Without doubt my favorite café in Lausanne. Relaxed atmosphere, we feel a bit like home! The coffee is very good, of high quality and is roasted on site. The delicacies are incredibly good! The boss and employees are very friendly and can advise according to tastes. In addition there are often nice photo exhibitions.

Best coffee place in Lausanne. Thomas roasts his own coffee, which he responsibly sources. All the desserts are home-made and delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, never noisy, always chill and friendly. Thomas and Carlos are amazing baristas and serve extraordinary coffee and the best vibes! My Stammcafé ❤️

This is exactly what I expect from an establishment specializing in coffee, passion! from the baristas to the chef, they love what they do. The service is impeccable and obviously I find their coffee very good. The atmosphere is healthy, relaxing and the artistic touch that the place offers by offering photo exhibitions is super pleasant. You come out with a smile. (Photo enthusiasts you have to go there)

Stopped in here on a Sunday and it was exactly what we needed. Quiet, no electronics on the weekends. The coffee was absolutely spot on. The barista was very educated about the coffee and was pleasant to chat with. The vibe here is perfect for some solo time or one on one with a friend or loved one. Most amazing flat white I've had in Lausanne. Friendly staff and cozy place, definitely recommend! Flat White has a very nutty and sticky milk flavor and uses coffee beans that are stronger in flavor than acidity, so the flavor is good and goes well together.

I paid a visit to this rather recently establishe café, owned by a photographer, for the opening of a photo exhibition featuring my old friend Vinent Jendly's work on the high seas. The career of the owner explains his interest to expose other photographers, a great initiative. Unfortunately i did not have the oportunity to taste their different varieties of coffee; that will be for another time.

We stumbled upon this café one Sunday afternoon while looking for shelter from the rain. We loved the place: the decor is great, with a photo exhibition in progress. The service is great, the team lovely. The cow's milk hot chocolate tastes great and served in a large, generous mug. The cheesecake was our favorite, with its thyme infusion (incredible! Never seen that and super good). Brief. We recommend <3

The coffee is super good, it’s a pleasure! Super friendly staff too! The only (very small) negative point is the Lebanese lemonade, which is excellent, is perhaps a bit expensive.

Really nice coffee and pastries, friendly staff and warm artsy atmosphere. The cappuccino temperature was a bit warmer than I would prefer but it was not too warm. Strongly recommend!

By far my favorite café in Lausanne (I'm from Lausanne)! Always a top-notch welcome, coffee roasted on site, delicious and perfectly balanced, always impeccable service (latte art, glass of water and presentation on point) and above all, a very central and cozy place. The pastries are homemade (<3 carrot cake) and just perfect croissants (French style). I go there at least once a week :)

Super nice coffee bar with lovely baristas and amazing banana bread (also the other cookies are insanely good). The best coffee in Lausanne without too much of that typical coffee "fuss", if you know what I mean. Other important point to mention, whenever I go, the walls are draped with amazing photographs for local and international "upcoming" talents. When the extra ordinary no longer suffices, the REAL ordinary takes over.

For a pure experience, ask for a filter of their freshest roast. No need for milk or anything to take away from experiencing coffee in its mature state as a plant extract. Delicious.

Nickel! The staff is very friendly, the drinks are of very good quality. Even the musical choice for the background atmosphere is great. Some will say that there are only a few and small tables, but in the end it gives an intimate charm... Be careful, a little extra, on the weekend computers and tablets are prohibited like that, a return to real discussions and during book-reading times :)

Not only are the coffees excellent, but you feel “at home”. A relaxed place and the owner and staff are adorable! The homemade pastries are to die for, special mention for their banana bread ;-)

Probably the most delicious (personally) coffee in town; i never take my americano without sugar but here i do. Flat white of my friend « most beautifully presented in their whole life ». The cheesecake, made by the wife of the owner, is *divine*, per opinion of several people not just mine. It’s velvety, sweet but not too much, with herbs for added depth. To have this place open on Sundays where Lausanne tends to be dead - luck ! The only minus - things could be less expensive. But i guess good things cost good money.

The coffee is of excellent quality with the possibility of purchasing beans roasted on site. The pastries are also excellent - special mention for the banana bread. The cappuccino served at the place were great. Fruity and smooth notes from the coffee. However, I also bought a bag of coffee beans from Brazil for 16 chf that were out of low quality. Poor taste and they tasted like any other commercial coffee brand.

Was Looking for the correct beans for my new barista coffee machine.. his recommendations were by far very helpful and even provided a small coffee tasting experience so I can decide for the correct beans! One of the best coffees in Lausanne! Homemade pastry and cookies are delicious! I tried the lemon poppy seed cake. The owner was very friendly and was happy to speak in English too (big plus!) The place is small with a few tables to catch up with friends/work. Very cozy!
