Tested this restaurant with the fork: Not everything was eligible for the promotion (tarte tatin, for example, offered at full price). Pretty setting and beautiful view probably in summer. Correct service, quality and quantity, nothing more. Prices far too high compared to the quality of the service, very expensive wine list.

Atmosphere and service that leaves something to be desired... the owner speaks or rather yells to his servers across the entire terrace, we don't need to know what all the other tables are ordering! (A style that the boss must perhaps give himself) We weren't the only ones who found this disturbing/weird. To conclude, we are asked for 150g or 200g for perch fillets, telling us that we must order the same quantity, for which reason you have to explain to me. And still happy that at this price, it is stipulated on the ticket that the salad is free! The perch fillets were at least good for this high price.

The meal was great, the perch fillets were excellent. Unfortunately the latter were victims of their success, but the chef was remarkably transparent in explaining to us that they came from elsewhere. My girlfriend who is celiac was also able to eat gluten-free perch fillets, which she said were very good. Thanks to the chef! In short, I recommend it, there is a very nice terrace in summer!

The bar is finger licking and the Châteaubriand Béarnaise is absolutely perfect, especially the Béarnaise. The site is magnificent and dining on the tables set up on the lawn with a view of the small marina of Pully is simply magical!! Great place, the perch fillets are sublime. The boss is really very nice. The starter recommended by the boss (crayfish gazpacho) really very good. Really surprised not the quality of the address. The service is exemplary. We were able to stay until late without being made to feel like we had to leave. And finish with a nice discussion with the boss to end the evening well. I am posting this review to contradict several of the latest comments that I have just discovered. I went with a friend for a Leman pole evening. My assessment is as one would say about the country of Vaud: disappointed in a good way. From the start we had a very warm welcome, despite our late arrival. The staff were immediately able to direct us to the dishes and wine according to our wishes. The Lake Geneva perch were very well served, everything was homemade even the tartar sauce which accompanies the matchstick fries. In the end we spent a very nice evening in a superb setting, with a very good meal and top-notch service. Thank you to the whole team and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We used to come to this restaurant which has always been top notch in terms of both cuisine and service. Obviously it has changed ownership because the reception has been more than dismal. The owner allowed himself to speak poorly to his waitress, we were looked down upon because we wanted to be outside and this gentleman wanted to squeeze us in at midday at 30 degrees. The owner then refused to serve us because we wanted a carafe of water in addition to our drinks that we had ordered. We left without consuming anything. I strongly advise against this place!!!

We've been going for 20 years on each visit to Pully. Very disappointing to see such an icon go down like this. The new owner was rude, pushy, and made us feel unwelcomed. Claimed to have done us a favor to sit us early, rushed us to turn the table around in 1.5 hour, yet no one came after us (checked out the table an hour after we left). The food was average, perches were not crispy and oversalted. Salad was small. Will not go back, unfortunately.

The waiter looks down on you. Are you having a glass of Chasselas? No time to say yes, someone puts a bottle in front of you and you empty it without asking. The sole is not there even though it is displayed.?. We took the poles. Do you have the salad? Said yes thinking of being with. At the end 2 transparent rounds of carrot a handful of fries and they charge you for the salad served with a bad sauce. Excellent perch and fries. Funny way to deal with customers. Service bordering on politeness. Some examples: - Reservation by telephone for a takeaway meal "you will have to be there at 6:30 p.m. and not a minute more".... Arrival at 6:20 p.m. and no meal before 6:40 p.m.! - "we do not accept credit cards for takeaway meals", even though we paid 3-4 times with this payment method in 2021. - Addition: the boss said "29.- x 2,... 60.-", knowing that the price indicated on the website (and that we had paid several times) was indeed 29.-. “Yes, but Perch is more expensive.” - Behavior bordering on tolerable with the staff who unfortunately lose their smile (which is normal). This restaurateur unfortunately does not like the customers by talking down to them in a very obnoxious tone. It’s a shame because it’s the latter that keeps him alive. It's difficult to keep calm in this kind of situation, but in any case he will no longer count on us in the future, hoping that a more motivated person will take over this magnificent restaurant.

