We ordered food for 5 people and 1 order didn't arrive at all then we called and they brought the kebab but it wasn't what we ordered that was wrong and the other kebabs were also all wrong as if they had diced the ingredients and the service was also very unfriendly. They claimed we were lying and it wasn't true that we had ordered another kebab. P.S. The meat wasn't really done either. The price is a disgrace for the performance.

My XXL Dürüm was excellent. The sharpness was also very good You are very accommodating - very accommodating and trustworthy. You don't save at all with the portions. Price performance is great.

The food itself tastes good and the staff is mostly friendly. Unfortunately, there are always problems with delivery. Despite clear instructions, the drop-off location was repeatedly not found. It also always took far too long for the delivery to arrive. For whatever reason, paying with Twint is always cumbersome. If organizational things changed there would be significantly more stars!

Called and asked about pizza pepperoni. Is there a pizza with pepperoni sausage? I was told yes it is sausage. I was then delivered a pizza that was topped with a few lousy slices of bell pepper, not even pepperoni. When I called, they said it was Swiss pepperoni. never again. clearer fraud.

We have been a customer of Elik and Pizza Hawaii for years! A few years ago there was no better and reliable courier and take away. But unfortunately the success went to his head! The waiting times for delivery are unreasonable (approx. 30 minutes, delivery after 70 minutes) and this happened 5 times in just under 3 months! The quality of the food gets worse every year. Our Dürüm, pizzas and kebabs were inedible. Requests such as: without onions, without tomatoes or other things are accepted but rarely implemented. With the pizzas you notice that they are stored on the oven and in delivery boxes for minutes. Cold, cheap cheese, no taste. A pity. But as you can see, Pizza Hawaii no longer needs the money. Criticism was then submitted directly to Elik. However, he didn't want to see any mistakes in him. Conclusion: This company is not worth a single franc. In the future, it's better not to eat anything and not order from Pizza Hawaii.

Ordered for the first time. Pizza really cold and burnt. True not based on what was ordered. Quality of the meat is no longer fresh. When complaining over the phone, they pointed out that they were stressed and had no interest in improving. When I asked if the pizza could be delivered again, I only got the blunt answer that they didn't want to drive again. Conclusion. NEVER AGAIN and definitely not recommended.

Quality is a foreign word.....ordered twice expressly without onions....what do I get...? With onion of course. Whole restaurant pretty dirty. There were still dried out pieces of salami in the ashtrays in front of the restaurant and the tables were extremely full of pizza crumbs and dirt... And even with the best will in the world, the hamburger was inedible...why do we need such kepab and pizza joints? This has nothing to do with cultural enrichment...but these people can't even do that...
