up and serve it up again tomorrow.

“Il caffé” (Espresso) is above average in Switzerland ...unfortunately I notice at all Caffé Spettacolo (including ZH and BS) that there are fewer staff who are very challenged (stressed)...

In the basement of Lucerne train station I can wait half an hour with a good coffee until the train leaves.

Not being able to be served at the bar and having to queue to pay for your 4.40 espresso is way too expensive, if not downright stupid.

The price is moderate and the taste is acceptable. But the WiFi speed in the store is very slow.

Since my last visit, there has been a metamorphosis. Friendly and pleasant welcome
