I would like to point out that I love this place as normal. During the summer holidays (mid-August 2023) I came and the staff was not at all qualified and in no way professional...

The current person is really unpleasant, limit your impression that he is not being disturbed, hello he pulls his mouth, leaves his music (rap) loud in the store personally I will no longer go there as long as there is this young non-professional. ... Despite the order being good, perhaps a reminder to order, thank you.

Horrible experience! I ordered 3 drinks, one with cheese mousse and tapioca pearl, 3 pearls chasing each other and no trace of the cheese mousse. Second undrinkable brown sugar milk drink, we threw it away. Ask for no sugar, it was served super sweet and had a very strange taste. Was the milk sour? Attention!! I am disappointed because we have often bought and perfect and there.... I was disappointed... I tried to say it on the phone but their phone cuts out so it is impossible. I do not recommend!! I lost my agent

My favorite bubbles in town 😊 both the hot and cold options are full of flavor. I’m a big fan of the chai, taro and matcha flavors and the execution of these 3 always “hit the spot”. Keep in mind, this is a fast service spot you can either get the drinks delivered or get them to go, no sitting options.

Too many bubble tea store in Geneva but man PEARL TEA is the best, Montea taste like plastic. Kony taste like melted poop. Just Bubble tasteless. Bubble Brothers just ew. PEARL TEA ALL THE WAY plus there is a promo going on check it out !

So I really like the brown sugar milk bubble flavour. I have the loyalty card that gives you a free drink on the 10th purchase and the cup that gives you 25% off the drink every time you use it. I would definitely recommend the loyalty card because it’s for free, however, the cup costs CHF5 on the purchase because it’s high quality plastic. If you truly love bubble tea and plan on going to this specific brand often, then get the cup, but if you aren’t that into it and you just go there on occasion, don’t get it because it’ll be a waste of your money. The customer service is awesome regardless if you speak French or not. They seem really kind and always give recommendations. I think to make the experience next-level they could talk to the customers whilst they make the bubble tea. To me, it’s not a huge difference but after that, there is nothing to improve on. I truly believe that this is the best bubble tea place in Switzerland but this is based on my personal opinion and I do not wish to force it on anyone. If you do go, bring a friend, it’s much better with someone to talk to.

I came in for a bubble tea and don't know what I got. Would have put 5 stars if it was tasty but actually not... 1. The large size is actually smaller than most of small size from any other shops 2. They propose tea with flavor or milk with flavor. When I curiously asked how they give flavor to milk they couldn't really answer and said it's from powder milk and stuff. As far as I know, milk tea is tea + milk so the tea gives flavor to the milk tea. Here it's only milk, no tea at all. But well, it's only bubble tea after all, so why not. 3. They sell a "flavored milk" with coffee taste. This is a terrible shame. It doesn't match together at all and it's properly disgusting. 4. There is only tapioca pearl as toppings, others are quite forgettable. Tapioca pearls are of average quality and since it's impossible to mess up cooking it, then it's not worth a praise. 5. Considering points above, the price is way to high, especially regarding to the size. 6. The straw provided with the drink doesn't have a side to pierce into the drink cap. This is the first time I see this in hundreds of bubble tea/milk tea shop. This is weather a very original, unique and conceptual shop or a complete failure. Since the drink was hardly edible, I'd bet for the failure

Amazing bubble tea love everything ,employees are so nice and amazing and drinks are really good and have they have a decent amount of flavours to choose from .

The bubble teas were poured without a straw and the cookie was wet, but perhaps the fault lies with the eat.ch delivery man.

Bubble tea quite good, unfortunately the milk used was curdled, my bubble tea had a bitter aftertaste, the staff was great and the milk was I'm on an isolated error, I would come back for sure because the shop is magnificent, the products were good and the correct price

Pearl tea is truly one of the best bubble teas around. With their brown-sugar milk which is so good and tasty, really an incredible drink.

Bubble tea to die for! They are excellent. In addition, the staff is smiling, kind and funny, everything you need to make a customer happy at the resort! If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by and the lychee and peach bubble teas are delicious!

A great service, my boyfriend took the red guava one with tapioca, jelly and popping tapioca and I took one with milk and watermelon, it was excellent! The tapioca balls are the best I have ever tasted! You should add melon flavor to the menu 😉
