Ordered pizza, received confirmation, pizza never arrived, pizzeria was closed

We ordered 5 pizzas online on Monday for Tuesday evening. We immediately received a confirmation email. When there was still no pizza 30 minutes after the requested order time on Tuesday, we wanted to inquire by phone. Unfortunately, no one picked up the phone at the Buchs branch. We then asked the branch in Chur and were told that the branch in Buchs has been closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for half a year. The old opening times are still on the homepage and we also received a confirmation by email. How can that be? We will definitely never order from Pizza da Toni again.

I created a vegan pizza online, named it "Pizza VEGAN" and also wrote "NO CHEESE" as a comment and received an oily pizza with greasy cheese that I couldn't eat. Wasted money.

I've liked all the pizzas and gnocchi I've ordered so far. If I had any problems finding me, I was contacted.

The order was delivered incomplete, it was delivered several times. Ultimately, I paid for the website's alleged quantitative error without even hearing an apology from the restaurant.

Waited a very long time for a pizza. Quality of the ingredients were no quali material. Price ok. But you can't eat anymore. I personally won't recommend it.

Great pizzeria with home delivery service for your personal party, with a pizza oven directly in the pizza bus. Great team on site with two people including pizzaiolo. The highlight for every occasion. Whether it's a birthday or anniversary doesn't matter. The service was very friendly and excellent. The pizzaiolo knows his craft and the pizzas were very good and met with great approval.

Food inspection due!!! The pizza had an extremely unpleasant smell. An absolute disgrace!!! The delivery was way too late due to complete incompetence. The prices are exorbitant considering the product received. Not worth a franc! A pure disappointment!!!

Ordered three pizzas, arrived 45 minutes late! The driver apologized, but that doesn't bring me the pizza any faster! The small pizza was ok, the two larger ones literally stunk! It smelled like stench, sweat, or something along those lines. I will definitely never order anything there again. Shame about the money!

I've never eaten anything like that in my entire life. My son had ordered salami halfway through the pizza and he said try it, I almost had it... the salami was 100% bad, that's not possible.

It's not what it used to be. Deliveries take forever. Pizzas are very sparsely topped with ingredients, some you can count on one hand, apart from the cheese and tomato sauce. It's a shame, they were really ok.

Da Toni used to use good ingredients for the pizza, but today they only use cheap ingredients. Pizza really subpar... service also unfriendly. Don't order there anymore!

Panini not recommended, not warm, not seasoned and not what is described inside.

I waited almost 1.5 hours and called after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the employee was very rude so I couldn't even say anything. The pizza arrived broken but at least warm.

If you order via app, you will receive a receipt by email for 97 fr. Then it will be delivered and should then cost 104 fr. What a mess.

We have ordered pizza from da Toni several times and unfortunately, sometimes during the week it takes over an hour and you are not informed about the delivery time. After 50 minutes I called the other day, then they said that the pizza would be on the way in 10 minutes, after another 20 minutes I called again and after I said that it was just too long, the lady just said that yes I also live too far away and hung up. That doesn't work at all - just hang up - I was amazed. It's probably better not to offer the delivery service. I would have liked to have informed Toni about this, but I couldn't find a contact form anywhere. That's a total no-go and it's the last time we ordered there. Unfortunately the pizza was only lukewarm and not that tasty.

Despite the large menu, every dish is recommended, nice staff, unfortunately delivery always takes about an hour despite the 10-minute journey to us.

It takes forever for the pizza to be delivered... After a long wait, the wrong pizza was delivered. After complaining, no new pizza was delivered and I was told that I should keep the pizza. Bad customer service!!!

Corona crisis or not, but that's no reason to hardly put any more toppings on the pizza? Do you already have little sales? Shouldn't you especially try not to lose customers? So that's enough for me, I won't order anything else here for the same price and significantly less toppings

Relatively new to Buchs and have already tried various pizza couriers. Definitely the best so far and good value for money. :)

The pizzas were good, nothing special.

All protective measures are meticulously adhered to, not just in the house, the couriers also wear masks and pay close attention to hygiene standards.

