Friendly pizzeria, with good products and a great concept. The atmosphere is nice, as are the servers. I still find that the price is a little too high for the product used, but it remains acceptable

For those who like very thin dough, this pizzeria is a must. Modern place and atmosphere, without any particular originality hence my 4 star rating, but still very pleasant.

Expensive pizza for what we were served. 24 francs for three pieces of ham and 6 basil leaves. A waitress less friendly than a prison guard, youth is no longer synonymous with life, no smile, a barely uttered hello and a look of sadness. Very unsatisfied.

The young woman at reception was really great! Smiling, and explained the concept to us well. Very good playlist, and the restaurant is very pretty and clean. The pizza is really good, quality products! Everything is perfect we will come back.

I find myself somewhat at a loss for words, because this is the first time I have experienced such a mishap. A singularly charred pizza was presented to me at the table, accompanied by reactions from the servers that exceeded my expectations. Despite the waitress' apologies and her offer to provide me with a new one, this offer was made after the two pizzas had previously been placed on the table. My state of destabilization at the audacity of delivering and displaying a charred dish prompted me to politely decline the offer. Furthermore, I did not want to make my partner eat alone and make her wait afterwards. To top it off, the commercial gesture consisted of a simple "sorry again for the overcooked pizza", while the platter looked more like an assortment of charred crusts. It was the first time that I went to this Restaurant, suffice to say that the importance given to the brand image as well as the strategic approach devastated me much more than the charred pizza.

I has come twice many many months ago but quality has gone downhill…. You cannot charge 3 CHF for Parma Han that’s not Parma Ham and at 1 CHF a piece…. It was an interesting concept I wanted to keep on my list especially because I suffer from gluten intolerance so the thin crust worked for me. However, never again.

Lunch service a little complicated, arriving at 6 we were served in turn but by the time the last one was served the first one had finished his dish so that's it. Otherwise the pizzas are really good.

Too bad we leave the table and are still hungry. It's not pizza. The dough is very very thin, it looks like a kind of piadine. Also to improve: the quantity of ingredients put on the pizza. Fr. 2.- for a mini slice of pineapple cut into 4. Let’s just say it’s easy to eat when you’re hungry 🙂

Pizza ordered via Uber Eats is never received after 1h30 of ordering, no information given and no one answers the phone when you call the restaurant. Do not offer offers/promotions via Uber Eats that you are unable to honor. Not even notifying or responding to your customers will give you the publicity you deserve.

I ordered from this establishment and I never received my order and was only able to get a refund after 2 hours, after calling back multiple times I was ignored. I strongly recommend this establishment!

After placing an order, we have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours for a pizza which has still not been delivered, after 30 minutes of calling to get news and no one picks up. An unacceptable lack of professionalism.

Horrible experience with this pizza place. I ordered pizzas and desserts via uber.eats, and they simply did not deliver the order!! All attempts to call them ended up with them hanging up the phone!!! Absolutely unacceptable, this bottom service I have never faced before.

14€ for a small margherita with some additional ingredients at 0.5€ and 1€ but most between 2€ and 4€. The large margherita is very large and costs €16 (rather cost-effective when sharing it). We really liked our pizza. The service was excellent with attentive waitresses, it was great!

Very thin and not stuffy pizza. A little soft dough on the other hand with the tomatoes which have released juice... quick and efficient service. Fair prices. Calm atmosphere.

