Super unfriendly service. One person in particular gives the impression they are doing you a favour by serving you.

I was a Wüst customer for five years. Most of their breads are good, some sandwiches used to be great and the pizza used to be amazing. Unfortunately the sandwich choice and quality is lower these days. But the worst is the terrible choice of unfriendly, unprofessional employees

Very bad customer service!, I was at the Wüst bakery yesterday and when I walked in there was no "saleswoman" to be seen, when she (had short blonde hair) came out of a door she looked at me SILENTLY (no "Grüezi" nothing) and when I said what I would like, the phone rang which she picked up and then left the room again. Not a word to me, the actual customers. (e.g. "quickly for a moment"/"excuse me quickly") I myself work in a similar service profession and THAT had nothing to do with customer-friendly service. When she still didn't come back after minutes, I left the store. I can't give a rating for the food, but I can for the customer "friendliness".

Cute little bakery! Lovely pastries and coffee, and even offered my little one a steamed milk to go w his cookie. Will def come again!

The finest bread and baked goods. Open on Sundays. Very nice staff. Easily accessible by public transport and on foot in Seefeld.

I've been a Wüst customer for years, but hiring unprofessional people makes less sense, everything used to work very well, but now as a customer it's a hassle for me as I have to re-enter my reservations every time. It's always been the same order for years. and sometimes it's a huge crowd of 15 people and as the 3rd row you have to wait 20 minutes. Many were annoyed because the 2 employees only care about the coffee that was ordered, one takes the milk, the other makes the espresso, that can be it really not be. The situation would require really professional and competent employees. If the branch manager is there, it works much better, but the employees are overwhelmed on their own.

Continuously empty shelves and staff simply refuses to serve 30 mins before closing. Disgusting attitude to customers.

6.50.- for 2 croissants? The spiders. If you charge prices like that, the range should be available every day - but that's not the case. I do not recommend this bakery!

Amici coffee, but prepared with ultra-pasteurized milk which has a strange taste that some people are sensitive to. Too bad.

Very fine cafe, the best I know, but the portion is a bit small. Unfortunately, I can't enjoy this cafe when I'm traveling with a dog, because the dog lock outside has been broken for a long time and can't be locked correctly (you're not allowed into the bakery with a dog). The risk of him breaking away and running onto the busy Seefeldstrasse is too great for me. I reported this some time ago. It was said that it had been repaired again and again, but without much success. I think the easiest thing would be to replace this lock with a new one.

The lye peaks are delicious and so is the Linzertörtli! The waitress could have been a little more careful with the baked goods, but otherwise she was friendly.

Quality Swiss bakery with innovative breads, try the Sankt Abbondio spelt sourdough.

The condition makes you feel that you are rather unwanted and cause work. The goods on offer are fresh and tasty and the price is reasonable. If you can waive the condition, you can get a “lunch” here at a good price. The conditions motivated me to visit the competition.

Both the products on the weekend and during the week are super tasty and fresh - cakes and pastries. The service is also extremely friendly. The old comments are absolutely not true. A friend of mine went to Wüst in the central direction further north and can only confirm that.

On the weekend, the product selection and quantity leaves something to be desired. Quality is great though.

Bought some croissants on a Saturday morning. There were not fresh (most likely the rest from yesterday) and the service was extremely dissatisfying. The lady was in a rush (throwing coins on the table...) and angry even though the bakery was empty.

I like the croissants. Unfortunately, they are getting smaller and smaller.
