Great location, but unfortunately overpriced. The food is also just slightly above average. But you definitely won't regret the visit.

The vermicelle and apple strudel were good. Very friendly service. No problem with the dog either, he was given water straight away.

Last Saturday we celebrated, for the second time, our company family party in the PARK. It was once again a great occasion thanks to Rene Keita and his great team. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was courteous, friendly and professional. It was simply great and we all had a great time. THANKS!

We were there for lunch and spontaneously got a table. The Wienerschnitzel is really very good! Fries were also delicious and you get a small salad with the menu. We also tried the homemade ice tea, but that wasn't our cup of tea. The staff is very attentive and accommodating towards children. We'd love to come back.

With cocoa, the Caotina lies directly on the milk, which means that your hands get very dirty when you take the Caotina and the milk even spills over and gets on your clothes. Please change this and put it next to the glass, thank you. Besides, it's way too expensive for 6 francs

After many years we went to the Park Lange Erlen restaurant again. At that time someone else was the owner. However, it is a shame that the cake is so extremely expensive (depending on the cake 6 Fr. / 7 Fr. per piece), but the quality cannot by far match this price. The plum tart wasn't really cooked through, the chocolate cake wasn't bad, but not outstanding either. In any case the price is too expensive. The communication between the employees didn't work at all, somehow everyone was just for themselves. The cake was first forgotten, then finally served after request. What was great is the latte (the bowl). With a lot of milk, as it should be. And the cleanliness of the toilet. In the feedback on the reviews (in Google), you repeatedly mention that it is being looked at internally. But I read about the same issues in other reviews written years ago. So in the end nothing is improved?

We waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks, a mineral water and a bottled beer. The restaurant is moderately busy and there are sufficient but inattentive staff. The guests at the table next to us who ordered after us asked if they had forgotten their drinks.

Catastrophe.. New toast bread was ordered - it was simply served from the neighboring table (old bread).

Unfortunately I can't say much, but it's worth it if you're really hungry!

Located in the Lange Erlen Tier Park (animal park with free access but paid parking), this restaurant surprises with its intimate character ("Heimlich"), the quality of its welcome and its succulent cuisine. We spent a special time there with friends. Special mention for the Swiss pork chop (definitely not to be confused with battery-raised pork!) and for the “heisse Liebe” ice cream sundae. Toilets dated but clean. To test if you don't know yet! (to come back with peace of mind😉)

After a leisurely walk through the animal kingdom of the Long Alder, we decided to have lunch at the restaurant outside the park. At the right time, in the right place, I would say. We were the only guests with a few other visitors. The service staff can only be praised! Great job done and a friendly demeanor. Not only was the food delicious, it also took no time at all to get it to our table. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm. Highly recommended if you want to escape the stressful everyday life. By the way, you can also admire one of three basilisks that still exist at the entrance to the parking lot. A beautiful sight!

Unfortunately the brunch is very disappointing. Price-performance ratio is not right. We also had to pay 7.- for our 11 month old baby! Paying brunch fees is completely ridiculous! Our baby didn't eat anything from the buffet, just needed a high chair from there. Incomprehensible to me.

Local recreation area with many small walking paths.

A week ago we held a large family event with over 170 people and had a long Erlen dinner in the restaurant. We were all very pleased with the efficient and extremely friendly service. The evening was long and we lacked for nothing. Thank you dear Erlen team!

Super good restaurant especially for children, each child receives their own coloring box upon arrival with a personal coloring drawing, I think it's great! For the meal we had the Zurich veal noodle, it was a treat, I have never eaten such a good sauce, tender veal, mushrooms and noodles at the top! I recommend 100 percent knowing that seeing the other dishes paraded they all looked beautiful and delicious!

Pure rip-off. Bad value for money, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The carousel at the long alder is also a failure. We were 2 people and secured 2 babies; CHF 10.- rotate for a few minutes. Well, but the trip was great :) Unfriendly employees who don't care and say in broken German; Hey sorry - we don't make the rules. OK, all right, that's true too.

