The Egyptian managing director "Mr. Attia" is a really bad guy! He threw me out of the restaurant in a very cheeky manner and pointed out that I wasn't clean and that I should take a shower. Something like that is out of the question because the customer is king! I have never had such a bad experience with the service staff anywhere in the world as I did here. If you didn't have a nursery, you shouldn't go into the restaurant business. Addendum: Unfortunately, they are massively LYING with their answer, which is demonstrably false since their pizzeria doesn't even have room for 20 customers inside. My visit was around lunchtime last summer and their small restaurant was completely EMPTY, as is often the case with them. Since they show no insight at all and, on the contrary, even deliberately serve up false information and make me out to be a scapegoat, that's okay all sow. In the future, choose guests who always have shower gel with them and these people have the ability to react accordingly if necessary when they have to show their pronounced primitiveness again. With their rowdy behavior, they are a prime example of what the gastronomy is NOT needed. Maybe this true feedback will help them improve, although most of the time this doesn't happen.

I ordered a pizza from Gustav and it was delivered quickly. 2. Since I was convinced that I had ordered porcini mushrooms, I gave the pizza a bad rating. Apart from the “missing” porcini mushrooms, the rating was correct; the pizza was not of the usual quality. 3. Shortly afterwards I received a call from the courier service. The employee insulted me massively from the start. I ended the conversation because I couldn't get a word in edgewise. 4. After checking my order, I realized I was wrong. 5. I called the courier company again to apologize for the oversight. 6. The employee insulted me again, saying, among other things, that I was an arrogant and sensitive customer and always complaining. 7. I couldn't let these accusations sit because I was always very satisfied with the quality of Gustav. This is reflected in my around 30-50 reviews and the numerous orders. 8. However, the employee disagreed and continued to insult me. 9. As a result, I lost control and insulted the employee. I regret the circumstances and the misunderstanding. As you can see, I have generally given very positive reviews and here I made a mistake that I wanted to take responsibility for. However, the courier service's reaction in this form is not acceptable. I think the matter is now settled with the deletion of the review.

Since last week the quality of the food has decreased significantly. What is particularly noticeable is that the pesto, which I enjoyed a week ago and found to be excellent, is now practically tasteless. It is regrettable to see that the once high culinary standards are no longer maintained. The consistent quality was a decisive factor in my loyalty to your restaurant so far. However, due to current developments, I will refrain from placing any further orders in the future. I hope you will accept this feedback as constructive criticism and take the necessary steps to restore the quality of your food.

After we had been regular customers for about 3 years, the takeaway courier got a complaint for driving through a private road. There would be a public approach opportunity with us, but when I pointed this out to him, we were asked not to order any more as he didn't fancy being fined. The person on the phone became very loud and disrespectful and threatened to cancel the order. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and without decency. It's a shame the food was actually delicious but to be shouted at as a customer after placing an order is unacceptable. I would advise everyone to find another pizzeria, as there are more than enough in the area.
