The staff was friendly, but the balance of sauce and salad in my dish wasn't quite right, the grilled tofu listed on the menu wasn't grilled, and the premises were too small to eat in .

Having been to all the Poke Bowls in Lausanne I can assure you that it is the best, and at every level; tastes, qualities and freshness of the products and above all level of generosity. There really is quantity and quality every time! Impossible to do better in terms of value for money. I've come at least 20 times and it's a shame to see that the only bad reviews are always linked to waiting time for deliveries. For my part, I have never had a problem coming directly to the place each time, whether to eat on site or to take away.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with this poke bowl restaurant ordered via UberEats. Not only does the on-site service leave something to be desired, but the management of remote orders is catastrophic. When I called to track my order, the owner openly informed me that orders placed through UberEats were routinely processed after regular deliveries, without any valid justification. This deliberate policy of making customers who choose UberEats wait is not only unacceptable but also discriminatory. In the end, not only did I have to wait much longer than expected to receive a poke bowl which was, after all, not extraordinary, but this experience also left me with a bitter taste regarding the lack of consideration for customers choosing a specific order method. I strongly advise against this restaurant.

Employees shouting at each other, they forgot to put any sauce in my bowl. Bad atmosphere and the food was dry.

Amazing Poke Bowls. Either you create your bowl according to your desires, or you choose a “signature” bowl. Tahiti is excellent!

The best memory I have is Future not wanting to stop in the studio actually. He wanted the piece to be six minutes long. He loved the Therapy instrumental so much, his vibe was amazing on it. There was a really good atmosphere. We brought him a pokebowl there, from PokeMe... And he burst into tears over the bowl. He was practically crying. He ate the bowl and had no more strength. He asked: “what is this pokebowl?!”

Excellent! I have come to Poke me 3 times, the staff is extremely competent, smiling, efficient and has an exceptional sense of service. Abdou, his brother (whose first name I unfortunately don't remember) as well as Malcom gave us extremely good advice and service. The portions are generous, the products are fresh/good quality and the presentation is excellent. I lived in Dubai for 5 years, Poke Me is largely on par with what is done in the Emirates, or even better. I hope you open another store in Lausanne. See you soon

I have gotten a poke with a rotten sauce. All ingredients were fresh except for the yuzu sauce that ruined my whole meal. What i find unacceptable is that the employee making my poke realised there was something wrong with the sauce, smelled it and made a weird face to the colleague, but still served me the poke! Only after tasting my poke, I realised why that face. I will never go again.

Good evening! I ordered 2 sets via the too good to go app. It was indicated to pick up between 8:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. I arrived at 8:50 p.m. and you were closed! It's a shame ! I paid money and expected these sets. It’s terrible! It's a lack of respect. 😡

It’s the best poke in Lausanne, the food is excellent. But the service is just deplorable. We travel to the restaurant (we live far away) and we found ourselves 4 or 5 times in front of a closed friend! We order on the site before coming, our order is received by the poke but the restaurant is closed when we arrive, and sometimes even 2 hours before closing indicated on their site. It's just unbearable. Not to mention that sometimes their poke is closed in the middle of the week even though you can order on their site and on Instagram, they post the day before that their poke is open every day! Even worse, knowing that despite our order we risked finding a closed door, I called the restaurant 15 minutes before our arrival to be sure that it would be open when we arrived. The employee assured me that they were open, as a result she closed the restaurant (which was supposed to be open for another 45 minutes) while we arrived, despite our order. No professional conscience, in addition to being unpleasant. They don't even bother to respond to complaints. It’s a shame because this poke is excellent, but the service is one of the worst I’ve seen. They just have to change their schedules on their site, it’s not complicated!

Since then, I have become a poke me regular! A place where the staff is always very welcoming and smiling! These poke never disappoint, they are without a doubt the best in Lausanne! Go there with your eyes closed!!

Far too much waiting, even when ordering online the order is not ready at the requested time and you have to wait at least 30 minutes more

I placed an order in winters 2022. When I arrived to pick it up, there were a lot of people waiting. So I expected to collect it and leave except that I learned that my order had not been taken into account, so I waited 20 minutes before being able to receive my order knowing that I had ordered about 1h30 before. So I gave this establishment a second chance. It was a big mistake on my part! I ordered 1 hour before and went to pick up my order except that my order had once again not been taken into account! In addition, it seems to me that the staff made a mistake in charging my bowl so I paid more than I should have paid initially. But still, after waiting about 15 minutes to get my bowl. When I removed the lid, I immediately noticed that the staff had forgotten to put some sauce on it. In summary, there is a lot of progress to be made in terms of customer service and organization for Bowl preparation. Also, I think the staff should smile a little more often at the customer because I have the impression that we are not welcome. To conclude, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

We were sold this poke bowl as one of the best in Lausanne. So we took 30 minutes to go and test. Arrive on site at 6:00 p.m. (opening time), a sign indicates that they will be back at 6:30 p.m. Great, so we waited until almost 7:00 p.m. and still no one! Left very angry… The food is probably good but the service remains deplorable! In the end, wasted 2 hours of time for nothing. We will never go back

Delicious poke bowl and very friendly staff!

I am ordering a Kentucky Large Bowl today via Uber Eats, the delivery time is indicated between 2030-2050. The delivery man arrives at 2120 (I specify that the order was sent at 2050) and the order is wrong. The bowl was not the one ordered and indicated right on the delivery note but I received another one with salmon and cottage cheese and also a normal size...

I've become a PokeMe regular! The quality is always there and the bowls are very stocked. The staff is great, I recommend without hesitation

I put a good comment but unfortunately I have to change. I arrived a few weeks ago to collect an order, in front of a closed door, without any warning. I contacted the restaurant for an explanation, and they never responded. It's not professional, and the least we could have done would have been to apologize or even offer a small discount to a loyal customer who came for nothing.

Two Poke ordered on their website on a Tuesday evening. We came to get them. An error in poke size was immediately rectified with compensation. The restaurant is well located, opposite the metro stop Bessière. No place inside to eat (well yes, 4 but you might as well eat in the Parc de la Cité a few meters away!). The poke was amazing, the sauces excellent. The rice not too vinegary and the vegetables very good. The portions are large, I think the small version is more than enough for one person! In itself, it was a very good surprise! I recommend and I will definitely go back!

An order placed on Uber Eats: the desserts were missing and the poke ingredients were wrong. A so-called commercial compensation if we recommended them. Result: under the pretext that they did not receive the note, I received no compensation and no solution provided following an unpleasant phone call with one of the employees. The 2nd order still had other ingredients than those ordered.. I will avoid returning there and therefore do not recommend this address.

Definitely one of the best poke bowls I've had in a long time!! Fresh ingredients, well seasoned rice and good amount for the big size (24 fr). Staff were also nice and welcoming. Great find in Lausanne.
