Cold welcome bordering on unpleasant and the quality-price ratio of the products is overrated

Reception and unpleasant service, at 6 francs I have 2dl orange juice we would like not to hear that for a pastry you have to get up and serve it yourself because it's not the same cash register, blah blah blah. This is not serious.

Kitchen: Desserts, good value for money. Very good coffee; Unfortunately when you ask for a glass of water with it it is undrinkable. Atmosphere: Noise of refrigerator motors No background music.

Infectious, deplorable service waitresses of North African origin rude and grotesque, my friend and I are shouted at and insulted people like this not to work in front of the public she must go to a psychologist and be treated for her aggressiveness.j I wrote to the management with supporting videos. Totally disgusting the 2 waitresses who served me. The network is very weak inside and I tried the code at least 10 times, it doesn't work at all, I had to ask them for help, they make fun of me saying: figure it out! Others can connect with that, it's you who needs to know where the problem is. I left without drinking coffee, because I have something to communicate online..and on the other hand they are very smiling at the moment saying to me: goodbye!!have a good day..sad for their actions.

The Lutry tea room is much more welcoming than that of Pully. In Lutry, smiling employees, very pleasant.

Very disappointed I bought 1 seeded loaf and a square loaf at 9:00 a.m., both have dry crusts a few mm long and are falling apart... like frozen bread ironed in the oven. Unacceptable for a bakery. Then they will complain that customers buy their bread in supermarkets!

This is the worst case scenario observed after a chain has taken over a pleasant café; deterioration of products on offer, bad service and poor quality control of whom they have hired. Unpleasant behavior by parts of the staff and rising prices on poor quality products have made us definitely abandon this place.

We didn't know that this tea room closes at 5 p.m. and instead of coming to warn us, the waitress accuses us and refuses us access to the toilets. We would have left without worries if she had warned us. The pastries are acceptable, although the price is high. We will not return because of deplorable service.

Disappointing tiramisu-flavored Christmas log given the price. The tiramisu taste was non-existent. Too bad for a renowned pastry shop in the region…

I’m disappointed ! The content of the brioches and croissants is mostly air, and no taste. Next doore there is the real Boulangerie Hubschmied, there you can get the most delicious croissants !!!

INADMISSIBLE.... 11am. deplorable reception at the bakery/confectionery Without smiling Without hello Without thanks Without goodbye on the other hand “something else”? after taking 1 braids. 2 croissants and 2 rolls. Beautiful presentation of the products. Very neat. But breads dry very quickly. Tempting pastries but disappointing on the palate. With the competition my choice is made. I go where the welcome is warm.

Deplorable service… 15 minutes to wait to be served while other customers who arrived after me were immediately served.

Several times I bought bread in the morning, baguette or other, I found it light and dry, and the prices did not drop, unlike the quality. I choose not to return.

Once I come to your house it’s a treat

Mid-level chain of tea rooms with very average patisserie. With each new opening, quality goes down a notch. Their tarte aux fruits is 90% creme anglaise. Wish they went back to basics and lived up to their pre-expansion days.

Very good bakery, I go there almost once a week (either in Lausanne or here) all the sweet items are good, there are fresh sandwiches for all tastes. For birthdays or parties there are very good surprise cakes or breads. I recommend
