Our order was accepted and then canceled some time later with no reason given. Customer-friendly is different, but a justification would be the least? Weeks later we wanted to give the company another chance. Some time after confirming the order, I received a call that they would no longer deliver to us due to the bad rating. Unfortunately, my first impression was confirmed. Conclusion: Extremely unfriendly and therefore not recommended.

Wir wohnen ziemlich genau 800m von der Pizzeria entfernt, also so zu sagen um die Ecke. Die Lieferung von 2 Döner haben über 50 Minuten gebraucht. Viel Arbeit? Versteh ich, kein Problem. Als die Döner nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit ankamen, waren sie wortwörtlich, und ich meine das Ernst, EISKALT. Als hätte man Sie erst gar nicht warm gemacht? Wie eklig schmeckt bitte kalter Döner? Na gut, auch das kann passieren, easy. Als wir dann aber angerufen haben um uns zu beschweren wurden wir nur blöd angemacht vom Besitzer. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist nicht so seine Stärke :) Und zu guter letzt: Als wir dann die (immer noch kalten) Döner ausgepackt haben, haben wir auch noch gemerkt, dass sie dann auch noch falsch waren :) Ihr möchtet mal in der Hölle essen? Sie steht gleich dort.