Restaurant in the Lange Erlen recreational area in Basel. Large terrace, nice staff. Not a large selection of salads, the usual, nothing special. Had gin salmon (gin wo) with freshly grated horseradish (was a commercially available sauce). Salad decoration unfortunately without salad dressing and the brioche provided was unfortunately dry. 😎

Strong recommend! The PARK Team catered my milestone birthday celebration. Excellent menu with flying dinner concept for approx 100 guests. Service was great and the team is wonderful to work with. I can't count the number of compliments I had from my guests on the quality of the food. Simply excellent.

The formerly staid restaurant has become a real insider tip since it was run from the ground floor! Imaginative dishes, but the salad from the bag is more original than practical to eat. Rather expensive.

Very nice restaurant with friendly staff and excellent service! Best place to hold a business Aperitif with families! Kids can have a tour in the zoo while the parents enjoy morning coffee and cake! Limited car park spaces are available inside the zoo.

At a staff event we were presented with a buffet with 'live' barbecue. All well and good. I was really surprised at how much grilled food, side dishes and salads were left over at the end - too much - (foodwast). I really hope that the wild boars in the zoo were able to benefit from this.

Unfortunately, it's far too expensive when you pay the same amount for the vegi menu as for the meat dish and only find 4 morels on your plate.

Looks like an alternative stain Steep descent Entrance difficult to find only through the smoking tent on the terrace. Disgusting! Tried once.

Concept a la simple: You steam vegetables and then serve them with ready-made Thai curry sauce. Visually nice to look at. The servers were a bit confused that day and mixed up the orders of the guests at several tables. Maybe less talking and more concentration.

Just had something to drink in the outside tent. The rest was very full. The service was quick and friendly.

We celebrated a birthday outside on the terrace and we had a lovely time. They were very flexible and accommodating during the planning and the food was excellent. Also very quick, for a big group! Would recommend.

Simple forest pub with a small interior and large seating area directly above the small river "Wiese" in the Langen Erle forest. Simple but good food and many different drinks. No car access!

Excellent food, very well presented and priced accordingly. Friendly, fast and efficient service. It is worth repeating the visit. I highly recommend it.

There were two of us there today and we were able to eat in the white-covered, quiet hall. 1 time of corn poularde (menu of the day) and 1 time of tartare on a huge board. We were served in a friendly and prompt manner by Ardian and an apprentice. The food was good and garnished with numerous herbs. The Primitivo is excellent! The decoration on the table is very nice. The price/performance ratio is ok. A larger selection of daily menus and a la carte dishes would be desirable.

That's enough. Have been there four times and have always given them a chance. Unfortunately nothing works here: you either aren't served or left standing there and today the Oktoberfest was supposed to start at 2 p.m. but we were told that the music band was sick and it didn't start until 4 p.m. There's even a different group on the homepage and nothing is updated. I think it's a shame of management to accept something like that. The staff is so unfriendly, the restaurant looks like it hasn't been cleaned up in two weeks and the floor has never been mopped. Staff just stands around. Unprofessional, arrogant. Ground floor?!

Quite expensive and poor service..

Very well received with a smile. We came to eat with 3 children. They immediately set up a coloring placemat and a box of pencils. Friendly staff. Pretty premises and superb terrace. We ate very well. Just a note for the ice cream with M&ms for children, expensive for 2 mini balls and 4 m&ms on top....6fr you better take a ball of ice cream, it will be the same size as the 2 mini balls!!!

After visiting the park, you can take a short break in the park restaurant. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. French fries are available for just CHF 6 (fresh, hot, delicious). The price-performance ratio is also good otherwise.

Typical park restaurant, the name says it all. The furnishings are modern and airy, the decoration is subtle. The menu is manageable, the food is okay, but not outstanding. The service is friendly, but could be more motivated. Price/performance is okay for what is offered. If you arrive by car, parking fees apply.
