How can you describe a visit to Roland Amsler and "Family" in words... Just very difficult... :) You have to experience this...! Roland, in my opinion a guru in the orchid world, gives you the feeling that you are on the safe side after just a few sentences exchanged. Absolutely competent, a logical and understandable answer for every question. He doesn't shy away from presenting his mostly self-made products at the highest level in terms of quality. Disappointing, the shop looks a bit unkempt...old armchairs, the tables not cleaned. We didn't receive much attention from the sales staff. It's a shame, more could be done with it.

A bit hidden but easy to find. For anyone who isn't just looking for the standard hardware store orchids, it's definitely worth a visit.

When I went in, I wasn't quite sure if I was in the right place because it doesn't look like a store at first. I really liked the jungle feeling, you really have the feeling of being in a jungle, surrounded by many rare species of orchids. Unfortunately, I had trouble finding the prices for some plants

A nice little cozy orchid nursery with its own breeding. Definitely worth a visit for every orchid lover who is looking for their favorites away from the hardware store orchids. Nice and helpful staff and the boss is happy to come by in person for good, experienced advice or just a technical chat. And even a coffee is provided. I'd love to come back for a few regular visits. The prices are reasonable for the rarities on offer.

We had about 7 orchid with this shop to take care of them for a few months. After we got them back the the leaves had small black dots. We sent a message when it started that the orchids started to loose their leaves, but never got an answer back... Those orchids were on the same page in our house for years...

An ideal place for a busy writer! To put thoughts on paper among tropical plants, leaves, flowers and their blossoms (365 days a year) and to do this with a great infrastructure (free PP, coffee on order). I always like to come back.

Orchids Amsler has a huge selection of beautiful and well-maintained orchids. This also includes special and rare species. The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to linger. We have bought an orchid several times and have always been very satisfied. Especially with the super good advice from Mr. Amsler!

Great address when it comes to orchids. You can exchange ideas about orchids in a beautifully decorated room or just drink a coffee and relax. In a second room it is like a tropical forest with high humidity and many plants that simply invite you to relax and enjoy. The tour of the nursery was sensationally beautiful and there were lots of orchids to admire. I have to say that it was a very nice visit to the nursery and I was thrilled by the many orchids that were there and I'm already looking forward to the next visit.
