Open every day, usually until late at night. The facility is outdated, but clean and functional. There is a jukebox, table football and darts. The music is mostly rock, metal or pop, with lots of regulars. For men there is only one urinal, no lockable toilet. A half liter of beer is too expensive at 8 francs.

Simple, comfortable, family atmosphere. Rock bar that doesn't exclude anyone politically. Respect and consideration are very important.

I'm still there often, one of my favorite bars in Winterthur, because of the various price increases there is now a little deduction. Sorry, but 9 francs for a Quölli hanger (5 dl) is clearly too much.

Great music: hard rock to heavy metal. Good and attentive staff. Prices within limits.

Open every day! Perfect during your holiday. The jukebox was especially nice. After payment you could listen to your own music in the café!

Luckily he didn't engage in a "constructive" conversation but asked them to leave so that the mentally healthy guests could have a great evening and drink their beer undisturbed. TOP!

It's been a long time since I've been to the Renegade. Since I live in St. Gallen, I'm not in Winterthur that much. But I have to say, it's one of the best bars I know. If you like it rocky, you've come to the right place. We had a bachelorette party yesterday and the landlord was very accommodating to us. A truly great man of honor. See you next time.

Ray (owner of the Renegade) is simply a legend. Wednesday is karaoke night. And if you've never been there, you don't know that you can't lock the men's toilet.

It's definitely not for the "normalo", predominantly rocker. The toilet is unreasonable and the bartender is unfriendly. Conclusion, okay for a drink to see something different, but I will never go there again.
