But in all the years of trying to order in the hopes that we'll have a full order - and that it will arrive about on time - we've never, ever experienced good service from this restaurant . The quality and taste of the food leaves something to be desired, but given the low cost it is good value for money. The main fault is that we never receive our entire order (sometimes desserts/pizzas are completely exchanged with others). Either the problem is at the restaurant or the delivery people are to blame. I only recommend this restaurant as a last resort.

Unfortunately, I can only advise against delivery after this unfortunate and disappointing experience. This is the only point which in my opinion needs to be improved, the pizzas are satisfactory but this bad experience which is neither compensated by the delivery platform nor by the restaurant causes a lot of stars to be lost on this review. Good evening, The worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant/pizzeria. We start with the delivery guy who pretends he doesn't know where the building is where he has to deliver the pizza and asks again for us to come down and pick it up. When I placed the order by phone I informed them that I was going to pay 50.- in cash for a total of 35.70.-. So I should receive 14.30.- out of which the delivery man only gave me 13.-. Normal, I think he was wrong, I just called him to tell him that instead of giving me 14.30.- he just gave me 13.-. He answers me: I'm sorry but I was no older than 13.- so it stays like that. I know that know 1.- but if he had told me that he didn't have it I was really just going to say "ok it doesn't matter it stays like that. » but just because of his response I wrote here about this bad experience. First and last time. THANKS.

I am frankly disappointed, I will never understand why there is so little topping, no joke, see the photo, barely two small squares of ham per slice, at the very least there was a slice of pineapple all over the pizza. I don't recommend their tacos. Worst quality/price ratio in Lausanne. In fact it is 2.5x more expensive than anywhere else and inedible without risk of food poisoning. Indeed, the outside appeared cooked but the potatoes inside and the meat were still raw. Same, tacos are made in the oven with pizza dough. It's ok but it looks more like a calzone than a taco honestly. The place is clean but does not have any chairs for waiting, the quality of the food and the prices are not up to par.
