Food was cold. Wraps were not rolled. Fries served strangely, almost labyrinthine. interior very nice. Service could be better. Drinks cups were forgotten and on a Sunday around 2 employees felt a little thin

Great fries and chicken, fine sauces and the fries were really fresh and crunchy. Unfortunately I received 6 pieces instead of 8, but after asking, an employee gave me a portion of 4 as a gift.

Even without a lot of customers, you wait 10 - 15 minutes for your food. Price/performance is great. relatively bad when I compare it with other restaurants.

Service was virtually non-existent! Can't decide if the service or the fries were worse. A look into the kitchen reveals that hygiene is not the top priority. I won't be back any time soon.

I couldn't imagine how chicken could be cooked so badly. Chewy and basically inedible. Bread was cold, bacon and cheese were cold. Not once under the salamander so that the cheese has melted. Fries over-salted and lampy... I will definitely not visit this fast food chain again.

Delicious fast food directly opposite the SBB train station. Both the chicken and the fries taste great! Ordering is also possible via display, card payment is accepted. The equipment is quite high quality and well thought out for a fast food shop, most places have power sockets. Unfortunately, this time there were loud groups of youth who shouted loudly for a long time, which the staff unfortunately didn't seem to care about. There is a toilet in the basement, the door code of which must be asked from the staff.

These wwre the saddest pieces of fried chickens ive ever had. I feel sad that the chickens sacrificed themselves into this abomination. Those 5 pieces of chickens were barely the same size as my thumb as comparison and 5 of those costed 10.- . It was overfried as the oil would drip out sometimes despite the chickens being small af already. The cashier was aying on her phone when i walked in and ignored me for a good 10seconds til she lifted her head and asked if i needed anything. Once i ordered my stuff she walked off very impatient for that she had to work suddenly. Same impatiency as when the order came and i get greeted by this saddness of chickens. No way ill be coming again. As comparison go to kfc instead, somewhat cheaper, much tastier, bigger portions, better service :)

Possibly the best Popeyes I ate anywhere including the USA. Hot fresh and delicious. Staff were amazing. Only drawback was €10 for three tenders. But that’s Switzerland!

The bread is hard and served cold, the chicken good but nothing too spectacular. The choice on the menu is not too wide. The choice of sauces is varied and we liked the ones we tried. The restaurant is just outside the central station and has an ambience that we appreciated.

So me and two of my best friends popped in for a quick bite and the food was exquisit. To be fair their new deal for around 15chf is an absolute steal. It had ice cream, a sandwich and chips. The chips were fresh to death and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The ice cream was just alright with the oreo crumble but it was a nice touch of sweetness for the dessert. I asked the employee for more wings and he just gave us 12 for free out of pure kindness. As we were ordering we overheard another employee giving a discount to a taxi driver, because he knew it was a tough job. After our meal we started talking to the employees, who were the friendliest i've ever met. Genuineley a great pair of lads. One of them insisted that I refill my cup for a fourth time (it was free everytime). He was making sure I was well fed and left the restaurant satisfied. These lads truely cared about us and made sure we felt comfortable and happy. They absolutely deserve a raise, because they're true masters at what they do. Lastly the atmosphere was really relaxed and a good place to go with the lads. Calm decoration, pretty much empty. Great restaurant - try this today and not tomorrow.

Incompetent cheap workers from France who don’t even understand what you’re saying half the time. But workers aside, not only is the menu seriously overpriced, it’s also really bad. You’d have to get one of the sauces to dunk the whole chicken sandwich in to give it flavor, or shall I say mask the rancid flavor of the food.

Truly unacceptable that popaye does not commit itself against the worst breeding methods, unacceptable. I boycott

Food is good, unfortunately the volume and the French radio station are absolutely inappropriate and make the stay extremely unpleasant. The staff speaks no or bad German.

To my absolute delight, I walked out of the train station and saw Popeyes! I had to try it since it’s yet to open in Suisse Romande.. Place is super fancy from the inside, I loved that they kept the old look. Food was overall delicious! Chicken crispy and spicy (little oily), bun soft and squishy, I think it’s a brioche bun but I originally thought it was a potato bun. The star is the fries; super crunchy yet soft on the inside and their spices are very tasty! Definitely got bumped to first place in my fries ranking. Tried the Nola sauce (no surprise), buttt it had too much mustard for my personal taste. Staff friendly and service extremely quick, I even got a wet napkin so that’s an extra star!

