Nice location. The waiters are friendly, but overall the service is quite slow. The pizzas are not bad, but the fondue is not good at all. If you order it, remember to specify that there is little alcohol, because here the taste of the rum (because yes, they don't use white wine) completely covered the flavor of the cheese, and this made it almost difficult to continue eating. It was truly a shame… it had never happened to me before anywhere else

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming Italian pizzeria, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. A decent stop for travelers as we are. They offer wifi so we were thankful. The food was good overall. We ordered margherita pizza 3/5: nothing special, thin crust and good cheese on top. Chicken nuggets and fries (kids meal) 4/5: perfectly fried nuggets and fries. Tagliatelle with mushrooms 4/5: perfectly aldente and flavorful but the sauce needed more salt. Coffee 4/5: fast and good We enjoyed our stop here but they don't speak English so we had a hard time communicating with them.

The pizza was really great 10 years ago and still tastes very good today under new management. Overall we were very satisfied. Our visit to Faido, from where I was involved in the construction of the Gotthard Base Tunnel, was rounded off with a visit to the Birreria. We'll stop by again on our next visit.

They told me to try 😜 they told me that the pizza was good, (there has been new management for a few days) but I hadn't tried it before 😜... if it was good before, now it's even better 😜... 😂 Simple environment but comfortable, friendly staff and good service. Cleanliness and friendliness at a fair price... I will return to try other dishes (4 stars waiting for next time).

Today's menu of the day: salad or pasta with meat sauce and then steak with potatoes and grilled vegetables. Very good price quality 16 CHF. I didn't get the pasta but it seemed very filling and also smelled good. Quality steak and well cooked, for me the meat was tasty. Potatoes ok. Vegetables nothing special. Good salad with good dressing. I arrived when the place was still quite empty and I was served in a very short time by friendly staff.

The staff was again very friendly and accommodating. The pizzas had a solid base. The salad misto was made with fresh products.

The place is a bit cold and impersonal. Perhaps because it is very large with cold ceiling lights and slightly dated furnishings. However, it is clean and well-kept. The waitresses were kind, smiling and helpful. The food was good and the quantity was balanced. The price paid was honest.

Scandalously inefficient. Four people arrived at 12, ordered at 12.20, at 1.30 they told us that they had lost the order and our order had to be redone (obviously having to wait at least another hour). I had called earlier in the week to let them know about my food allergies and agreed with them on a special menu in advance. When I arrived there, no one knew anything. Inept and rude male waiter, he made all the mess and didn't even have the courage to come and tell us in person, forcing the waitress to look like a *****. If you want to eat, don't go there, because it wasn't just our table that had problems, two elderly ladies waited more than an hour for pizzas, a family with a little girl didn't receive their entire order...

After waiting 20 minutes, the waiter/manager/owner (it was not clear) we ordered without having a menu card. We waited 1 and a half hours and they arrived to tell us they had lost the order. Not having the courage to confront us, the gentleman sent the bar waitress (who was not at fault) to tell us the news and tidy up. We left without eating. Outrageous service, the other guests waited a long time too. Even families with small children had to wait 1 hour before receiving their meal. Very negative experience, a place to avoid considering that it has only been open for 10 days