Terrible service, Mediocre food. I went here because I liked the idea of customizing my own pizza, and it turned out to be a disaster. All menu was in French only, so we had to ask the staff about the specifics. We chose our bases and asked if they had pepperoni and shrimp as toppings, which they confidently said they had. However, only one of our pizza came out correctly. Margherita with pepperoni and shrimp came out as Margherita with pepper and mushrooms, and Margherita with pepperoni came out as Marinara with pepper. Obviously, the staff who took our order pretended they understood everything, and just passed it with ingredients with similar pronunciation. No asking twice, absolutely no effort to communicate or even double check. When we talked about this to the waiter they could (or pretended they could) only speak French, and completely ignored our questions, walked away while mumbling in French. The beer was quite stale as well, far below normal Swiss standards. If you’re fluent in French, it might be an okay meal with tight budget. Honestly, the price speaks for itself, it’s cheaper than normal Swiss restaurants so you get lesser quality. If you’re a foreigner or a traveler who doesn’t speak French, you’ll receive a piece of burnt bread with unwanted toppings. A couple sitting next to us seemed to have a similar issue, which also was ignored by the said waiter. This can be a big problem for people requiring specific diet as well, since there is a high possibility to receive things you can’t eat - non vegan, allergic, etc. This was my last dinner in Switzerland, and it was ruined.

Two of us went to each eat a pizza. The choice of ingredients is great and the ones we had were very good. The pizzas were super good and well presented. The staff is pleasant, but the music is not great. Edit: I came back on 06/27/23 I had a large margherita base pizza... almost no toppings on my pizza... so few that I couldn't taste some of them... the pizza had a layer of mozzarela and almost no tomato sauce... for 20 per pizza I don't know if I'll come back.

Like many other customers, we were disappointed, despite both of our experiences. The pizza is so thin that it looks like a flamenkuche, it is bathed in oil and water. The first time, we ordered via the terminal. Personally, I absolutely do not appreciate this concept of automated terminal. On our second online order, we indicated that we did not want peppers due to intolerance = there were peppers in the pizza and not just a little. Everything is extra. Sorry but it's a failure.

It is one of the places in Lausanne that I never tire of going to. The way of ordering and making the pizza, which can be customized, is excellent, it is a great option. And obviously the quality is very good. On Saturdays they don't have the kitchen closing at 2 pm, which is usually the case, so if you're running late with shopping, it's a great option for lunch. And the service is divine, everyone is super friendly

We had an amazing time here . The kids loved their pizzas : “best pizzas ever”; great choice of beers, great staff. This is highly recommended. You have a pizza on the menu or make your own. You order at the bar and 5 mn later you are served at your table.

The pizzas are excellent, the concept is original! You can personalize your pizza, however prices rise quickly depending on the ingredients chosen. In the end we end up with the prices of a classic restaurant for bar service. However, the service is quite fast, which is practical when you want to go quickly.

The pizza was cold, and lacked olives, avoid asking for pizzas at home here.

We were a larger group and ordered in advance and had some issues with the toppings of the pizzas. The periodic table like order system is in my opinion more complex than any innovation. Therefore, we also got some weird combination of toppings.

The smell, by the way, makes you want it and the concept is very good. Pizza à la carte or to customize yourself. We are already between a pizza and aflamenkuch. Then, if you want to treat yourself to a well-filled pizza, like with 6 or more ingredients, the cook will balance the ingredients so as not to overload it, and as a result it will not be more topped than if you chose 3 ingredients. . Having taken the spicy salami and the sausage among others, there were 5 miserable little pieces of sausage with the 3 slices of salami. But mascarpone galore. The wines are bad but not expensive. We eat on sloping metal tables and benches. In short, in the end, at 32 bucks, the customizer 'pizza' is a nice scam on an uncomfortable terrace. Not to mention that the rule 'you must order before sitting down', repeating to every customer who dares to sit down is boring. The last piece has barely faded, we feel pushed out by the staff who ask almost every time we pass, but politely, if the table can be cleared.

Good grub, mostly hand made pizzas. Custom made to your own delight. Friendly service staff. Good selections. Bon appetite.

Best pizza in the world and super welcoming staff! Contrary to many of the bad comments read below, I find the employees at PZ super welcoming, smiling and attentive. I find people very difficult, having worked more than 15 years in the service, it's rare to see such a professional team. Plus the pizzas are super good and the dough is always thin and crispy. And you can believe me I'm a pain when it comes to pizza so stop the bad language, don't hesitate any longer and go eat 1500000 pizza at PZ!
