A special evening at the Bisnona tavern. A truly magical place to spend a pleasant dinner. We felt pampered right away and in a very welcoming family atmosphere. The dishes are truly unique and particular, all the combinations were truly extraordinary, a unique explosion of flavours. The homemade bread and special cauliflower butter are wonderful! The mountain fry is truly original and definitely recalls our places. The accompanying tartar sauce is really delicious, we won't forget it! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended restaurant, we will be back!

5 star restaurant! Osteria Bisnona is the first restaurant in Ticino with the Bio Cuisine certification, which means that at least 30% of the products are organic. The cuisine of this restaurant is based on zero waste, the use of sustainable ingredients and ethics. The dishes presented are a mix of very fresh ingredients, different textures and flavours. A joy for the palate and the eyes. Interesting wine list. Calm, prepared and super friendly dining room staff. Absolutely must try!

A restaurant that offers refined cuisine with attention to detail. The menu list is very concise, in the kitchen they want to take care of every detail of what is served at the table. Even the bread is prepared by them with their sourdough. It can be bought.

For me, one of the best restaurants I've ever been a guest in! It was a perfect match. The harmonious ambience, the friendly service, the wine recommendation was excellent, and the food was simply a poem! Flavors combined that I would have previously said didn't go together at all. And whether! In my opinion, this quality justifies every euro. An exceptional restaurant for a special experience!

On the recommendation of a friend, we made a stop on the trip and stopped there. Had various taste explosions. I can only recommend every foodie to stop there. Let yourself be surprised, you will be amazed!

First visit to the Bisnona osteria and I'm sure there will be many others in the future. After having worked and traveled for over 15 years as a chef in every corner of the planet, I can say that what the Bisnona osteria offers is on a par with the most renowned restaurants scattered here and there in the world. Kira's cuisine whose concept spoils you with dishes made up of the 'top' local products, all Swiss, if not even zero km. In this kitchen they don't take 'shortcuts' and everything is homemade. Every single dish well balanced with an explosion of flavours, but without being overpowering. Equally impressive is the authenticity and attention that Fabien dedicates to the dining room, as he describes each dish down to the smallest detail as if he had prepared them himself, and then guides you and shares his knowledge in choosing the wines. Who said that great-grandmothers can't be as dynamic and energetic as young girls??

The best meal I have had in a long time! My husband & I were celebrating our long over due 10 year wedding anniversary, so it was very special for us! We tried nearly every dish on the menu, and I can honestly say that each and every dish was a taste sensation! Even when you thought some element might be strange, like the 'Mustard Ice Cream' on the Carpaccio starter, it was actually a revelation, and something I would eat again and again. The strawberry & cucumber gazpacho was the perfect palate cleanser, & I am still dreaming of the Romesco sauce & perfectly cooked eggplant on my Beef Onglet main course. To top it off, we were blessed with wonderfully warm & knowledgeable service out on the terrace. We enjoyed an incredible bottle of Aligote from Burgundy, followed by the most delicious Muscat to accompany our desserts. Thank you! We can't wait to come back again. ❤️

This incredible locale is attached to a wine cellar, winemaker and sales department. We were warmly welcomed (it was on the day of the open wine cellars in Ticino) and had a really good lunch with a lot of imaginative, good ingredients, beautifully prepared. I can only recommend . This is another place that didn't make it... it wants to be of a high standard with refined cuisine, and the dishes are also beautiful to look at; unfortunately much less to enjoy. All homemade, appreciable, but with risky combinations; some were right, some were definitely not. Risking is fine, but just because it's risky doesn't mean it's interesting. And in fact many things are not. For nothing. The variety is not at home, 3 starters, 3 first courses, 2 second courses. Obviously we are not faced with a tasting itinerary in a starred restaurant, there is simply little choice. Bearing in mind the price is above average even for Swiss rents, and the fact that we entered at 7pm and left at 10.30pm means that you basically have to take into account burning yourself all evening just to be able to have dinner. It is recommended to try once and then decide but at this cost level there are restaurants in the area that are much better in quality in terms of creation, variety and goodness. We will definitely not return, unfortunately a big disappointment compared to how they described it.

Had a sensationally good lunch with our children...fresh products, great service and advice, wonderfully fresh bread, everything homemade. We are thrilled about this discovery and would love to come back!

Finally, in Ticino, a coherent menu from first to last course. The service is absolutely up to the level of the cuisine. Polite staff, who respect the times and needs of us guests, without pressure. A place where you feel good in every sense. The originality of the dishes, the research of the ingredients, the combinations, even daring, but never risky, make further visits necessary to discover the many flavors that the staff will certainly be able to offer. Well done.

Great restaurant in the industrial/shopping zone. Very nice advice and surprisingly great cuisine. Very good wines. It's not cheap here, but it's worth the price. Since there is still some room for improvement, a very good 4☆.

Very cute and easy to access. It has convenient parking. The staff is really very kind and professional. The choice of menu is limited but all the dishes, and I mean all of them, are excellent. The ingredients are very fresh and of excellent quality. Everything is well presented and assembled by an expert, experimental and passionate cook. The choice of wines is decent. The bill is over one hundred francs each, which is certainly not a small thing. But all in all it's worthy.
