A top restaurant with a wonderful view of the city for many years. The service is great and uncomplicated. The menu is huge and unlike other restaurants, the kitchen has mastered all of these dishes perfectly. It's not for nothing that the Rosenhügel is always so well attended.

Disaster this Pizzaiolo, Lidl and Aldi have better pizzas compared to what I got. Pizza dough was like Wasa Knäggebrot. Soil far too thin and dry and hard. The last time I was there was about 2 years ago and the pizza was really great. An Italian, not a pensioner, belongs behind the pizza oven! The first waitress was a new one and very friendly and hard-working, as was the first one, but "coding" in front of my table just isn't possible! The kitchen for menu dishes is definitely of better quality, as I perceived it.

Good restaurant, not sure if I would recommend it. Nice location, offers great views over Chur. Parking situation a bit unfortunate. The staff is very friendly, which is why you take the long waiting times in your stride. Food is good, but not exceptional. The menu offers a lot of choice, it wouldn't be a bad idea to shorten the menu a little. Pleasant but not unforgettable stay.

You can see the city of Chur, it has about 10 parking spaces, it's better to reserve, always a great selection of kitchen service

Was eating with friends, somehow we were a thorn in the side of the staff. Long waits for every course. Wrong orders received, unfriendly service and, to top it all off, a correctly placed greeting from the bar manager. It's a real shame, as I had the restaurant in my head as a fond memory as a child. I'd rather go somewhere else in the future.

We had a cozy team event in the Rosenhügel. The food came super quickly thanks to pre-ordering and was very tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ambiance is cozy.

Everything is just right here. The staff is super friendly and always up for a joke. The food tastes heavenly. And if you can and are allowed to sit at the window, you have a wonderful view over the whole of Chur. Perfect and above all always happy again! Everyone is guaranteed to find something to eat on the menu. Nothing is missing here.

Great service, great food. It's always nice to be able to stop off at the Rosenhügel. The winter garden is a real highlight with a wonderful panorama over Chur. There is a suitable dish for every taste. From Rösti to the hot stone to spaghetti, everything is included.

I was there with my family and everyone was actually happy, except for those who ordered the Café de Paris entrecôte medium, because it was way too well done

We were 14 people, big and small, young and old. We ate well and: The service was very good, and our little ones were treated in an age-appropriate and humorous manner.

The restaurant has a very great atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The menu is very, very diverse (there is something for everyone). The Austrian specialties are really very original but all the other food is also extremely tasty. Good portions - value for money is absolutely right.

Large menu - lots of choice. Eat good. Service very nice. Ventilation in the restaurant well; Hair and jackets then had a strong smell. Ambiance okay, view of the city great! Be sure to ask for a table by the window.

Very beautiful view where you can see the city of Chur from above, excellent service, we ordered a truly excellent dish typical of the Gordonblue region.

We were here for the first time today on the recommendation of friends. The lunch menu was excellent, the green salad served with it was fresh and crunchy. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the price/performance ratio was right. A beautiful view of the city rounded the whole thing off. We will be back.

Magnificent view over Chur, extensive menu, excellent dishes. Always well attended; Advance reservation is recommended. Mid/upper price segment. The only criticism: they can't do the Coupe Nesselrode. A pity. At the bottom of the goblet, out of reach while eating, are the meringues, the vermicelles on top, the vanilla ice cream on top, and the cream on top. . . I don't want to be able to eat all the components one after the other and then the dry meringues at the end, but rather all the components combined. There is potential for improvement.

Good food at fair prices and top service

We had a very nice evening here. Two dishes were on the hot stone (lamb, venison and beef) with very good pasta and vegetables as well as a Rösti Stroganoff. This wonderful evening was accompanied by a Swiss wine (2021 DUS ALVS Weinkellerei Grendelmeier). The service and ambience were also excellent. Conclusion: Gladly again

At this point, a compliment. I eat there regularly because I love it, everything is right for me from the price to the quality to the taste. I now come to eat once a week. We are always warmly welcomed and well served. In the evening the view of the Chur city from the restaurant is very beautiful. I would happily recommend it.

It was my first time at the Rosenhügel restaurant and I had great expectations. The welcome was very friendly and the table in the winter garden was beautifully prepared. The view over Chur is the highlight. The menu already looks very worn and worn. I had heard about the restaurant that they serve Austrian food. When you look at the menu it looks more like “Italian”. For a starter I had a beefsteak tartare for 28 CHF. Instead of the packed butter, I would have preferred a few flakes of butter and instead of the mixed pickles from the jar, classic spices and chopped fresh onions would have been nice. The tartare was very well salted but not very seasoned. For the main course I had a Styrian fried chicken salad and extra fries. What came next has nothing to do with fried chicken, but rather with chicken nuggets. The breading was very soft, but the chicken pieces were juicy. I'm probably a bit too critical and my expectations were too high. I know the fried chicken as freshly breaded pieces of chicken (breast, leg, wings) that are freshly fried, hot and crispy. The fries looked like they were the last little leftovers from the bag. Short and partly full of fat fries. The rest of the dishes were good and the service was really 👍🏻. However, the quality offered is not sufficient for me for a second visit.
