A place that was strongly recommended to me, which is why I went there to form my own opinion. The setting is pleasant, accessible and the staff smiling. On the other hand, given that I was there to go to dinner (normal that there is noise) there was some background music really not necessary. When it comes to cooking, the bread is frankly not very edible. The barely lukewarm meal. Salad dressing didn't seem to be homemade

We ate really well. 4 people, 4 different dishes, everyone was delighted. Very good quality/price ratio. A restaurant to recommend... they know how to pamper their customers... so rare these days. We will come back very soon! Thanks to the server and the whole team!

Perfect, fast and quality service. Meal: my daughter had nugget fries. My wife and I perch fillets. Everything was good, well presented. The perfect setting and atmosphere. Very well decorated restaurant. Honestly, congratulations to this great team.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The service and the dishes were great. When it's full it can be a bit noisy, but that's normal in a restaurant like this. Despite two larger groups, the food came quite quickly. Gladly again.

I recommend ! Restaurant that has everything of a great one. The staff is welcoming and very professional. No waiting between dishes, just enough to enjoy the transition. Summer and winter, we are cozy there and we eat very well, no bad surprises, the staff looks after us. I also recommend the lamb shank, excellent! Well done & thank you!

Location located in a pleasant square

A lovely restaurant in the heart of Yverdon. Well-kept facility with calm, friendly service. Knowing the French language would be an advantage. Anyone who is in Switzerland also knows the price structure. Still tasty.

We spent 15 minutes waiting to be served and the waitresses, despite seeing us on several occasions, ignored us, like other customers. They apparently didn't feel like working since the terrace wasn't even half occupied. We left there without ordering anything, terrible service.

In the middle of a heatwave, it was nice to relax on the terrace of this restaurant where we were very well received! The place is also superb which adds even more... 😉 Smiling, dynamic waitresses. There were 5 of us who came to eat the fondue, an odd number. Which caused a problem in the kitchen... a shame! The waitress was friendly and went to "negotiate" for us in the kitchen...

Very disappointed with the response of a waitress who to our question For an ice cream if it contained gluten for a sick child, her response was that on the ice cream tray it was written Small which she did not know etc. I find that this person was very offensive towards parents who already have to accept a child's illness with such an attitude. She could have replied that she was going to find out. On the other hand, we thank the castle restaurant which kindly offered the two scoops of ice cream for free, hearing the little girl cry because she had not had her ice cream and seeing the height of the lady's nastiness.

Nice place with outdoor terrace for a drink, I didn't eat so can't say.

We were here with our family and wanted to have lunch. The staff ignored us and we waited for about 20 minutes even though the restaurant was poorly attended. When we politely asked if we could order something, we received an ignorant answer that we should just wait. What we then did not do. We got up and ran away. We will never visit this restaurant again.

For the mixed salad that I ordered as a starter, the price is completely exorbitant and also puny! Tagliatelle with shrimps in a saffron cream sauce. A lot of pasta and only 5 pieces. Also puny. Once again never again...! en good

I recommend this restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. The quality of the food is really perfect and the quantities are great. I would also like to say that the prices are very fair, especially if they compare it to other restaurants that have benefited from inflation. Don't change anything, we look forward to coming back. And for perfection, the little rose when leaving the restaurant for Madame, really nothing to complain about. Greg

Pleasant atmosphere and wide choice of menus on the menu. Very good meal, as well as the dessert (with the possibility of asking the staff to sing happy birthday on request) the prices of the menus, drinks etc, as well as the dessert remain a little expensive.. but I recommend this restaurant.

Very friendly atmosphere. The staff also but the impression that they forgot us at times. The Valaisan burger was very good but was very lacking in raclette cheese for my taste.

At lunchtime we ate some really good perch fillets! In the evening, I asked if he knew how to make Ihris Coffe, I was assured that he did. We ordered 4 and were served 4 cups of coffee with whiskey and whipped cream???

Nice menu with plenty of choice. The tartare was delicious, but we liked the Valais flamenkuche much less: too fatty.

When the two of us asked whether it would be possible to eat something, we were rudely pointed out the opening hours of the kitchen for the first time. When we asked whether a vegan dish would be possible, we were told that the kitchen did not have a vegan option at such short notice. After we decided to have a drink and wait, we had to wait forever to place our order while other tables were already being brought their appetizers. Another bottle of water was also waiting. We chose a mixed salad with oil and vinegar and a tarte flambée from the menu. The cruet that was brought to the salad contained oil and maggi! A special salad treat... The bread that was served with it was also already covered in mold. When ordering the invoice, we pointed out the deficiencies to the extremely unfriendly service staff. The bill was then brought to us without comment and, since we did not find this experience worthy of a tip, we were given an unfriendly farewell and their backs were turned to us without saying a word.

Didn't test the card, but toilets already dirty at 4 p.m., no more paper towels and no more disinfectant either. When a restaurant's toilets are poorly maintained...

Wonderful restaurant in the middle of the beautiful old town of Yverdon-les-Bains. Here you can sit comfortably outside and enjoy something delicious. The kitchen offers a nice selection of different dishes. Whether it's a meat/cheese fondue or a salad or something sweet, it has everything. In our case, we enjoyed a very tasty caprese salad late in the evening after our bike ride. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back!

We ate well, on the terrace, like a vacation! Very good, friendly service. Various little musical events which added a holiday feel.

Waitress not nice at all. On the terrace, too much waiting to come and take the order. Just to get served. Ice cream too expensive and our 2 glasses were dirty.

Great restaurant. I have never seen carbonara pasta so well presented. Welcoming waitresses despite the fact that they forgot to count my dessert (I obviously informed them and paid for everything I consumed). The price may be a little too high, but I recommend it!
