We came here for dinner and this place did not disappoint. The salad was good and creamy, and our pork cordon bleu was delicious. But the dish which got our attention was the beef cafe de paris. It was simply superb, nicely grilled on the outside and soft on the inside. And the steak sauce really brings out the flavour of the beef. The setting of the restaurant was quite casual, with people chatting casually and some enjoying a game of cards. Will definitely come here again.

I was promised "good traditional Swiss cuisine" by my companion who took me to this restaurant, and that's what we got! No frills or extravagant decorations. Just basic traditional Swiss food, which is exactly what I was craving for! The rustic interior reminded me of my childhood in Switzerland, and so did the delicious food! I ordered the Zurich Geschnetzeltes with Roeschti (no doubt as traditionally Swiss as it can get...), and it was a fabulous choice!

Good place if you are looking for more typical Swiss food. They have a very cool interior patio. Dining there if the temperature is good is a delight. Tasty food. Very good salads and large portions. We had several meat dishes and they were all very good. The only complaint I can make is that the service was a little slow, even though there were not many people in the restaurant. The price is medium-high, especially if you opt for wine, desserts, etc... but nothing exorbitant.

Wer mit XXL wirbt, sollte sich aber schon auch ein XXL auf die Qulität setzen. Die XXL-Qualität ist und bleibt das immer noch kompetende Service-Personal!

Das Cordon-Bleu Kalbsschnitzel war meines Erachtens nicht frisch gemacht da die Panierung zum Teil hart war. Eventuell wurde es kurz vorher entfriert.
