Elena delivered fabulous service and the meal was well paced. Prices were very reasonable for Switzerland. Blood orange sorbet was perfect conclusion to the pasta we had for dinner but the zabaglione was calling too. Well worth doing

I celebrated my 50th birthday with 12 people! We all went home very happy. The food was simply delicious. The service was always very friendly and attentive. We were even allowed to bring our own birthday cakes. I can only rate the restaurant with 5 stars and recommend it!

La Pasteria Otello is conveniently located near Chur train station with plenty of parking nearby. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and immediately given the menu. Our drinks were served promptly and the pizzas were well prepared and solid. A highlight was the fresh mushrooms on one of the pizzas. Unfortunately, a small downer was the dirty glass with the hot chili peppers. Despite this small flaw, overall it was a good experience and we will happily come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Extremely good and busy restaurant. The dishes look great: a lot of care is taken in their presentation. The service is certainly friendly and personable. Otello is highly recommended for guests who want to enjoy real Italian cuisine. Reservations are recommended because the business is running like clockwork. Even at lunchtime the restaurant is completely full more than once. We will definitely have an evening meal at this classy restaurant again on our next (family) visit!

Quality has sunk low, lower than the Titanic. You used to be able to enjoy good food and the price was reasonable. Today you can get just lukewarm food for an abnormal price and also have to wait 2 hours. Criticism is not accepted, but you are still looked at crookedly if you say honestly and directly to your face what is not good. A pity.

Stay: November 2022 Staff, 5/5: The staff is nice and very attentive. Even in the most stressful situations, you will still be greeted with a smile and the waiters will take their time with your order - with a bit of small talk. I like that. Drinks & Food, 5/5: There is a large selection of different wines that are very tasty and the food has always been excellent (super tasty). Ambiance & Decor, 5/5: The ambience and decor are nice. The only drawback: There is no space for your jacket on the bench and it keeps falling to the floor. But I believe that there is a cloakroom in the hallway to the toilet. However, I'm not 100% sure. Conclusion: This restaurant is not one of the cheapest but I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Everything is really good - from the service staff to the kitchen - and I'm happy to spend more money there. I always enjoy being here.

The Churer Otello is a Mediterranean restaurant well run by Mario and Steffen. It has a pleasant atmosphere, the price-performance ratio is right, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the food is impeccable. Due to the always well-occupied tables, one must assume that Otello is also a preferred address for many others.