The pizzas are always late no matter who you order them in advance! And how many times they have been forgotten! That was the last time. Don't order from you anymore! If it ever happened it wouldn't be a bad thing, but it's just been such a drama for a year now!

Really bad customer service. I was used to something different from the restaurant. But now I ordered from Toni's own app. I sent the order 2 hours before the desired delivery time. When the pizzas hadn't arrived 15 minutes after the appointment, I called and was told that my order had probably been lost. I was told it would take another half hour. That didn't work either. After two more phone calls in which I was lied to, the pizzas finally arrived. Only 1 hour and 40 minutes after the appointment... The driver wanted to collect the order again, even though it had already been paid in advance. Order processing urgently needs to be improved if you don't even have control of your own app. That was definitely my last order.

4:30 p.m. Pizzas ordered for 6:30 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. after three calls still no pizza received. At 7:15 p.m. they said the pizzas had just come out of the oven and were on their way. Called again at 8 p.m., pizzas were on the way and would be here in 2-3 minutes. Wasn't the case. They finally arrived at 8:10 p.m. plus a free bottle of Coke.

Ordered 4 pizzas by phone for pickup. Only made 1. When we had to wait, the boss yelled at the workers and was very unfriendly. Kebab pizza - meat wasn't exactly great.

After 3 1/2 hours of waiting... 3 calls... I finally cooked myself. My little son usually loves the pizza from da Toni in Buchs. Unfortunately not anymore from today. Totally disappointed.

Ordered 2 salads and pizza bread at 6:51 p.m., delivery time 50 minutes according to the employee. Actual delivery: 8:50 p.m. 2 hours later??!?!!!!! really now? Ordered twice, waited over 2 hours twice and never again. It might be quicker to pick up but not to order!! Extremely disappointed...

This is now the third time that it took an extremely long time for the pizza to arrive, a real disgrace. After calling several times, it still took a long time until something finally arrived. We have ordered from them many times and recently the service has gotten worse and worse. No compensation was offered either, just a lame apology. We won't order here again, that's not possible at all! Customer service is bottom drawer. Whether the pizza is good or not doesn't even matter, all this nonsense has spoiled my appetite. When the pizzas arrived they were still lukewarm. At least we got our money back after further complaining.

Pizza da Toni used to be better. The pizzas are suddenly smaller and the quality has deteriorated significantly. Visually it no longer looks fresh and the taste is no longer the best. And as far as the spaghetti is concerned... what a shame... the sauce is from TopCC, so it's not even homemade. The sauce was soggy and really disgusting (finished product) If the pizzas continue to taste/look like that, that's it.

In keeping with Valentine's Day, you could order a heart-shaped pizza. Delicious.

Given that I always order at my girlfriend's house, because she is a regular customer....For a few months it hasn't worked as it should...Pizzas arriving late... porcini pizza: 4 mushrooms counted (actually 4).. .on the phone while ordering. You kindly ask if you can pay with a debit card (positive response) and when the courier arrives promptly, you don't have the transaction machine with you... Portion of fries: price 11 francs. ..a small half-empty aluminum box arrives...a few days later I phone to order something to eat again and wait more than 5 minutes on line without anyone bothering to answer...normally you give yourself a second or third chance because It's right not to judge immediately... but frankly, after quite a few orders that went wrong, I'm annoyed...

Great pizza, delivery is accurate to the minute. Super goodie: the app. You order like you normally order clothes from Zalando. The staff is very friendly and the comments are read and implemented. Special requests for pasta with spinach, such as “leaf spinach” or “creamed spinach” can also be freely selected. The simple rule here is... quality in the work, not just in the product. Keep it up! Update: November 28, 2018: Unfortunately, support has dwindled. Messages on Facebook are no longer answered and there have been no cardboard vouchers for a while. What happens to the existing ones? Are they worthless now?

First of all, the food came almost 25 minutes late. The spaghetti carbonara was dry, which means the sauce was just lumpy. The ham was also simply bacon torn into 3 pieces. The driver was friendly but initially brought the wrong food to the door. I won't order there again because the nice driver is the only plus point.

Actually great pizza but it doesn't take an hour to deliver and it's not really cheap. Unfortunately it's not that good at the beginning. In this time I have to do some work myself
