Red Apple Bistro in Buchs (SG)

Great service and super tasty sandwiches.

The selection is large and the food always tastes good! The sweet potato fries are my favorite!

Please wipe the floor next time!!! It's no joke, I almost lost my shoes while dancing because they were so stuck to the floor... :-(

The food is OK but nothing more, the service is laborious, and apart from 2 fir branches on the roof, there are no decorations. Comfort-wise, we sit on wooden benches without cushions and without backrests. The prices of the dishes in no way justify the quality of the restaurant. Disappointed, I won't go back

I arrived there by coincidence (huge parking lot in front, next to the main shopping area). The restaurant is very spacious and nicely designed. It's not so gloomy and stuffy like some others in the neighbourhood. Corona requirements are being respected.I was there twice for lunch. First time I had calamari fritti, because it's my favorite for lunch. It was so good that I went the next day again. Very nice white wine by the glas (chardonnay) good taste and well chilled. For desert I had panacotta, wonderful. As I went the second time I was offered an Amaretto by the house.The selection of good restaurants in the area is limited. Da Paolo in my view is not fine dining but deserves a good rating.
