I think that of all the shishe I have ever tasted in Lugano, that of Lando is a completely different story. Best (shisha) bar there is in Lugano, those who don't go there really miss out on a nice evening... 5 stars deserved.

Handy place to spend a nice evening in company, darts, beers and lots of laughter.

Very kind and helpful. Table football, shisha, outdoor sofas, indoor seating with room in front and behind and an additional room downstairs, high stools placed at the counter. Located near the university and near the Molino Nuovo post office.

The mint and grape shisha is excellent, and the cocktails are good. The location is a bit peripheral, it is located next to the University of Italian Switzerland and therefore about a 15 minute walk from the centre, but it is worth it. Free change of charcoal and drinks at more than fair prices (around 10 chf). The staff is friendly and helpful. In the evening, especially on weekends, there is a bit of a mess, but the atmosphere remains pleasant. It would be even better if there weren't groups of football fanatics screaming at the top of their lungs, but either way I recommend it!

Don't worry, the owners are fine, the only thing I don't like is people shouting at football matches, anyway you can also watch the football match, anyway it's discreet.

The staff is very, very friendly and the shisha isn't always the best (sometimes the taste burns very quickly and it's no longer good to smoke) but overall nice, satisfying :)
