Great little mountain restaurant. Very basic food menu (no children menu despite the large play ground). Shame the google location is in the wrong place and neatly 3k down the mountain.

The Rössli in Gähwil, which is run with a lot of passion for gastronomy, focuses on honest dishes and fresh, regional ingredients. A combination of tradition and seasonality can be found in the menus offered there.

A spontaneous visit to Cecil, and was pleasantly surprised. After a warm welcome, we first enjoyed an aperitif, which was served quickly by the friendly, friendly service. After a quick look at what was on offer (hearty, home-style cuisine) we decided to eat something else and were treated to a juicy, delicious treat. The vegetable side dish deserves special mention! I'm expecting normal run-of-the-mill carrots etc., but it was garnished with creamed garlic and chicory. mhhhh! I'll be back! highly recommended. great team, great cuisine, great prices ;)

Wegen Corona im Freien haben wir trotz der Kälte wunderbar gegessen und wurden äusserst freundlich Bedient. Hübsch angerichtete Teller, feine Haussuppe, und erst der Schlorzifladen: Himmlisch!
