Restaurant Casa Rustica in Zermatt

Me paré para tomar un buen en cerveza, y estaba contento de ver un pub de estilo suizo, la cerveza era fantástico y los asientos al aire libre era genial.

Das ehemalige Restaurant ist jetzt ein Einkaufszentrum Shop für Jack Wolfskin ( oder ähnliches) und so nicht sehen. Zu schade, dass es einen Ort, wo man gut essen kann.

A wonderful place a friend of mine and I happened to stumble upon while returning to our hotel. With a warm atmosphere and inviting staff we were pleased to find an abundant array of fine wines. Oh, and the Fondue chinoise is to die for!(Fondue chinoise is a common French name for Hot pot, where meat and vegetables are cooked in a shared pot of broth. Uniquely the meal is finished off when all the diners have finished cooking their ingredients by sharing out the broth, which now contains an amalgam of all of the goodness and flavors from the earlier ingredients). A definite must have when visiting Zermatt.
