For more than 25 years I have been coming to Quai23, the best pizzas in the canton, maybe even in Switzerland. I adore. The staff is very nice. The bistro room is very nice. I recommend with your eyes closed. A great location by the lake.

We enjoyed a delicious Pugliese pizza, the eggplants were succulent. We had a concert at the Usine à Gaz within 30 minutes, the waiters and waitresses managed to serve us in less than two hours even though it was a rush! And we were on time for our concert! The setting is very pleasant and friendly. THANKS!

Generally the pizzas are very good, yesterday I was served one that was way overcooked. Given the number of customers, the service was slow. More servers should be recruited on busy days.

Disappointed when paying to see that under the pretext that our daughter and her friends are 16 years old, the waitress tries to charge them for 4 carafes of water at 5.- each!!! Deplorable attitude which makes you not want to come back... we strongly advise against it unless you like to be taken for a pigeon!

When one of us was almost finished, they still hadn't served the other two...we ordered one more beer and they forgot and when we reminded them and they brought it, it wasn't the one we had ordered. Anyway, I guess they had a bad day...

We went at 1:30 a.m. It was full but they immediately gave us a table, they didn't come to take our orders or give us the menu, my daughter had to get up, an hour after ordering they brought my daughter's chicken skewer with potatoes, and 20 minutes later our 2 pizzas, very disappointed to be honest.

Bad timing. A table next to 6 people screaming to death. So just an average atmosphere. On the other hand, once the manager was informed by me, she did not hesitate to remedy the situation. It took him less than 20 seconds of explanation to actually “jump” towards the table in question and order them to lower their voice. That’s customer service, well done!

Nice restaurant by the lake in Nyon. Pleasant and very responsive service. We ate well and the price was very affordable. Simple dishes but very well mastered and seasoned.

We have been many times at this place. It is always a good choice. Today we were 11 persons choosing different plates and everybody was satisfied. Next time I shall take again my preferred Pizza. A place to recommend.

I was pleased with the way they welcomed us and the special attention from Chef Cristiano, who was kind enough to prepare, exceptionally, a "vegan" dish for one of the members of the Family. Horrible treatment of families! We were asked to leave the restaurant with our 2 year old daughter because her crying (from hunger) was disturbing the customers. The restaurant was full and noisy but the waitress (or manager?) explained to us that it was Sunday lunchtime for everyone and that the other customers did not have to hear a child crying. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant, I recommend families with small children to absolutely avoid this place.

Never disappointed with the cuisine but apparently wearing a mask is optional whether for the waiters (who spit at us) or the pizza makers... Second time I'm disappointed when leaving there... As restaurateurs have been the most affected by covid, they should be beyond reproach.

My family ordered the special dish, which tasted very good. I tried the seafood pizza with the intention of giving it a try. It tasted great, the crust was crispy, and the fillings were rich. The restaurant is also close to Lake Geneva. You can go for a walk after eating. All in all, this location and the price-performance ratio are very high.

Even if the staff does not wear the mask, but who does? Very pleasant service, competent staff and table just right.
