Industrial flair. Friendly. Yummy. Fast. Special shop. Yet again. MIGROS and yet not MIGROS. ✌️

Unfortunately, the food was pretty bland. But it has salt and pepper for seasoning. Portion size is a bit small. Price-performance is still ok. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

We only went to the Grünerbaum restaurant for a drink. It was a very tasty beer 🍺 good ambience and friendly staff

The great location is revitalized again. The guests are back. Friendly staff. With two large sun terraces. The Grünerbaum burger was very tasty. It's a shame that there are no pasta dishes on the menu in the evening.

Finally good food for a decent price. In an old factory building, comfortably furnished and very harmonious. The staff is also much better than its predecessor. It's nice that Migros took over the restaurant.

The “Green Tree” in the middle of the industrial area is THE surprise! From a Migros restaurant you expect easy-care practicality, a friendly, sober canteen-style atmosphere, few staff and often rather unhygienic self-service lines and islands. But not like that in Neuhausen! The restaurant is located in a former factory building. Some elements were deliberately left in their original form, new ones form an exciting contrast: leather armchairs at the tables, sofas with velvet covers in bright colors, crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling next to metal pot lights. The ambience immediately creates a feeling of well-being and cheerfulness. The restaurant is spacious and doesn't seem crowded even at peak times. Attractive: It is open from Monday to Sunday. The all young staff are (hospitable), courteous, helpful and competent. In his black work clothes he looks elegant and well-groomed. The food is served personally by the kitchen team; medium (at CHF 11.50) and large (at CHF 15.50) plates can be filled at a small, well-stocked self-service buffet. The menus are varied and inexpensive. The three of us ate lunch at the Grüner Baum. We found it pleasant that the noise level was low and that there were no children running around.

New Migros. Takeaway food. I find that very practical. For home or for work. Then you always have something with you.

The buffet serving space is tight at peak times. The checkout service was a bit stressed (it seemed like it was)

Despite the reasonably good view of the fireworks (July 31st), the service was very uneducated. The waiter forgot which injected white (sour) was for me because he had also prepared a sweet one for the lady next to me. I had to try which white wine was the right one. Conclusion: I paid 1fr for the toilet despite making a reservation. P.s Mr Smith, you have a great voice

Close to the rheinfall but not in sight and rather in the industrial quarter. Nice terrasse. Food was great. Prices ok for being so close to a touristic location. I recommend the jumbo brewer Cordon bleu . Very child friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Ordering drinks / service could have been more frequent/ faster, but still ok

Self-service. It's written in German that there is no direct service on the terrace. Had coffee and a cheesecake. The cheesecake was good but had been resting for too long. There is very little traffic in front of the terrace. Nice centrally located café.

We spontaneously went to the Grüner Baum restaurant after visiting the Rhine Falls. The service was very, very friendly and the food was excellent. Special requests were addressed and we were completely satisfied. Absolutely recommended!!!

I am a traveler from Taiwan and I find out that this restaurant is the cheapest one I have ever had in Switzerland, which only cost me 16fr with pasta, soup, and water. Also, the counter treat me and my friends patiently and nicely.

Cool location with a great ambience and delicious food

I was briefly surprised by the very good reviews about this restaurant. It should be noted that if you enter the restaurant Grüner Baum in the Google search function, pictures of the previous restaurant Brauhaus appear. I wonder whether these good reviews, which were mostly from 1-4 years ago, were taken over by the restaurant at the time? The price-performance ratio is not right for me. I think the food is too expensive for what I consider to be mediocre quality. I found the operators of the restaurant to be incapable of criticism and rather unfriendly. I think the service professionals are all very nice. I find the location appealing; the restaurant is nicely decorated.

Waited 10min to be seated to be finally told that we would need to wait 40min to 1h to get the food, strange for a Saturday

We asked for a recommendation and were told the restaurant specializes in meat. So we ordered burgers, meat etc. It was ok, but the spaetzle was swimming in oil. Our little daughter, however, received a citizen with cheap “pressed meat”. Unappetizing and unacceptable for such a restaurant. An unpleasant discussion developed with the boss. Their argument was that the children's food must be cheap and other children would have already eaten it today. We didn't know that the meat of adults was different from the meat of children. This owner was completely unfriendly and lost her tone. We can NOT recommend the restaurant. The boss's behavior was worse than the pressed meat!

Nice restaurant with a canteen style restaurant. Located at the SIG area. It wasn't immediately clear to me which part you could eat in, as there was also a bar with menus.

The two of us ate lunch in the shop window in very comfortable seats. Enjoyed a very fine beefsteak tartare as a starter and the CM Burger as a main course. Everything was very tasty and delicious. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was extremely friendly. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to the CM Brauhaus

Great atmosphere, great beer!!!

We really enjoy eating at CM Brauhaus. The food is good and the beer too! The restaurant is a mix of tradition and modernity. They have a small terrace and disabled access. You can see where they make their beer in the bar area they have in the basement. Customers are served with a smile and children are treated very well. Swiss products and Swiss prices. 5-10 minutes walk from the Rhine Falls.

Really can only be recommended! The staff is extremely friendly from the greeting to the farewell. They were also able to make us laugh with a few funny jokes. The burger is heavenly and definitely high quality. Really highly recommended restaurant!!!

Although the forecourt doesn't invite you to linger, the green tree inside is very pleasantly designed. It is ideal for an aperitif to start the evening. The beer selection with rare beers from the region is very appealing.

The food is better in a canteen. I ate there last fall and it was absolutely inedible. As I walked through the self-service area, I lost my appetite. My companion had to grab something to eat because she had to go back to work. I tried from her. The rice was completely overcooked, the vegetables were practically raw and the meat was absolutely inedible. I brought the plate back and demanded a refund. This was done without comment.

It's small... But it's very nice, with good service and family-like management. Food is prepared with passion and love by the chef, the head of the house. We ate Tavolata here with a group. The selection was varied and there was also enough without meat. The style is somewhat "industrial" and the restaurant has very high ceilings, which we really liked. The waitress was extremely friendly and was motivated to explain the food to us. Excellent!

Egliknusperli (fish nugetts) with salad absolutely recommended, refreshing in the summer heat. With home brewed beer at the end, perfect. Walking distance to the Rhein waterfalls.

Canteen food is actually good, but portions too small. Today, for example. Pork steak with 7 croquettes. When I asked if something more was possible, there were 2 more. No salad included. too little for 12.90. I'll eat more somewhere else where a menu is a menu (with salad and decent portions)

Where are the best burgers? Right, here. Juicy meat, great bread, fries and wedges are top and crispy. Absolutely recommended: the beer brewed in-house!

We discovered this great restaurant while passing through. The takeaway meal (Vienna schnitzel freshly prepared) was very tasty! Even though a lot of orders had to be processed at the same time, the food was ready quickly! While we waited, we enjoyed a refreshing beer from our own production! Absolutely recommended!

We had chicken wings and fries delivered to our home today. The food came on time and warm. Both were very delicately seasoned and the fries were really crispy and fresh. The house beer is also fine as usual. I will happily order again.