With the new ownership, this restaurant became catastrophic. Quality of the food/ingredients became very bad. Also the hospitality decreased drastically. Sad to see such established and respected institution crashing because of bad management. Will need to find another restaurant for eating “filets de perche”. Before 2022, I wrote the following (so sad it changed so much… 😭) : The best “filets de perche” of the region. Red wine of the house is also fantastic. Very pleasant experience. Kids friendly.

Very disappointing! We were looking forward to eating on this mythical terrace in Pully, but the service was poor and the food was average. On the service side, they were completely disorganized despite having only a few tables to serve, we waited at least 20 minutes for the bill, the chef was rude with clients and yelling at his wife across the terrace. As to the food, we all had "filet de perches" which used to he a classic. It came with a salad out of a bag with zero creativity. The fish was ok, but not crispy enough and a bit too salty. Despite the great location, I'm not sure I'd return.

I will try to remain objective, but a boss who stresses his staff as I have witnessed, who fires 3 employees the same evening and who also seems to me to be totally overwhelmed by events….I don't really know what to think about it. Even if you are in the profession, I think that you have some basics that you lack and that a serious questioning is necessary. Your prices are completely absurd...we don't talk about the wine list. Oh, I forgot, the boss hung up on me when I wanted to make a reservation because he no longer takes reservations after a certain time...I took the liberty of making the remark to him when I arrived, explaining to him that this is not the case. t's not a good idea to answer the phone like that and hang up on the customer... it was bad for me! For the record, the terrace was half empty this evening...and there were no people inside. Amazing experience!!! A sketch!!!

Meal on 05.15.2022: This is the first time that I have taken the time to comment on an establishment because I could not keep quiet about the quality of the staff service, I am targeting the boss in particular. Expensive but very good perch fillets and the price is indicated so in itself no surprise. We are 4 adults and 1 baby. We order 2x 200g and 2x 150 + 1 children's menu. Arriving at the table, we ask which ones are 200g and which are 150g. The boss responds off the mark by telling us that there are 4 plates as requested. It's the 3rd time he's been asked the question that he admits the mistake and dares to raise his voice at my mother!! There is no problem if there has been an error but why so much trouble saying it, and especially since when have we dared to raise our voices against customers especially in this environment... never seen before!! We order a children's menu for the baby which includes a dessert. We ask the waitress what dessert we can choose. She tells us any a la carte. So we have a crème brûlée. Of course, in the bill, surprise, the crème brûlée is charged separately and we are told that the children's menu only includes a scoop of ice cream for dessert and not as a choice. We kindly explain that we asked the waitress the question beforehand. We are told that they are sorry that she was not very well trained and that's it, the price does not change! So it's up to the customer to pay for the staff's mistake. I didn't want to waste any more time debating for 12.- but this is the first time in my entire life that I've seen this. We spoke to the boss when we left about his unpleasant attitude. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing with a gesture, he didn't accept criticism at all, said we were too demanding and quoted verbatim "let's not waste any more time on them They won't come back anyway. Another table of seated customers heard us explain and agreed with us. An arrogance never seen before in the restaurant industry. He's lucky that the restaurant is often full for his perch fillets, but that should in no way excuse a careless attitude towards his customers.

We waited for 10minutes to be seated while the server walked by three times ignoring us and we’re told that there is no more service, not even for a coffee. We were with our baby and it was one hour before closing that they refused us a coffee while there were three tables available. This is not fair treatment nor customer orientated. Very poor service skills from the owner who came so late to let us know that he decided not to take in more orders one hour before the closing time. Completely not recommended.

For years we have remained loyal, like so many other customers, to this renowned “Chez Pitch”, as it is so well known. Dining room, terrace, terrace under the plane trees during Covid. Mr. Nino De Francesco is one of the latest enthusiasts of “receive well, serve well, inquire well”. He alone is more than half of his tremendous success. In the kitchen, nothing comes out that is not perfect, to the minute, presented on hot plates, etc. As for Tony, the hyper-professional, discreet, multi-efficient line manager, that polishes up those few hours you never regret, spent at Pitch's. Nino De Francesco will hand over his restaurant at the end of this month. A significant figure is leaving us. Let us salute him for his great professionalism K. & JM Turrettini-Mažuranić
