Marinara pizza at 30chf with mushy and expired seafood. One of the broken shell shards made my gums bleed. Not to mention the waitress who comes to clear things out even though we haven't finished. An unforgettable night!

Very disappointed because we love this pizzeria but frankly for this time we ordered a 4 cheese pizza supposedly with ricotta (there was none at all), and a queen (no mushrooms). In addition, the Nutella gnocchi are only half with Nutella… frankly very disappointed…

I ordered 2 pizzas for takeaway and was told it would be 10mins. After 20mins, I went in to check. I was told they were making them now. Went in again and turned out they had not started. When I told the waitress who took my order that it’s been 30 minutes, she just shrugged. The other lady argued with me and said she normally tells people it’s a 20 minute wait so too bad I was told 10 minutes. By the time I got my pizza it had been 40mins since I had placed me order (I checked the time!). Not a single person apologized at any point. I had guests over and this experience ruined our night. I used to get takeaway pizza from this restaurant regularly but the rudeness and complete disrespect for their customers is unbelievable. Never again!

We tried this restaurant for the first time. We were a team of 8 people, adults and children. We were all very happy with all the meals. The pizzas are super LARGE and for the pasta the quantities are MORE than generous. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customers. We will come back, you can go without fear.

The pizza was good and large/good value for money. However, they charged me CHF9,50 for one pitcher of water because it was still water. Make sure you ask how much the water will cost and if it’s tap before getting water.

The service was really bad. They got our order completely wrong. The pizza was stone cold. We were outside and there was smoke everywhere from the heating lanterns. I honestly do not recommend this place. It was expensive for nothing we ended up paying 77chf worth of nothing. The chef salad was pretty good.

We forgot how big the pizzas were! The pizzas are neither adapted to the size of the plates nor to the size of the tables. They are +/- 45cm, and they overflow the plate so that it quickly becomes problematic to cut them. I think reducing them (38cm?) would be beneficial, knowing that most don't finish the pizzas because they are too big, and a good portion goes in the trash. We had a reservation with the fork for a group of 15 people. The meal went rather well, even if for my part the cooking of the pizza dough was very limited. But when checking out, the waitress “forgot” to count the reduction on the fork. We only realize it after paying, and despite our insistent requests for a refund of the part we should not have paid, the waitress remains unmoved and says that she "can't do anything" . In short, a great evening which ended on a very bad note, it's a shame but I don't think any of us will return to this establishment.

We went to the restaurant on Wednesday lunchtime located at the junction between the acacias and Plainpalais. We had booked the day before. Greeted by the employees, we were seated on a table inside, for two people, close to the window. The establishment also has a fully heated terrace covered with a tarpaulin. The server who took our order was very friendly and attentive. Looking for seafood, I was recommended the seafood risotto. The dish was fresh, tasty, and plentiful and the prices of the dish as well as the menu in general were quite fair, even, affordable. Finally, the atmosphere was friendly, we didn't feel embarrassed and more like at home. So, I highly recommend this restaurant which is perfect for any type of occasion (friends, lunch with colleagues, couples, families)

Came alone to taste! Well, it was excellent, a huge Calabrian pizza with spicy salami! The dough and ingredients were awesome! A little green salad before, with a homemade sauce, perfect! All very generous! A very good little ristretto, all for 33.80.- not so expensive for the quantity and quality! Oh and a little paper bag with homemade bread inside… great 🙌 Now, the welcome and the service could be improved, but I'm not going to complain!

Very nice place, I had a buffalina pizza with cherry tomatoes, Parma ham, basil and buffalo mozzarella. The pizza was good and plentiful. We came to the Pizzeria CALABRIA SCALEA des Acacias with my partner this afternoon, my partner had breaded salmon with vegetables and fries and she enjoyed it. Terrible service; My boyfriend and I went yesterday evening (Sunday) in order to celebrate my birthday, we planned to celebrate there because the last visit a year ago had gone very well, something that is no longer the case . We waited 10 minutes standing before being seated, (we had reservations!) then 20 minutes of waiting before they came to ask us if we wanted to drink something and take the order, 40 minutes to have 2 salads and a bottle of water at 9.50.-/L. The dishes were generous but the gnocchi are not homemade, being a cook I recognize the products purchased already ready, the salad was not seasoned and when we asked for extra, the waitress who brought it back to us was there alone pleasant. We also witnessed complaints from other customers where another waitress disrespected them by shouting at them and making rather abrupt gestures very close to the customer in question, the person who appears to be the boss shouts at her servers in front of customers during service, the cutlery was dirty and stained, the table greasy. I, who was planning to have a good evening, left very disappointed and we decided to stop at the main course and finish celebrating elsewhere. We hope that this will change and that organization and politeness become principles in this restaurant. Lack of implementation and consistency with prices.

Very disappointed. We chose this restaurant because of the positive reviews, but we were very disappointed. This restaurant uses “The Fork” site to advertise, but does not honor its commitments. We were supposed to have a 20% discount, but the boss decided otherwise at the last minute, obviously they didn't plan for us when we arrived. It's not honest on their part.