I ordered my sandwich from ubreats, unfortunately I made a mistake by ordering too much. Called the restaurant and had the feeling that the staff were very unfriendly. Delivery was very quick but the food arrived cold Now that's why 3 stars

Similar to KFC, not quite as good.

As dine-in customers, our order took extremely long, as priority service goes to orders. Once we got our food, the chicken was dripping from heavily burned oil. The burned oil taste was so strong that the chicken was barely noticeable and we left most of it. I'm sure it's all up to BAG standards. The fries were the only good thing in the meal.

Stopped in right before closing and had awesome service. I had trouble communicating my order in the local language but the staff was quick to help me get it right. Service was excellent, and the tenders backed it up. Thanks, great experience!

Burger/chicken sandwich = 10/10 The rest is rubbish.

It was convenient to use as it was right in front of Basel Station. Compared to McDonald's or Burger King, Popeyes is hard to find, so I tried it and it was delicious. It felt like the portion was a bit small for the price, but the chicken was delicious so I ate it without thinking about the price.

The most disgusting garbage food, consisting of fat, sugar and animal waste, in these beautiful premises. A tragedy. And it stinks all the way to the train station...

Finally something other than the well-known chains, every dish tasted excellent and when we warmed up the chicken pieces, wings etc. in the oven the next day, they tasted fresh. The sauces were also more than tasty and we will be back to get some for home as soon as possible

KFC looks better, I think. The cash register was unmanned for a few minutes and motivation was limited. Gives me plastic tubes, I don't want the cardboard taste when I drink, that's not possible. The place was very clean.

I've always heard about Popeyes but never had the chance to actually taste it until today. I took the classic, the famous Chicken Sandwich which is popular in the United States. I waited a few minutes to receive my menu from a charming employee, I unwrapped my burger to then see a magnificent shiny, soft and round bun welcoming me. I attack, the chicken crisps under my teeth while the bread tears with tenderness which creates a perfect and refined duo, this menu costs maybe 16.- but it is worth every penny. Plus with these super spicy fries I was SERVED! to taste at least once in your life.

The food is expensive but good. 1 or 2 times there were problems with the terminals not working. On the other hand, I was the only one in this restaurant to have ordered this evening and it's extremely frustrating to pay 9.90 in a vacuum for a simple order of 3 items because we (don't forget) or (don't think) about check if everything is in there.

My all-time favorite fried chicken place in Switzerland 🥰🙌🏻 (Tbh I actually even enjoy their chicken more than KFC) the flavor is very unique and butter-y ☺️✨ and I love the tender chicken with garlic sauce. Also, the fries are so addictive. Totally my comfort food and so glad to have one close to SBB.

I hope the quality is as good as back home! If so, this will be a winner. 🏆 EDIT: It was.

Just ordered delivery and twice the order was wrong. First I ordered 2 Deluxe meals and received only one. I tried to call but you cannot speak to anyone. Lucky the Uber eats driver came back and returned the food. When it was sent the second time we received the wrong burgers! Seriously !!

I was there on a Saturday evening. I felt like chicken and unfortunately the KFC in Mulhouse was already closed, so I went to Popeyes. Unfortunately the chicken tasted very strange. Had hot wings and 2 fillet pieces. My partner thought the burger itself was okay. The checkout staff was a bit confused. For the price, too expensive. Won't come anymore.

It tasted good, it's almost as good as KFC, but the slightly expensive prices are a bit frightening. Can be recommended without any problems.

After a long time we ordered from Popeyes again; and were disappointed. - The fries have no kick - The burger sauce wasn't good, but the meat was okay. - The chicken files in the children's menu 1 are very spicy, what a disappointment for the children!

I finally gave in to my boy's storming and am so happy. A platter of two is by far enough (!) I'm so full, hey, and there's still left. The chicken is completely crispy and a lot more of it is used than at MC and co. The fries are unique and taste great. They do without the nasty plastic lid when you eat there and have cardboard tubes, so the price is right and sustainability is there. The waitress is very friendly, when he realized that it was my first time here, he gave us a dessert, so thank you very much.<3
