This is the first time that I have been served a beef tartare that comes out of the fridge (indigestible) and without flavor, the fries on all the dishes are salty, no children's menu mid-week, desserts announced and a few mins. Afterwards, sorry, we found desserts (or that)??? Not one person from management to see the kitchen came to inquire about all his comments. And no one in the room to say goodbye to the customers. Damage.

A small restaurant located in a quiet and charming location. On the shores of Lake Geneva, no cars. Mélisse and her colleagues were very friendly and welcoming. The perch fillets were well served... Not forgetting the "crème brûlée" which was just delicious 😋.

Want to have a drink after an hour of walking. Arrivals shortly before 2:00 p.m. The staff was very busy with customers finishing their dinner. We had to wait 3/4 of an hour to be served. We asked for the drinks menu and received the wine list even though the person who accompanied me is 8 months pregnant. No drinks menu available. The person who served us did not have the skills we would expect for this type of service. Disappointing experience of the establishment

Known address but has undergone a change of ownership! Top reception and cuisine, attentive and pleasant. This place has lost nothing by the aforementioned change 👍 We will go back

Just a shame that on the terrace there is not a separation between those who smoke and those who do not smoke. I found myself surrounded by 2 tables of 4 with people smoking while I ate 😒

I am sad to see that the service and product quality have greatly deteriorated. I don't know if it's a new team, but yesterday we had a more than mediocre experience: 1 the prawns and fish were very bad, probably frozen for months. 2 the warm goat cheese salad, it looked like it came from Migros. 3 the service was lousy. The waitress was clumsy, I remain polite. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the waitress took the liberty of asking her age... It's a shame because the place is very nice, and in the past we had always had great experiences at the restaurant in the small port of St Sulpice. I hope it will improve.

Smiling but very slow service. Perch fillets good but more exceptional, fries very graceful and soft... However, the place and the setting remain magical at the edge of the lake!

The service was too slow, we had to wait almost an hour to get the salad. The children were hungry. Otherwise, rather friendly staff, a good atmosphere by the quiet lake. They could have offered us coffee for the wait. We won't go back though.

We ate with my wife without having reserved. The setting is nice, the food is very good and the portions are well served. We received the dish before the starter and the service was a little long that day. Apparently the chef was on vacation, but for us it went very well. We had a great time and we were offered coffee with a digestive for the inconvenience. We understand that it’s not easy every day and we highly recommend this place!

Terrible service To have a drink on the terrace on the edge of the port (ask if we can be served/response: we will come in 2 minutes!!) Wait more than 20 minutes!! This is the 2nd time for us to have this service!!! Not to be repeated Be a little professional!!

Warning: since March 1, 2023 new owner: very disappointed compared to the previous owner. Reheated fries, ultra-fat perch fillets. Unfriendly service. Not smiling. Well, 42.- the char with its fines which is nothing special. Dry and tasteless. The starter with the mushrooms and its sauce which seemed to be non-artisanal. Friendly service but no professionalism. Very expensive restaurant for the products served and the unprofessional service. We will not return there.

A place whose atmosphere reminds me a little of home in Bordeaux with the port and the seaside atmosphere, intimate and super cozy. Their cuisine is very good and their servers are very professional and welcoming!

We are sad that this is the last day of Patrons Jean-Claude and Daniel but happy for them for this beautiful human adventure which touched us so much. Very friendly restaurant, the staff is attentive and very friendly. I took the menu: delicious mushroom fricassee as a starter then perch fillets as a main course, the tartar sauce was very good. I also tasted the lemon sauce which in my opinion lacked a little taste - not enough to tarnish this very pleasant experience. For dessert: an excellent iced coffee! Thanks again to the boss and his team for the warm welcome!

The staff is very nice but the dishes are not great... the perch don't even come from the lake which is 5 meters from the restaurant!! But why? The fries are frozen and uninteresting. Honestly a shame

This place was originally known for serving local fish (perche), which they no longer do and the source of serving perche for the few remaining dishes is no longer Switzerland For a price of about 40chf, I had a very thin cubic (~5cmx5cmx10/12cm) slice of beef steak, in the middle of which there was a thick artery as I had asked for raw cooking, you can imagine how disgusting it may get. When pointed out to the waiter, he did nothing but a nodding with sorrow (no discount, no change). The fries were supermarket frozen ones. The mayo sauce was regular supermarket mayo (when asked for mayo served with the original package). So I would say the food is highly overpriced. The view/ambience is also not particularly good. Not among my recommendations.

If you want to have a good time, laugh, don't hesitate to take a detour to this terrace. Hearty salads and especially their magnificent cocktails, well measured and full of small red fruits inside. The food is good and the waitress is very friendly.

It's well presented, it's pretty good. But we were served by a rather unpleasant young French waiter. He almost threw our bottles and our dishes on the table while yelling "Who is the salmon tartare for?!" So much so that he knocked over a glass of water when he threw the plate and didn't get away. not excused. Just suck it up when it comes time to add up. The boss is very nice though.

too bad because very nice place and very good dishes, I went to the terrace it had been 30 minutes and I was still waiting for no one and I allowed myself to raise my hand so that someone could see us to take our order. The waitress sees and responds “wait yes we’re coming! » in a dry tone as if she had already told me to wait.. and despite this, it's still a wait of around 35 min

We were 6 people including 2 young children, the restaurant was full and yet the service was impeccable! Dynamic and super friendly server! We all ate very well, all served at the same time! Delicious homemade pie to end this beautiful meal by the lake!
