Unfortunately a very arrogant, unfriendly waiter - not recommended!

Pizzeria at a decent level. To Zurich, affordable. I recommend to visit.

Unfortunately, I can't really recommend the Molino on Limmatquai. The service isn't really friendly, doesn't listen and tries to get more tips, even though the amount was clearly communicated several times. There was a SCREW in the tiramisu, but we still had to pay for it. An actually nice restaurant, which doesn't leave us with a good impression due to the staff not being really capable or service-oriented.

Terrible service. We arrived at 15:00, asking if we could have a coffee there. Most tables were empty. The rude waitress told us we should go to starbucks.

Delicious food, attentive staff, very warm and cozy furnishings! Menu not too big and not too small, something for everyone! The pizzas and the homemade pasta are highly recommended! Really- WOW 🥳🙌🏻

The service was very nice. However, CHF 84.20, with a tip then CHF 90.- for two pizzas, 2 cokes and an espresso are very sporty even for Zurich... In particular, the pizzas were quite ok but really nothing special. We had booked a table at 11:30. We were expressly informed right at the beginning that we had to clear the table by 1:00 p.m. at the latest, as the next guests would be expected then... Price/performance is not right for me at all. This restaurant is definitely not recommended.

Subpar Italian for its price. Forgot to take a picture of the pizzas, which I’d say is the best they have to offer. The service is not the best either, they didn’t not look like they enjoyed being there. I’d assume this place attracts mostly tourist… you can find better Italian in Zurich.

The service from two waiters was very good, but unfortunately the mood changed when an older waitress continued to serve us and appeared passive aggressive to our requests. We understand that your job is not easy, especially with a lot of guests, but you should make sure that you don't let your bad mood out on the customer. According to my siblings and daughter, the pizza was good. Unfortunately my pasta with seafood didn't, the pasta was like a lump and unfortunately the seafood didn't taste as good as it should. It's a shame... The desserts tasted very good.

I was there with one of my friend. Food was really delicious. Our food finished and the waiters ,they took plate and just brought the bill, our drinks were half . We didn't ask for the bill. We were in shock. We just pay. We want to tried their dessert but after we pay we didn't want take anymore. It was so sad that they want we pay and just left the restaurant. The waiters one of guy is with glasses i guess he was italien and another guy is SriLankan. They could be little bit more kind.

Crust is nice, prosciutto San Daniele is always a very nice choice, but our favorite selection will always be Miss Italia.

There was a problem with our Pizzas. It took the over 30 minutes to bring them. They apologised and invited to desserts and coffee. A good reaction after a problem which should have not happened.

I recently visited this Italian restaurant that was bustling with customers, and I must say, it was a great experience. Despite the crowd, the staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of. The food was delicious and for okey price despite being in the city center. I recommend this restaurant.

I found the pastas and pizza to be good, but not particularly special. While the flavors were enjoyable, I was hoping for a bit more uniqueness. The service was decent, and the ambiance was pleasant. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but there’s room for improvement to make it stand out among other options.

We were warmly welcomed and looked after. Well, the food was a bit basic. The grilled vegetable plate felt like 90 percent pepperoni, well - in all three standard colors. Maybe it's better to order pizza, it was delicious.

It's very tight in the Molino select. We actually like the food but the service staff gets worse from time to time. We had to discuss with the employee what we ordered instead of apologizing and acknowledging her mistakes.

Waiter was unfriendly. After eating we were indirectly kicked out.

Friendly and kind staff. Highly appreciated and fresh ingredients. Environment full beyond the limit of tables, I recommend reducing the seating.

Were there yesterday, unfortunately the service was very unfriendly, we actually wanted something to eat, but at a very small table without much space there was no feeling of well-being, after we didn't want to eat there we were asked to leave the restaurant. We've never experienced anything like that before, well you can see the positive side, money saved, we'll never go there again.

Way too narrow. Food is ok. Service has room for improvement. - Food was served incorrectly - then we argue that that's what we ordered. - Clear plates even though people are still eating.

Ambience excellent, risoto unique. Service was great, not intrusive, polite, just 100% will go again.

Pizzeria in the historic center of Zurich; as an Italian, excellent pizza that has nothing to envy compared to that made in Italy (it's better than many Italian pizzerias). Fabulous tiramisu. Friendly and attentive staff, I recommend going there.

Recommend getting the seafood pizza.

Unfortunately, the ambience and service felt more like mass production. Food itself was OK, nothing special and rather expensive for the quality

Never again, be aware, do not recommend. Very slow service, or not at all. we waited more than an hour. Waiter didnot even apologise and didnot ask if we like the food! Totaly disaster, they charge you like in micheline restaurant but service and quality of food worse than in street food cafe. During our waiting period we already finished 2 bottles of wine, but still food was not there. Sorry if you cannot control your waiters and kitchen be so kind and tell in advance and at least give small present as an excuse. Food and service total "0"

The workers are arrogant, racist and have very poor customer service.

