With a friend and my 9 year old grandson we stopped this afternoon to eat there, the 3 of us chose a pizza and as it was very hot and I am there as a driver I don't have alcohol, we simply chose water, what was our surprise when we received the bill: Fr. 4.50 for 1 liter of water, and all served with no smile from the waitress, and all the more so since this waitress completely soaked another customer by dropping and breaking the glass of this customer's drink, and thanks to this clumsiness the whole table had to change tables in the middle of the meal because there was glass debris everywhere!!! It is certain that we will never return to this establishment.

The view is nice… the pizza is ok But the rest 😫 - We cannot use a jug of water because “they are all broken” - 2 flies in the cocktail 🥶 - We received the wine at the end of the meal (red wine taken out of the fridge 🫣 - The perch fillets were not good and the fries were too salty. - the service 😱 although the servers try to be friendly, they are unfortunately incompetent, unorganized and unprofessional. Pros and cons to this place. Fair prices. Amazing view. Staff were friendly - but the food I ordered (mixed salad and rosemary bread) gave me terrible food poisoning. At the end I wanted to pay for the bill and there was a man who wanted to have a drink but not buy food. This was not permitted and they were very angry and threatened my friends. Such a shame to have an experience like this when it is such a marvelous location. It would be worth while to invest in quality food preparation and better management to avoid walkers by threatening customers. 3/10 food and service 9/10 view

Cool, so what? Isn't that the goal of a restaurant to have people?? Hire staff if you're underwater! Too bad, we came there almost every week, we will go to the gondola from now on, the welcome there was charming.