For a long time it was one of my favorite pizzerias. But lately it's been getting worse and worse. To get to the raw appetizer and the pizza that you can't eat because it's rubbery, I only finished it because I was hungry. And it ends with the arrogance and rudeness of the new manager Never again. I'd rather buy a packaged pizza than go back to them

Great pizza and risotto and several gluten free options - with clear labeling on menu of gluten free items (all pasta dishes available with fussili Gluten Free), risottos, salads and antipasti. Pizzas are not available gluten free.

I recently celebrated my daughter's wedding upstairs. A big compliment to Roberto and his team for the perfect organization and the delicious food! We had a wonderful lunch there ❤️ I can warmly recommend the restaurant for events or a cozy family meal.

Not sure how this place only has a 4.0??? Pizza was great, server very nice, and great outdoor seating. Salad and drinks expensive like everyplace in Zurich; pizza was actually reasonably priced.

We wanted to eat in the restaurant. However, we were informed that service was only served outside. Santa Lucia gave us a very warm welcome inside and outside. Hospitality is different!

We waited for our food and it didn't come after an hour and a half. Staff told us that the food would be there every 1-2 mins but it never came.

I ate there one evening in September, excellent pizzas, divinely seasoned, tagliatelle carbonara not bad. Finally, a couple of delicious desserts. The prices are out of our standards but, after all, we are in Switzerland. If nothing else you have paid in exchange for quality. Kind and affable waiters, almost all of whom speak Italian. If you happen to be in Zurich I recommend it.

Top in terms of location (in the center but quiet), quality, professionalism, staff (good, friendly, professional but also nice waiters). Eating a good pizza abroad is always difficult: in this place, however, you will find a quality pizza.

Pizza tastes excellent. Taste, quality and price are really top. When it's busy, the waiting times for food are quite long but okay

Very good Italian style pizza. We got our pizzas in about 5 minutes.

I only went because I had a 2x1 discount. The very thin pizza, perhaps too thin, is edible but has a lot of raw oil which unfortunately ruins the taste. The staff who welcomed us were pleasant but the waiter who then served us did not use good manners, he kept coming to the table to make jokes, we felt uncomfortable. The place is nice and in a good location. However, if they were to ask me if I would return, I would answer in the negative.

The pizza is very tasty and visually appealing. It's also nice that you regularly have the chance to have a nice outdoor space without a reservation. Unfortunately, the service is mixed: There are exceptions, but in particular a slightly older waiter is anything but the Swiss friendliness that you are otherwise used to - he pushes you and is very hectic, does not allow any deviations and is not very flexible. The pasta was clearly overcooked once again. When the terrace is full, the waiting time can be perceived as annoying. Overall, a mixed picture.

Terrible service. Two out of three waiters were extremely rude, which is a shame because the pizza was fantastic! What a shame. We waited for a while for the pizza and I politely asked about it and was told ‘this is not McDonalds.’

the food was nothing special. The portions are too small for this price. The spaghetti was well cooked, the sauce of the frutti di mare was good, but the gamberetti was frozen and not peeled. The calculation for the bruschette is also a joke, if you take 5 you pay 15.- if you take 3 you pay 12.-.. the toilets leave a lot to be desired, as is the cleaning of the kitchen, so they say vernacular. the service is just bad. The worst is the “head waiter”! arrogant, bored, dissatisfied etc… in summary: never again!

Delicious spaghetti! Cool touch that you can “combine” the spaghetti yourself! The service from selected people was great and a few were arrogant and almost cheeky. The restaurant is nicely decorated but not worth mentioning.

Very nice welcome, the staff gave us good and competent advice, the food was very good. At the upper price limit for pizza.

When we arrived at the restaurant, someone from the service addressed me by name, greeted me and escorted me to the table. Even though we were a large group and this was recognized, I still find it very thoughtful!

The food is less than normal, and their pasta is bad, and you will notice, haha, the bill. They add an additional price, and for those who pay attention, it is a mistake the second time you walk.

Service is very attentive and always friendly. The selection of pizzas is slightly exotic and does not offer the classics, but is very fine.

I can't say what the food is like, because we never got served. Staff are inattentive and left us waiting for too long. It was 3pm on a Monday, the restaurant wasn't particular busy. Then general attitude of the server was surly and dismissive. He clearly had no interest in serving us.

Fine pizza with brilliant dough and delicious tomato sauce. Beautiful design of the outdoor dining environment. Idea for further innovation: More plants and flowers everywhere.

You get a different experience in summer (when it’s busy) and in winter (when it isn’t). The table service is unhelpful and dismissive in summer, presumably as they’re so busy, they don’t need to be nice, as if you don’t return, someone else will take that table outside in the sun. In winter/ quieter times, the service is a lot friendlier. The food isn’t bad, but again, it’s fresher and better in quieter times. It’s a shame, really. We won’t return.
